The Wilbourne Twins from Sandston and Highland Springs, Virginia in Henrico County, near Richmond, Virginia are victims of organized group stalking and direct energy weapons.

They are identical Christian Twin brothers who's story is on the internet. In May 2007, they moved  from Virginia to Utah away from their relatives who evidently aspire to embrace power and money to the point of being evil doers. They were told by their father that moving would not improve their situation because their father said "I will still see you, not me, but by other's eyes." 

A big discrediting campaign has occurred, and their father apparently has been dedicated to using  his worldy influence to get Kenneth(Kenny) M. Wilbourne Jr unemployed by physical disability from mysterious sudden muscle damage, corrupt his medical records to say he has psychosis from being a schizophrenic or delusional, shot with directed energy weapons to the brain and body to dismantle his mind and physical health, make him homeless, change the Social Security disability for his muscles to mental disability.

Also, his father promised to use his corrupt influence to put him in an institution; framed for mental institution or jail. Finally, law enforcement in Virginia believe both Wilbourne Twins will be killed for life insurance proceeds. Kenny Wilbourne holds life insurance policy on his adult twin sons, now 45 years old. Kenny Wilbourne Jr has never commited a crime as a juvenile or an adult. He is a former hardworking restaurant/retail manager who was the primary helper to his twin, Kevin - disabled since 1986. Kenny Wilbourne Sr has destroyed both their lives.

Do to Kenny Wilbourne's wordly power from an organized network that is national and international, he seems above the law for these crimes he has perpetuated on his innocent Christian twin sons. They became Targeted Individuals(Ti's) most notably starting in 1997.

If the relatives and their accomplices are successful at their ultimate goal, and remain above the law they will not free from punishment. These perpetrators will be convicted in the court of God. The penalty will be so steep it is beyond human grasp because all saved Christians are part of the body of Christ Jesus according to the Bible.If these perpetrators remain unbelievers in God and Christ the Savior, not trusting Jesus to save them, then the punishment will be eternal in Hell where the Bible says they will bow to acknowledge Lord Christ Jesus is God incarnate. The created can never usurp the Creator. Amen. And this is why all Targetted Individuals should advocate for justice aquired by peaceful means. If necessary, God will do a much better job than any Targeted Individual could ever do.

Targetted Individuals: Trust in God for your life- that is where there is some peace from these evil doers who steal your life. Any reasonable minded person would say that the perpetrators connected to any network involved in organized group stalking and inflicting serious pain and injury and even death by direct energy weapons are sick and twisted.

While most perpetrators evidently don't believe in the Bible as God's word, the Bible clearly states why the perpetrators do what they do. The Bible states that the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. the idea of legality is a misnomer, I am sure you realize, since what these have done to you is certainly NOT legal, so I would not even bring up 'legal protection' They can influence judges, lawyers and juries big time.

Second, Jesus suffered and the Greeks say that wisdom comes throught suffering.

Third, just trying to 'get back' at them frequently gives them incentive to re-double their attacks (A TAX), although they may be holding back and allowing ever greater suffering (but not death) simply so that they can point US out as examples of what happens to people who dabble in truth.

The groups of people below will try to delegitimize or otherwise try to stop US from finding out more truth or from speaking the truth.  Keep in mind that the people shown below are at various stages of recognition about the process and their hostility towards those of US who do speak this truth will vary tremendously:

1) city, state and federal government employees;
2) pensioners/disabled (especially those faking disability);
3) government contractors (you would be surprised who shows up in the category!);
4) those people hoping to get jobs with government or a contractor;
5) many people related to any of the above;

6) others who live off government.

Remember this will tend to quell dissent in major ways.

 

One of the primary reasons that the above will try to stop US is financial: they’re largely invested in the system and determined to keep it going!  (If the economy continues to worsen, look for these associations to form ever closer alliances for the purpose of protecting their shares of the pie!  By the way, the worsening economy may also cause higher levels of desperation.  Therefore, recruitment by these forces will be facilitated, and before you know it, a great majority of people will be under their influence.)

 

If you attempt to present these ideas to any of the parties mentioned above, be sure to do it gently: many participants know not what they do!

This is all absolutely true. I have been in this situation for at least nine years that I am aware of. Bieng activley harrased with unusual tactics until went homeless for two years lived in my car. People have been sent to monitor and report on my actions an attitudes. Have been gassed in my own home to induce sleep, injected with unknown substances, have had my house entered while I was asleep and while I was away. I also have also been followed and all types of street theater done. After my two years of homelessness I finally found a job and got a place and the same people that I broke ties with because I suspected they were accomplices to this have found me again. I believe I was harassed because of knowledge of  Child Protective Services taking children from teen mothers in my neighborhood. A neighbor that had stumbled on this same thing was outright murdered at his front door. I was never asked if  I witnessed anything even though I was home 24 hours a day and outside. This is happening in Tucson Arizona. I thought i was going insane for a while and upon discovering that other people have been through similiar situations, I took every measure I could to avoid bieng in this situation. I have changed my lifestyle to the point of personal discomfort to avoid these people. I used to be afraid and confused and felt as if  I was going to suicide. I believe that was the intent of this. I was involved in a child molestation case on the Jersey shore back in 1984. The case was about a shelter home for teenagers where the counselors were taking the kids out on trips and molesting them. the counselors were only the couriers and the molestation took place under their supervision. I was to testify and was paid ten thousand dollars of hush money after almost bieng killed in a motorcycle accident that was set up. I was moved to Tucson from Freehold New Jersey under an assumed name to start fresh. This lasted just as long as I kept my mouth shut and did what I was supposed to do. I know this sounds really crazy but it it is all true. Believe that this is what is going on.

Most of this crap started after the "Patriot Act" kicked in and funded local "Intel-police" idiocy that targets all enemies of the local concerns.

The Bible tells when One World Government comes to fruition, that Jesus will come to take the saved who trust him as Savior to Heaven by the Rapture.   Thereafter, after a sequence of events describe in the Bible pertaining the Anti-Christ rule, Jesus will come back like a Lion to kill all unbelievers/unsaved and to put Satan and his followers in Hell based on their own free-will choice of rejecting Jesus as Savior. Then, a new Heaven and Earth will be created and all the saved with Jesus will rule forever.   It's ironic, but these forces /organizations who are attacking us Targeted Individuals with directed energy, unwarranted surveillance and mind control projects are actually trying to preserve themselves from the Anti-Christ spirit; the same spirit that they are!! Money and power can be good things, but unfortunately most humans seem to have a corruptible wicked and evil heart who loose their minds and souls over money.   Only an Anti-Christ Spirit with killing and power on its mind would desire to make established financially elite players insecure and too uncomfortable to the point they feel like they have to form a remote and direct methods GLOBAL KILLING MACHINE. The global killing machine's operations   includes taking out good people who do not accept their fear tactics aimed at  turning  their light/goodness hearts  to dark/evil hearts. It sounds like you're really in a bind and I wish I could help you, but I can't see any significant action in our favor until the very end.  You may at times see some things that resemble truth moving in our favor, but that is most likely because the kingdumbs will be fighting one another.  God does that you know,  If we hold on till the end, Daniel 2:44 tells us that the kingdom of Jesus will put an end to all other kingdumbs.

Well, I'm still practicing the "whatever" or "ignore" method and it works! They are abusing TI's to develop a failsafe method of controling all of humanity. They are studying every reaction and forming a evolving program of total control. Each time you react  them, you give them the data they seek.

With this in mind, I try always to not react. As a cab driver, sometimes they also try to reward me for behaviors they desire. I could make a lot of money if I sold myself to them. I simply ignore that as well and I'm doing just fine.

I've learned a couple more survival techniques. First, one of their favorite attacks on me is the diarrhea attack. Since they have done this to me so oten I've found how to cope with it. First. as I've said before, the total absence of dairy in your system reduces the attack by like 90%. Also I always keep a survival kit in my car. I have a few plastic grocery bags and one large brown garbage bag. When I get hit by this attack, I pull over, get in the back seat, squat down below the window line and 'you know what' in a grocery bag, then put that bag in another bag, and finally in the garbage bag. I also keep a roll of paper towels and alcohol based hand cleaner in my car at all times for obvious reasons. At this point, I"m so practiced at it, I just continue about my day and it's as if it had never happened. Sure as you would suppose, the attacks have now become rare since they don't work on me. To those that have gotten this attack, I think you'll find this information golden. It's by far the most psychologically damaging of all their attacks, in my opinion. Not the worst attack overall, but at the psychlogical level, it sure is.

The other thing I have learned is that some of the DEW"S don't work as well in the open air, especially the sleeping/fatigue attack. When I fall asleep in my cab with all windows closed it's much worse then when I have my windows open. There must be a collection of something, maybe negative ions or something like that that fill the air, and if my windows are open it vents out with the air ect.

P.S. Still think you can fight this? Chicago's Mayor Daley, concidered one of the ten best mayors on the planet is a TI now too. I've been noticing his public statements getting a little weirded out but just a couple days ago he made a statement that was totally unintelligible and just had that "TI brain zonk attack" quality to it. I'd give it my 100% sureity he's a TI and with even him being a TI, that's huge. 

There's no fighting this folks. It's a question of simple survival with the hope it falls on it's own merits.   

Thanks again for writing about this new nazi plague destroying the lives of so many Americans.  I've endured this stalking and harrassment here in Vancouver Wa. for 3 years and so intensely for the past year and a half that I can hardly believe that it can go on without an outrageous protest by community leaders, police and law officials here in Clark co. Wa.  My life has been devestated by these people even to the point of intimdating my family into saying nothing about what is happenning to me except that I am most likely mentally ill and thus depriving me of any support I could use to detect and apprehend the stalkers.  I've tried lawyers but unfortunately they are afraid or know about the problem and encourage it for their own nefarious purposes and refuse to take me seriously. The establishments I use for shopping are very much a part of this nazi behaviour and let the perps in to their stores to "mob" and harrass me or my wife.

My wife did not believe me but the DEW or whatever has very likely overflowed from me as th target and is now affecting her breathing and her heart and she is very worried but still afraid to join me in doing legal battle with these criminals.  I've noticed a preponderance of well to do looking women doing most of the stalking lately and the tactics appear to now try to make me feel guilty for some "sexual" misdeed or other wise objectionable such behaviour. Nope!  Not going to happen and the more it happens the less credence I give to the perps.  They are truly sick and need psychiatric care and very likely jail time.

I can't really blame the police as they "know" the constancy of the harrassment and tortue inflicted and I believe ready participants of this unAmerican crime due to fear for themselves and their families.  Thay are still cowards and should do their sworn duty instead of joining in the "schoolhouse" bullying!

I've contacted my representatives of congress rep. Baird and I was given a silent treatment and nothing was ever done and no one contacted to help me!

The ACLU is in the same predictament and very likely has become part of the problem so there is really no one to go to except Jesus, as you said in one of your blogs.  What would Jesus do? Forgive them for they know not what they do!

Had anyone tried Orgonite to defend against these attacks? it is resin with a double terminated crystal, metal shavings and a copper mobuis coil in it. There are several Youtubes on how to make this stuff. Has anyone tried to see if this will deflect these invisible attacks?

My story begins back in September of 2007. I was going to the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where I was viewed as a loner or a person that stayed to himself. What happened next, followed harassment by my dorm room of college kids my own age (Eventually a guard would be put below my window). I left the college, but it was in regards to a decision in career opportunities not met while at that college. Three months later (January of 2008), I decided to return (stupid) only to find harassment and stalking becoming ever more commonplace. In campus I was followed around, made fun of and harassed. Eventually, things that I would do in my apartment, people would know/repeat what would happen there. In fact every time I would move in my apartment, a car alarm would go off; deployed by the students that stayed in my building. Eventually it got so bad that there was a protest that happened below my apartment. I decided that I would move to another apartment that was offered by student housing. This was worse, being that this place was bugged, and a man inside a vehicle outside my apartment would yell degrading comments every time I would move in the apartment. Now through this experience comes a question as to how would you know your apartment was bugged? Well, I would here people talk about my apartment on the street, or hear the exact same songs being played in parties that would play in my apartment. Eventually it got so bad that people outside my apartment would yell me going to kill you!!! As well as kick the apartment wall outside my apartment. It was from this point that I decided to talk to the police. When I talked to them nothing got solved except the harassment being more intensified. Men outside my apartment were yelling degrading comments, students were demanding I "talk to someone" due to my loner behavior, and I began to become an outcast on the college's campus. Eventually being referred as a weirdo, psychopath and other degrading terms. The professors would even point and tell their students of how much a psychopath I really was because of the loner behavior I displayed. When I decided to leave to go home, men came outside my dorm room demanded I stay at the college, and began to make death threats. It got so bad that I could see them outside the window making these threats. That is when I decided to call the cops a second time. When the cops came, they said there was no foot prints outside my window, and requested that I go to the hospital. While there I see the exact same guys that were there outside my window were there in the hospital (same guys that bugged me). Fearing for my life, I told the doctors that I was hearing voices and was put in a hospital. Thinking that everything would be alright, the people in the hospital said, that you should go back to the college and they began wearing the college's emblems (From one nightmare to the next). Eventually I got out of the hospital and went home to my parent's house. When I was there I found the wires in my basement messed up, and my house, and phone conversations "bugged". When I would go and walk on the street things that happened in my house, people would know about. In fact joke and talk about the ailments that happened in college. On top of that. While driving on the road, a phone company truck, and/or hospital van would show every single day. To top this off, every time I move in my own house, a car passes by with a person yelling out that you messed up and/or electrical pulses are sent through my house. On top of that they cause havoc in the world. For example, every time "I would mess up"(as said by people who yell past my house everyday) I would see problems within my community and the world even though it sounds crazy. For example, when I was in a store an somebody said you messed up some horrific event wouyld unfold such as a car crash, trucks overturning right in front of you/crashes while driving etc. Because of my hospitalization, if I bring this information up with my parents, they think I going nuts and think a higher dosage of medication will work......but I am not nuts. For crying out loud I faked the illness to escape that havoc. So my life has been a living hell ever since I decided to go back to that college in January. Since that time, my life has been of harassment, stalking, and my house and phone calls being bugged. It's as if there is nothing you can do anything about. I want to mention that most of the people in my home town changed their license plates to the license plates of the college I went to. Plus on top of that each neighbor I would wave hi too, guys in pick up trucks would go to their houses and install bugging equipment within their residences. I witnessed this happening. The last thing I want to add is that now every time I go past a cell phone, a third party participant yells degrading information over the phone. And everyone in my home town considers me a psychopath for leaving the college. To add further woe, when I left the country to visit a relative(Jamaica), these same things would happen there. The only difference was that when I would "mess up"(as said by the drivers), they would honk their horn. For example, if I would get up too fast, or start moving around a car would beep its horn. Then when they would beep their horn, you would hear gunfire, or hear on the radio that somebody just got killed. There were at least 20-30 occurences that these things had taken place that related in people telling me I "messed up" and them killing. For that month in Jamaica, that would be the deadliest month in that countries history, 200-202 murders. Eventually due to all the killing the justice minister or law enforcement minister would resign(forgot the proper designated title). All these events that occurred are real though it sounds crazy. My illness was faked, but my experiences real. The college I went to: the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In terms of who is stalking/harassing me/electronic harassment or who bugged my parents house, cars, and my car: the US government. Found out through an agency that specializes in this. They also explained why I get the electrical shocks in the form of popping sounds throughout my house every time I would breath unconciously. For the government, this was a way for control. This is the ultimate of a hate crime that transcended from students at the University, to professors, to construction workers, to maintenance workers(fix-it), and when I called the cops to the point the declared me mentally ill due to no proof of people doing this, the fedral government. So for the last 10 months as of 5/31/2009, my life has been a living hell. I believe that this has been done through satellites. I was even told that the 2008 China earthquake, and 2008 China train crash(worst in a decade) were resultant due to me. Also yesterday because my mind concentrated on the palestinian situation, today there was a news article that a shooting had taken place in the West bank between Hamas and Fatah supporters. This was told because I "just" thought about China when these events occured there.

It's not going to be able to be hidden much longer. The Tampa Firemen VERY MUCH participate in this stalking activity. In fact, someone else who is a known and loved person to me (a child) pointed it out.  I was not really paying any attention. And since then it has been ongoing. They're very stupid about it sometimes. I have old friends who work for the fire dept. I know at least two of them know of this activity.  BUT the stupidest part is that they sometimes make so much noise about it and draw attention to themselves (looking for MY attention) that it backfires on them. I have video of them roaring up to hotdog stands while I was waiting for lunch and scaring TONS of people.  Just today they roared by and (not the siren but what they do to their engine) and eveyrone in the place lookd up. I'm over it.  I do watch other peoples' reactions though. They're mystified and they don't forget stuff like this any more than I did as it started to make sense. "making sense" being the last thing they do.
LOL. It's really NOT funny. It's disgusting. They're stealing peoples' properties and liveliehood and messing around with their familial relationships.  I will be glad when the other foot falls on them now and that's sad.  But they really need the reckoning.
