Government Agencies Support Domestic Torture and Gang-Stalking, Says 'Targeted' U.S. Journalist

A note and a prayer to some of my most dedicated readers:
It is my studied conclusion that organized gang-stalking and domestic terrorism that harasses and tortures American citizens outside the bounds of the law is being committed by a nationwide network of citizen vigilantes -- many affiliated with government-funded community policing, neighborhood watch, and business-related anti-terrorism programs.
Public safety, utility company and municipal personnel also participate in this vigilante network, along with members of fraternal and civic organizations.
This unlawful and unconstitutional activity appears to occur with some knowledge on the part of persons working in official capacity for various government agencies, civilian, military/security and law enforcement, on multiple levels -- local, state and federal.
My personal experiences indicate that this network is used as a tool of extra-legal control and persecution of those who are deemed a threat to the anti-democratic and authoritarian ideology they seek to impose on America, and for that matter, the world.
I call it an anti-American Gestapo, a descent into a fascist police state.
The "real criminals" who rob, steal and assault and kill are processed though the judicial system.
The "special enemies" get the gang-stalking and the domestic terrorism, including radiation weapons assault that results in physical harm, illness, and eventually, death.
So these are "death squads." In America 2008.
I come to this conclusion based upon what has been happening to me for nearly the past five years.
Some commentators to my articles on the subjects of organized gang stalking and domestic torture have asked, "Why would our own government harass and torture American citizens?"
I am not saying government people are the "doers." I am saying that from circumstantial evidence and personal experience, based on the vehicles used to stalk me; the constant surveillance of all types; the use of directed energy weapons (they are really radiation energy weapons); and the reluctance of federal and local law enforcement to open a formal investigation despite my repeated requests; it appears that government, its funding resources, and personnel are aware of and involved in this activity to varying degrees.
I have sought justice for nearly five years and continue to be under physical assault and financial peril due to unjust, extra-legal "targeting," and I believe my family is suffering as well. My communications have been subject to not only surveillance, but to interception, tampering and alteration. I have been kept from making personal contact with those in a position to order a full and complete investigation of reports of extra-legal, unconstitutional harassment and torture of American citizens. These programs have denied me the right to fully pursue my career, and have diminished the quality of my life and the state of my health.
This is slow genocide, a monstrous crime against humanity. I am not alone, I am certain. How many Americans are subject to this depravity? The million-plus on the "terrorist" watch list? Or even more? Are political "enemies" targeted? How about journalists who have "afflicted the comfortable and comforted the afflicted"?
It also appears to me that many of the posters to my articles on this subject are not merely readers, but are active participants in what is commonly known as "paid disinformation" trolling. Their often telling comments -- at times, sadistic, with oblique references that only someone who is aware of my day-to-day life would know -- indicate to me that they may have personal knowledge of what I am enduring. Some appear by their comments to take a perverse sense of pleasure in my situation.
I ask them when they go to church on Sunday, to ask themselves, "What would Jesus say?" Especially since Jesus endured the same sort of treatment at the hands of the Romans.
Those engaged in this activity are anti-American felons and traitors who are guilty of crimes against the United States, humanity, and God. Shame on you and may God have mercy on your depraved souls.
When you pray, remember my words. That is my "neurolinguistic" wish.
(Certain "ops" people believe in "neurolinguistic programming," the implantation of propaganda by repeated use of key words and phrases; so I am trying the theory out on those involved in the gang-stalking "ops.")
And those who read the posts probably are smart enough to separate the truthful posts from the purposeful, determined and sadistic and harassing disinformation here.

He calls them a "cult". Other people have other names for them which is understandable since "they" don't tell us what they call themselves.

I spent the last 8 years of my life enduring this gang stalking bullsh*t. All I can say, is it caused me losses parellel to hurricane/typhoon/earthquake proportions in personal property and stress.
I can only believe with faith, that the perpetrators will bear spiritual horrors equal to and greater than those they needlessly brought into my life. At least I hope that happens...every minute of every day...

There have been several recent news articles that are trying to discredit information that is being dispersed on the internet about gang stalking. They try to dismiss it as some type of mass internet hysteria without bothering to properly investigate. It seams that the mainstream press is starting to take notice. Keep informing the public and at some point the sheer number of complaints about stalking will bring about some change for the better.

You must be talking about the Lauren Cox piece on ABC. You might have seen my two comments on their site about that, maybe not. The first was the pavlovian reflexive anger rant as also displayed by 90% of other readers, the second a sort of self rebuttal. Think about what our message was, the way we all jumped down her throat for getting it wrong.
Remember the old vinegar/molassess/flies parable. Similarly, you think we'll attract many journalists to cover this if they know getting so much as a detail wrong, that we'll attack en masse with an angry mob? The other angle to my retraction was this: sometimes the best way to prove you are right with some people, is to humbly admit you were wrong.
I think it can never be said enough times, we need exposure, but the angry and irrational individuals are the ones that people will remember, and in the end we all get portrayed that way.

My articles have been picked up by some serious outlets worldwide. I assure you my work is grounded in solid first-person journalism and first-hand reporting. As far as I've noticed, only the disinfo agents who lurk here inject the "mass hysteria" line. So yes, we'll keep informing the public, and change is coming -- surprise! -- from the inside out, maybe.

I'm sitting here in front of a library computer, my eyes are puffy from crying. I KNEW something like this was going on.
I am a nice person, I work hard when I can, and I have never crossed a line where I would call something I did as "illegal", and yet, as of a few years ago -- I have been made to feel as if I had no right to live.
I'm not going to go into any detail here, but all this is SO true! I am living it RIGHT NOW!!! By being aware and as discreet as possible, I've managed to stay safe, but it's getting hard to live when I can barely afford rent. ALl my computers have been trashed, cell phones...forget it, they'e compromised as soon as I activate them. I can't get a job because my emails are always being deleted and I'm sure some sick sort of rumors are constantly being circulated about me. And I always go home at night with dry eyes, a mouth that feels like I've sucked rubber bands all day and I try hard not to get sick YET AGAIN!
I live in an invisible cage.
It's all true. It could happen to anyone. Question is, what to do to fight this insidious evil?

I am certain that this cannot be a good time for the individuals employed in these covert psychological attacks. They may well have underestimated the use of the Web by victims to get their stories heard. The groundswell of personal accounts and attention being given them can only make them more worried. After all, their reputations and livelihood are tied up in a scheme that will sooner or later become a scandal. Personally, I prefer to be a victim of the abuse rather than an abuser.
Additionally, there must be a major emotional toll in the personal lives of torturers. You cannot spew hatred toward strangers every workday and not have it affect your personal relationships, families, and emotional balance. Torturing people day in and day out is a life altering perversion. Plus, there is the ever-present fear of retaliation and exposure that comes with engaging in such a high-stakes crime Again, I much prefer to be the victim. I see nothing worthy of admiration or envy in the lives of these abusers.

Your quick rude responses to the confrontents doesn't help any in my opinion. It sounds unprofessional of you and hurts your credibility.
I've been a TI for at least 20 years and there's little I hear reported by othet TI's that I havn't experiences first hand. I'm an expert from the witness angle and the perps work in many ways. Sometimes obtuse, other times more subtle and they are studying everything you say and do and then tailoring their attacks according to a goal. The TI is wise to always take the high road as they avail themselves of any vulnerability you give them.
Hopefully this will all be ended by the new president but until that happens it's still in the TI's hands to survive by their own wits. Heres some things I have learned that may help TI's.
Most important is to concider that the perps seek reaction from you. The actual pains from torture are not the goal. The goal is to get a reaction from the TI that will ruin themselves. If you accept this as true, then the primary survival strategy must be to never react. Utterly ignore them or practice the 'whatever' method. I've done it and I credit it as one of two reasons I'm still alive. Start with the street theatre which is easiest to ignore then learn to ignore everything, even the DEW's, which will still half ruin your nervous system but ignore it and continue living as if it wasn't happening. It's extremely difficult but I'm alive and it was worth the effort and I hope it will help other TI's as well.
Most of all, lose the anger to keep control of yourself. Keep reminding yourself, you're a lover and not a hater. Don't let them make you a hater. Don't talk to them nicely, don't hate them, don't even be concious of their existence. Just walk on by. For instance if I get any hostile replies to this messege I won't react to it mentally, it will be as if I never read it.
For me one of the most disgusting attacks is the diarrhea attacks. I've found that not having any dairy in your system redicing it's effects by a significant degree. Without dairy in your system it still works but it is mild enough that you have time to get to a bathroom rather than having it occur in a public place ect. The flatulence attack almost doesn't work at all if there is no daily in your system. Yes, it's a big sacrifice to stop eatting all dairy but I've done it and it's was worth it to me.
Lastly if you take my suggestions and decide to try them, you'll falter many many times. Keep getting back on the ignore strategy and little by little you will amaze yourself by how well you are able to do it. It takes about a year to really get good at it and it's a never ending effort as the perps never end the attacks.

Paul, while one part of me recognizes there is some truth to your philosophy, that I can live longer and lessen the effects of their techniques by pretending it's not happening, the more courageous part of me says to hell with that- not only is laying down like a good little beeatch and takng it against my nature, it is wrong because it allows them to continue doing this to many more people after me!
What joy is there to a life of oppression? It's just possible that had you been outspoken and defiant from the beginning, and the same from everyone else who was a victim 20 years ago, that in 10 years enough was public about this that it would not be happening today.
It's almost like saying let's ignore the holocaust because if we don't make too much noise about it, the Nazis might let us live! Screw that, wrong is wrong! My defiance and attaching flyers to my gate and front door to publicize this, even with insulting yet amusing taunts (like parody recruitment posters for "cretins and half wits who want to take an active role in the lives of others in their community, to ensure they live like you do... drive the same clapped out redneck ghetto rides you do.... you can be gangstalking in no time at all!") have surely accelerated the "program" so that I'm at a level in two years it may have taken you twenty to achieve.
I don't consider that a bad thing but then I don't want what's happened to me to happen to others, so my goals differ.

I noticed that this post is kind of old, but I am desperate for some sort of end to this nightmare, as I'm sure countless others are.
You are correct about the ultimate goal of the "attacks". Self destruction is the ultimate aim. After all, what better way to eliminate your guinea pigs than to have them destroy themselves.
I have been to countless doctors to alleviate what is seemingly some type of schizophrenia. There "efforts" have been to no avail. I have been on nearly every antipsychotic drug known to man with little or no effect, other than tranquilization. So as I have continued upon my medical quest, I have stumbled upon some things in some internet archives about DARPA's pandora project, as well as related material. When I started to become suspicious about a possible connection (because of other factors of my health including profuse nosebleeds, headaches, and brief losses of consciousness, that preceeded the phenominon identified as "schizophrenia" by the doc's), I voiced my concern to a psychotheripist. Immediately after this the "voices" began heavilly prompting me to do away with myself in various ways, and the volume and severity of these "hallucinations" increased substantially. How can we stop this?
The only solution I have come up with so far is to create a household that is basically A faraday cage to keep these weapons from having an effect at least inside my own home. However the cost of this venture has prevented me from starting this project due to the fact that I have been rendered unable to work by the "schizophrenia". IS THERE NO HOPE?

Indeed, this IS occurring in present day America. And it has been occurring for some time. I first experienced gangstalking in college. That was nearly 25 years ago. Back then I called it the redneck, goon, slander patrol or the stagger stalkers. It's classic Stasi stuff: street theatre, gaslighting, breaking and entering and abuse specific to the victim. If one travels, the natives will be there to greet you.
America can be rather slow at times. However, I believe their naivety has worn thin with Bush/Cheney at the helm. Eventually, the horrible reality that a Nazi network is denying Americans their constitutional rights will come to light. Amen! America take off your rose colored glasses.

Paul Rose, thank you for your well reasoned observations. We must maintain self-control of both our actions and emotions to survive psychological attacks, directed energy weapons torture and gangstalking. Developing bitterness and hatred for an opponent that we have no legal basis for retaliating against is self-destructive.
I am surrounded by participants in these psychological abuses in my apartment complex, workplace, place of worship, and the stores I frequent. They all have a common goal of forcing me into self-destructive behavior. I must interact with many of them on a daily basis while they subtly seek to undermine me. Yet, for over ten years they have failed utterly at that goal. In spite of all I endure, I wake up every morning confident that I will continue to win each battle, a day at a time.
Genuine courage is never foolhardy. Courage is not manifest by giving in to violence, but, rather, by maintaining self-control in the face of provocation. Gangstalking cannot gain a victory in the face of true courage.

"No legal basis for retaliating against?" Last time I checked, physical assault, surreptitious entry, vandalism, psychological harassment, torture, were all violations of the law.

Naw, you're not coming off as paranoid when you accuse a good portion of those who came to share their stories on your blog as disinfo agents sent here to discredit your story! Especially since BadExperiment's website telling his story predates your own appearance on the web by quite a bit IIRC, it's been a while since I've been there. In fact I think the perps out to get YOU set him up and his site long ago, just waiting for you to go public and make you look like a fool! Well they'd better ramp it up to beat you at it because with all this "he's a disinfo agent, she's a disinfo agent, you've got the disinfo act down pat!" posting here their job is done for them!
Of course now I am a disinfo agent for merely pointing out that you're adding fuel to the argument that TI's are all delusionally paranoid and think everyone is out to get them. The reality is if someone is coming off like that it makes us all look bad, friend. Maybe you're like me and have some mood swings. I've seen Bad Experiment's posts at other places around the net, and while I can find holes in his strory I think they are merely due to the fact we are left guessing where there is no help to be found for us. He's no disinfo agent.
To the point, he's right. Sure the stalkers are committing a crime, for one title 18 section 241 of the US code. (243 additionally if they are cops) is a no brainer.
Prove it in court, if you can even get a LEO to act on it or a prosecuter to try it. Almost every one of their actions was carefully crafted to not be easily proven to be a crime in itself. Indeed, since the perps think this is their patriotic duty here, they themselves were given duties that had to appear benign or within the law. What he was saying is since he can do little about it legally and he cannot- why let the negativity consume and destroy him? If he's so wrong, what has the law done for you, sir?
I won't call them as my part of the city has 4 patrolman in cars on this beat, and as I have witnessed at least two most of the time are individuals who participate in the intimidation. So I can say my personal experience is you are dead wrong. Calling them is only going to go bad for me.
Get a grip on yourself and consider we are all individuals who will approach our situations differently and each of our situations are inherently different. Just because someone's story doesn't pass YOUR smell test or isn't a targeted individual who reacts as YOU would hardly makes them a disinfo agent. I shudder to think of some of the nuttier TI's I've read the stories of,(like the lady with the Rush fixation) as this is more widely publicized theirs will be the sites that doubters will point at as typical of us- think of how that reads, "they're only here to discredit me!"

They are hate groups who target anyone who disagrees with them. They try to pass themselves off as the patriotic thought police even though they are participating in criminal activities. For anyone who does not believe that directed energy weapons are available and are being manufactured in the U.S. check out these companies.HSV technologies holds a patent for a wireless taser . This is being marketed to the military and law enforcement. If you want to buy your own homemade version of a directed energy weapon these companies and others pedal the stuff online lonestartek.net, consumertronics.net and future horizons inc. This was posted at another site with a link http:tinyurl.com/5wgv43 for an acoustic weapon on ebay. The question is why isn't anyone doing anything about this stuff being shamelessly sold to the general public. These types of devices can inflict serious pain without leaving a trace. None of this technology has been tested to use what the long term health effects are. The term less than lethal has replaced nonlethal because when directed energy weapons are mishandled or used on someone in less than perfect health they can result in death.

Radiation weaponry is arguably a greater threat to humanity than nuclear weapons, due to its widespread deployment, silent, stealth mode of operation, and the fact that it can cause immediate pain and injury or "merely" induce illness, cause mood changes, long-term disablement, even death.
If the mainstream media has not yet awoken to the American Gestapo extrajudicial punishment network, at the very least they should be telling the public that RADIATION WEAPONRY -- do NOT call it by the neurolinguistically benign "directed energy weapons" -- is the greatest danger to humanity since the atom bomb.
My question is: When will the paid agents whose assignment involves posting disinfo/directed messaging here, rejoin the human race and campaign FOR humanity instead of being part of the DESTRUCTION of humanity and humanistic values?

All that are involved know and see the *torture* instituted by those that have the power to graft a "slow kill hit" against their local and or personal "threats", that include witnesses of felony crimes by those that wield he power.
Law enforcement has become a joke, perpetrated by organized crime and the lack of oversight by honest, responsible citizens.
"We the people" will be served while those that subvert the Constitution Of The United States Of America will be defeated.

Scrivener, I am saddened that you mischaracterize my last post. However, I am absolutely convinced that resorting to personal violence is not the answer. I would not be a free man (or a healthy) one at this time if I had given into rage and violence at any time during the eleven years of abuse I've endured. What legal protection would I have if I responded to covert psychological attacks and torture with violence?
I consider my self-controlled response a victorious one. When I can daily meet efforts to humiliate and provoke me with a calm, rational response, I have won the battle for that day, and decisively so! I have met whatever weapons or attacks they can muster with the best possible response!
Where I live in Phoenix, Arizona, gangstalking is becoming so popular that they may as well name it the official state sport. So many support it that you cannot avoid its participants and lead a normal life. Many individuals here know my plight and are quietly watching. Quite a number of those would help if they were not so fearful. My example must demonstrate that courage and restraint under adversity is both right and within the capacity of all men.
No evil lasts forever, and the days are numbered for this one as well. When this is over, I want to be remembered for good, not for caving into adversity. Descending to the level of my persecutors is simply not an option I will consider. I will prevail.

The evil known as "gang stalking" is cloaked in the world of mental illness and so it continues unabated. It is Machiavellian and it persists because anyone who dares to speak of it is labelled "mentally ill." Where are the "good people on the inside?" The good people on the outside need you. Stand up and do something for the good of mankind.
The people who are involved in this sadistic process vandalize property and steal from their victims. These are tangible truths, but "no evidence, no crime/s." I agree totally with Vic. For twenty years, I have endured countless forms of abuse and harassment by theses groups of people. As of this moment, my apartment is being gassed with deadly poison. I am not dead because of the blood of Jesus that protecrts me with a spiritual shield. I am constantly gang stalked, police stalked by car and helicopter. On certain dates, i.e. today, February 9, 2009, the brutality is heate up. They bug me with a sounding device that goes off whenever I enter a closed environment, so that the brutal citizens can use their given form of harassment. I know from experience that DENIAL is the major lying technique of these people. They refuse Truth and hate itt, They love to torture and inflict harm. As a retired teacher. thrown in the shelter system, now living in a supportive housing situation which has been built primarily to harm and murder targets, I know what I know and GOD does too. I pray for all targets and say HOLD ON, God is going to make a way, soon.

I read a lot on this forum about various DEW devices, but there are other, lower technologies being used against us.
The gang-stalker's arsenal contains more than just the often written about radiation devices. A large percentage of these community stalkers are given one of two types of smallish tubes to carry in their pockets and purses.
1)
The first type, a 100 milliwatt laser, is used simply to harass individuals by continually "poking" targeted individuals in the buttocks when the target is going about their daily schedule. I am sure that just about any real target who is reading this post is shaking his/her head up and down.
Pocket lasers in the 100mw range have been around awhile, and are illegal. Before they were illegal, I had the opportunity to see one demonstrated at a gathering of misfits. Even though they are powered by small batteries, on of these tubes could light a match at ten feet. How would you like that kind of thing directed onto your derierre about ten times a day?

The other type of tube is distributed only to the die-in-the-wool stalkers whose loyalty they are very sure of. There is a good reason for this, as the second type of device carries a payload that is a mixture of ordinary pesticides (they think it is funny that they are getting rid of the pests) and a high-vapor-pressure gas put into the tube by the people who operate this (soon to be) scandal. The thin stream from these devices, which were originally used by the KGB in the Soviet Union, penetrates the skin while causing no more discomfort than the laser. You can guess the result over an extended period of time: genocide.
I have seen these devices on hundreds of occasions, as the gang stalkers like to "cup" them in the palm of their hands. The tubes are designed to fit into the hand just like the old-time "roll of quarters" used in 50's era rumbles, except that these tubes are closer to the diameter of a nickel.
Look for them - if you're a target you will surely begin to notice. Jail is not the only thing these people have waiting for them. When the scandal breaks, and the law eventually lumbers over to their quarters, many of them will have hell waiting for them as well.

Why would Homeland Security hire former Stasi chief Markus Wolfe and former head of the KGB General Yevgeni Primakov?
Is this part of the Bush anti-terror strategy? After all, Wolfe is the man who is credited with building up the feared East German secret police that was responsible for the disappearance and deaths of thousands of citizens. And, Primakov�s record is not any better. As skipper of the KGB he was driving force behind the machinery of state terror; a legacy that still has a chilling affect on many Russians.
