GOV'T 'FUSION CENTER' SPYING: Pretext to Harass and Censor?

•  Government surveillance programs apparently are not just for spying.

•  Regional "fusion centers" administered by the Department of Homeland Security appear to use surveillance as a pretext...

...for psychological harassment, control over individual telecommunications accounts... and prior restraint and/or censorship of political speech and personal internet telecommunications.

•  ACLU: Sue the government on THESE grounds -- which cannot be excused under any reasonable interpretation of the Patriot Act.

GET POLITICAL w/ VIC LIVINGSTON

As readers of NowPublic.com may know, I am a journalist whose telecommunications have been sabotaged for five years — from hijacked passwords and the hijacking of control over my computer connection, to malicious tampering with content and outright censorship of my political speech and my ability to browse and post to certain web sites.

I have memorialized many of these affronts in a running contemporaneous journal posted to the "free speech" section of this blog (thank you, ACLU).

Here is that link:

http://blog.aclu.org/2009/01/26/internet-filters-voluntary-ok-not-government-mandate

Non-Active link:

blog.aclu.org/2009/01/26/internet-filters-voluntary-ok-not-government-mandate

But it takes more than a recitation of alleged abuses to correct these blatant infringements of basic constitutional rights — not just the first amendment right of free speech, but freedom from unreasonable search and seizure of my internet connection, and freedom from the government’s use of telecommunications as a tool of psychological harassment, control, prior restraint and outright censorship.

I m encouraging the ACLU to file a class-action suit against government warrantless surveillance on these grounds. I ask that all NowPublic readers join in this effort.

This is not a matter of the government’s declared right to perform surveillance on American citizens if it does not actually disclose the collected information (a dubious claim, for sure).

This case involves the use of telecommunications as an instrument to control telecommunications, and to harass citizens whose political speech does not meet with the approval of fusion center totalitarians.

I have reason to believe the DHS fusion center in Newtown, PA, near my home, is responsible for these egregious violations of my rights -- and that state and local officials also may be complicit.

These infringements have materially affected my ability to pursue my journalism career, and also have resulted in other related damages stemming from the blatant interference with my ability to use the internet — and even to compose on my personal computer.

My telephone and internet communications remain subject to such interference, even interception. Important email typically does not draw a response.

ACLU, please consider these alternate grounds for a class-action suit that would restore the constitutional rights of all users of telecommunications — and result in a recovery of damages suffered at the hands of totalitarians in government at all levels — federal, state and local.

That is the only way these abuses can be stopped — through legal action that results in official accountability and punitive sanctions.

Fire off an email to www.aclu.org and let them know what you think.

If you look at the evidence I have on my site and now knowing that you worked for FOX.....there is only onw conclusion...it's FOX that is doing this.....the exact same things that you describe that have happened to you have happened to me and it was through sports and FOX was involved.

1

while that conclusion makes sense in a world popula1ted by Vics and Shugas (is that one "a" or eight?) it doesn't explain the thousands with no connection to Fox.

Relative to the internet record "purges", as described by Vic within his last message, I have one thing to say:

   Yeah -- BIG time.

I'm absolutely, positively, convinced beyond all reasonable doubt that there exist a substantial army of "Winstons", incessantly at work,    shoveling any records that so much as admit to the existence of targeted individuals -- into the Memory Hole.

To "Anonymously Given":

Here's the difference.  Your comments have "the ring of truth" to them.  Sadly, and I hate to say this - his don't.  Read the comments to all of his stories, pay particular attention to his responses, check out the links which he's included, such as the one to his "free speech diary" posted to the ACLU's site and, it's difficult to conclude what most of us would really like to conclude...

My comment was truncated but, for now, I'm going to assume that there's a programming bug.

It doesn't give me any pleasure to say negative things about "Vic", but he's generally non-responsive when asked to answer questions or explain something.  At times, he berates and ridicules those who post, with what seem like rather childish responses - and as it's said, it certainly doesn't take a rocket-scientist to see it.

He has successfully supported himself by being knowledgeable in other areas,

Actually I've seen a complete unwillingness to properly research technical data even on an issue so relevant as weaponry that supposedly is being used to torture and kill him. And when that data was shown to him, a refusal to correct those errors.

http://my.nowpublic.com/world/u-k-e-u-humanists-head-london-protest-radiation-weapons

and see where the comments ended on that. every critical voice calling the obvious?  "lame psy ops".

You think the "marginalization of finances" might be somehow relevant to not working in five years?

We all get crazy (not necessarily clinically) about this sort of thing in the early going (IMO, five years is the early going).

So, some faux pas must be forgiven.

And yes, part of me wants to believe, even if I have to suspend disbelief, that of all the journalists in this country, some of whom must  carry names indicating linkages to  liberty loving forebears (Jefferson, Hancock, Henry, Madison, etc), that at least one of them had the balls and the decency to resist fascism.

I haven't yet decided to take the rose colored glasses off of my nose, I guess.

Censorship.

Someone recently mentioned in an internet article that the govn't had successfully mapped out all 587 nodes in the Tor network (How they could really know it had 587 nodes at any particular point in time, I don't know).

I became a little concerned about this issue, so I began to look for an alternative cloaking network.  FreeNet came to mind, but the word on the street is that it is completely overrun by pedophiles and drug dealers.  Also, Freenet  transmits the graphic portions of internet content, and so it  puts any user at the substantial risk of inadvertently helping some other person involved in trading illicit material.

What is needed is a "text only" version of FreeNet, such that all targeted individuals could sign on to this new service, avoid the various censorship attempts put on by our antagonists, and not contribute to illegal activity.  I've been trying to reach Ian Clarke, in order to suggest this to him.  (He is the originator of FreeNet).

If people (and especially targeted individuals) were not afraid of being an unwitting facilitator of nastiness, more would sign on to the cloaking service (making it more difficult to map the network).

You might be more specific.  While I have to agree that the author is spinning some whoppers, there is a whole lot of "truth" within them.

Anyone who believes that organized stalking (or whatever you want to call it) doesn't exist and isn't taking place in communities all across this country (and elsewhere) just hasn't had their number called yet.  The stalking, frequent (constant?) surveillance, thefts, vandalism, surreptitious home-entries and character-assassination are some of the very obvious tools of the trade.

From today's Washington Times (4/13):

The Department of Homeland Security is warning law enforcement officials about a rise in "right-wing extremist activity," saying the economic recession, the election of America's first black president and the return of a few disgruntled war veterans could swell the ranks of white-power militias.

SCRIVENER'S COMMENT THAT REFUSED TO POST TO WA-TIMES STORY:

Homeland Security should start by reforming from within.

There is strong evidence that DHS-funded civilian volunteer programs such as Citizen Corps, Infragard and USA on Watch are front organizations for organized community "gang stalker" extremists who "target" their fellow citizens -- allegedly under direction from federal military, intel, and secretive security agencies.

POSTED TO THE WASHINGTON POST ‘44″ POLITICAL BLOG, APRIL 14th, 2009:

PERSONAL TO DAVID F. HEYMAN, assistant secretary of policy (designate), Dept. of Homeland Security

Mr. Heyman:

Congratulations on your appointment. I wrote a note to Mrs. Obama today on the occasion of her visit to DHS. The note elicited a “held for blog owner” message, although The Washington Post does NOT “hold” posts unless foul language is detected.

So I rewrote the note, informing Mrs. Obama’s staff that the unexpurgated version could be found under the “free speech” thread of blog.aclu.org.

This time, the post went through. Because it is relevant to your new assignment, I wanted you to see it. But once again, my post here elicited a “held for blog owner” message.

I believe this message emanated from a DHS fusion center, not from The Washington Post.

So now more than ever, I believe you should read what I wrote to Mrs. Obama. Could you please direct your staff to the following link, provided by ACLU:

http://blog.aclu.org/2009/01/26/internet-filters-voluntary-ok-not-government-mandate

Thank you, Mr. Heyman. Hopefully, your staff and/or colleagues will see this message and call it to your attention. I would email you directly, but my telecommunications don’t seem to be very reliable these days; perhaps it’s a sign of the times.

***********************

IT IS APRIL 15TH -- APPARENTLY, THE DAY THE ORDER WENT OUT AT THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR FUSION CENTERS TO STOP CENSORING THE INTERNET...

...OR, JUDGING FROM MY INTERNET EXPERIENCE TODAY, AT LEAST NOT AS BLATANTLY.

I will continue to report on apparent censorship and malicious interference with my telecommunications in this space -- because, despite this statement from DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano...

“We are on the lookout for criminal and terrorist activity but we do not – nor will we ever – monitor ideology or political beliefs. We take seriously our responsibility to protect the civil rights and liberties of the American people, including subjecting our activities to rigorous oversight from numerous internal and external sources."

...MALICIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH MY TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONTINUES -- ALBEIT AT A MUCH REDUCED LEVEL.

One piece of evidence:  Each time I click to submit a politically-oriented comment, the taskbar of my browser (Firefox) suddenly halts,  and the word "STOPPED" appears.  Then, a split-second later, the activity resumes in the task bar -- an indication to me that my internet computing CONTINUES TO BE SUBJECT TO EXTERNAL CONTROL AND MANIPULATION.

The internet functions of my computer also continue to be delayed, as if on a time delay that allows a third party monitor to alter my input at will.

So when Secretary Napolitano says (significantly, in present and future tense)...

"...we do not – nor will we ever – monitor ideology or political beliefs."

...I must say that I believe that statement is incorrect.  (Let me also add that there is no justifiable cause for any of my telecommunications to be subject to surveillance; this has been going for for at least five years.)

And, Secetary Napolitano, I would be more than willing to testify to that effect before Congress -- because it appears that the task bar goes to "STOPPED" in the manner described above ONLY when I attempt to post a politically-oriented comment to an internet blog page.

(Also, please note:  I no longer am able to post to BroadcastingandCable.com -- where I had written many posts in support of a delay in the date for the transition to digital television -- posts which generated derisive responses that may have been the work of paid agents on assignment from those who oppose such a delay for economic or political reasons.)

This apparent warrantless fusion center surveillance -- which, in my case, involves MALICIOUS AND SADISTIC TAMPERING with my use of the internet -- is not only a violation of my constitutional rights, but constitutes HARASSMENT, a "color of law" violation.

So while I would have hoped that Ms. Napolitano's statement would have put an end to unlawful and unconstitutional activity that appears to be emanating from a DHS-administered fusion center, it appears that is NOT the case.

I do hope this missive comes to the personal attention of Ms. Napolitano, whom I personally admire -- and with whom I would like to meet in person to elaborate on this, and related issues, such as my continued victimization by "community gang stalkers," many of whom appear to be affiliated with DHS-funded community policing and volunteer organizations (notably, Citizen Corps of Bucks County, PA as well as other DHS-funded organizations such as local public safety units).

A special thanks to the many "good people on the inside" whom I believe are working tirelessly, and at personal risk, to right these egregious wrongs.

I must add that the unconstitutional behavior that I believe can be ascribed to fusion center personnel is the LEAST offensive aspect of the five years of abuse that has contributed to the destruction of my career, and the degradation of my health.

COMMENT TO FIRST LADY MICHELLE OBAMA ELICITS ‘HELD FOR BLOG OWNER’ MESSAGE AFTER ATTEMPTED POST TO WASHINGTONPOST.COM ‘44′ POLITICAL BLOG

• Even though Wa-Po does NOT “hold” political posts unless foul language is detected

So, as promised, I post the apparently censored comment here. (White House staff, please forward to the First Lady; my important email does not seem to get through.)

PERSONAL TO: Mrs. Michelle Obama (FLOTUS staff, please forward)

Mrs. Obama:

DHS Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties? Is it functional, or dormant?

I’ve written extensively about how DHS-funded volunteer organizations apparently have been used as a front for the extrajudicial targeting and punishment of “innocent but targeted” American citizens — under the apparent direction of secretive DHS agents and allied “multi-agency coordinated action” units within military and intelligence agencies.

Victims of so-called “organized community gang-stalking” have alleged that these forces are using widely deployed, silent microwave radiation “directed energy weapons” to torture and slowly degrade the health of “targeted individuals.”

My requests to federal and local officials for an investigation have fallen on deaf ears. One official told me that they see “nothing to investigate.”

That’s probably true — because it appears that federal and local officials KNOW ALL ABOUT THIS, and let it happen.

If the DHS Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties is supposed to protect the public interest, I must report to you as an affected citizen and a longtime journalist that the office does not appear to be living up to its mission.

Since your visit was warmly received, perhaps you could pass this message on to Janet Napolitano, along with these links:

Reform The PATRIOT Act: Stop Abuse of National Security Letters

With portions of the Patriot Act set to expire later this year, the time has come to tell Congress to begin reforming and repealing the worst excesses of the Bush Administration's "War on Terror."

Chief among the unconstitutional powers authorized by the Patriot Act are so-called national security letters (NSLs). These secret subpoenas allow the FBI, without any independent oversight or judicial review, to seize private data about ordinary Americans. Recipients of NSLs are forbidden, or "gagged," from ever revealing the letters' existence to their coworkers, to their friends or even to their family members. The FBI's systemic abuse of this power has been documented both by a Department Of Justice investigation and by EFF's Freedom of Information Act work."

Quote Glenn Greenwald at Salon.com -

The ultimate reaping of what one sows: right-wing edition

It's certainly true that federal police efforts directed at domestic political movements -- even ones with a history of inspiring violence in both the distant and recent past -- require real vigilance and oversight, and it's also true that the DHS description of these groups seems excessively broad with the potential for mischief.

But the political faction screeching about the dangers of the DHS is the same one that spent the last eight years vastly expanding the domestic Surveillance State and federal police powers in every area.

DHS -- and the still-creepy phrase "homeland security" -- became George Bush's calling card. The Republicans won the 2002 election by demonizing those who opposed its creation.

All of the enabling legislation underlying this Surveillance State -- from the Patriot Act to the Military Commissions Act, from the various FISA "reforms" to massive increases in domestic "counter-Terrorism" programs -- are the spawns of the very right-wing movement that today is petrified that this is all being directed at them.

                                                                    -- Glenn Greenwald

Well, it seems to me that with this statement, Greenwald has bought the double-agent "lame psy ops."

He really believes that within a period of weeks, the extreme right-wing neo-fascists within the DHS suddenly are turning their hate machine against the extreme right-wing civilians and off-duty public safety officers and municipal and utility workers and contractors who comprise the American Gestapo -- the citizen army that DHS, the intel agencies and the military consciously set out to construct?  Their "family"?

This is why only the good people on the inside, and not the media, can save democracy and the rule of law in America (see movie, Enemy of the State).

Greenwald is well-meaning but gullible and dangerously naive, as are most of the lib-progressives in the media.  He still refuses to believe there are Nazis within.  The Nazis out in the street, the pitchfork people, are just props in the street theater.

There is nothing the neo-fascists on the inside fear more than the truth -- because they are fully cognizant of the crimes against humanity they continue to commit.

But they have little to fear from Greenwald, because they've apparently got him blinded by their psy ops.

Thank God for the good people on the inside of the agencies and the directorates and the commands -- the only ones with the power to dethrone the extremists within.  That is where this battle must be fought and won.  This is an intramural battle, and the odds are now with the good guys, the ones who now hold the White House and the senior cabinet positions (DHS included).

I'll throw my lot with the good people on the inside before I'll count on the easily deceived journos whom I still think can be foot-soldiers in the battle for justice -- once they get a clue. Hopefully, Glenn will soon figure it out.

One of the fundamentals of employment in government, as everyone who isn't a complete idiot knows, is it's almost impossible to lose your job, but DON'T MAKE WAVES. Don't be a troublemaker, keep a low profile. So all these "good people on the inside", who have so far sat back and watched it all happen, or even themselves participated, why are they going to suddenly speak out and lose their careers and pensions and benefits in today's economy for people they don't even know?

The instinct for self preservation is never weaker than conscience or compassion for the suffering of strangers. THE GOOD PEOPLE INSIDE ARE NOT SO GOOD THEY"LL THROW AWAY A CAREER WITH FULL BENNIES FOR YOU OR I. They let it happen and don't care.  So just stop talking that nonsense.

So Vic, why do you keep pounding in this "only the good people inside can end this, and they are working on it" message? Are you trying to get your readers who are TI's to lay down peacefully and accept this abuse, with the assurances you've given in place of their own action?

Not en masse, but there are still good people who occasionallydo the right thing, in spite of the consequences and personal sacrifices.  A few examples:  Colleen Rowley, Tamm, Tice...  Still, I'm not sitting around holding my breath that there's any help for those in the "TI community.  So you're probably right - they aren't likely to do it for TIs.

I only know what I know.  And I know that several visits to the FBI resulted in a reduction in the intensity of the microwave radiation attacks (although the assaults continue to the present), and a reduction in what was virtually daily poisoning of our food and water and even the air in our home.  But the tainting of our food continues.  These operatives have persistently gained access into our living quarters, perhaps, as we sleep, and apparently, they know they can make these surreptitious entries without consequence from local police or county authorities.

Their technical expertise tells me I am dealing with a highly trained squad and I believe they are based right in my neighborhood.  I still believe radiation-emitting devices have been secreted on the premises, and don't tell me to climb up in the attic because I could never find this equipment, or a possible "phrogger's  nest" constructed in the voids in walls and between floors.  I will say this: the morning after our power was shut off, I woke up feeling physically better than usual.  I wonder whether the shut-off cut off power to devices that are irradiating us as we sleep.

(By the way: the alleged utility worker who restored our power did NOT affix an official utility company seal to the meter, as is required by protocol.)

There's little doubt that my past reporting caused me to be targeted; there is no other rational explanation.  The impact  my work has had over the past year, since I regained the physical ability to again do journalism, should tell you why they're trying so hard to neutralize me permanently.

I still retain my faith in "the good people on the inside."  It would be extremely self-aggrandizing to think that I'm the only one with enough personal integrity to fight for our personal liberty, even at great personal expense.

But I do agree with you on one point:  If there are good people on the inside (as I believe), WHAT THE HELL IS TAKING THEM SO LONG?  I can't leave my house without some sign of malicious vandalism or overt signs that our privacy has been invaded.

I am constantly stalked and harassed.  Two weeks ago, I noticed a guy in a blue van tailgating and following me.  When I turned into a shopping center, he followed.  When he got out of his van, I confronted him, told him I noticed he was following me, and remarked that under Bush-Cheney, a lot of innocent people were unjustly targeted.

His response to me?  Not "What are you talking about?"  Instead, he looked me in the eye and said,

"Jesus is the way."

I said, "What does Jesus have to do with you stalking me?  Jesus was the original gang-stalking victim, you know."

At that point, he turned very un- Christian-like, and said, "Get out of my face." He had followed me into a store, and shouted to the clerk, "call 9-1-1!"

I replied, "You CALL 9-1-1, and I'll tell the police you were tracking and following me with your GPS unit."

Not surprisingly, no one called the police.

I later returned to the store to talk to the proprietor, whom I knew from an earlier purchase.  He told me the guy was a customer who was "very religious."

I had noticed that the stalker's PA license plate had "Knights of Columbus" embossed on it.  (Yes, I did take down his plate number.)

Are other KofC members involved in community stalking their neighbors?  Certainly, the actions of one member should not reflect on the group; but I believe it's a reasonable question.  It appears that religious fanatics are among a core group of extremists involved in gang stalking in my county.  And it also appears that they operate under the protection of local authorities (which would explain why no local authorities will investigate).

And while I have complained to federal authorities (as discussed here), I can't find any feds who are interested in running down the MANY leads I could provide -- leads that would lead them DIRECTLY to some of those responsible for harassing and menacing me.

But, batvette, that doesn't mean they're not working quietly behind the scenes.  I might not have to give them that stalker's plate number -- because "the good people on the inside" may already know who he is, and what he and his co-conspirators are up to.  I wouldn't be surprised if the "good guys" are doing a "gumshoe" on me for that purpose. Indeed, I hope they are.

As I say loudly when my computing is interrupted by what appears to be malicious hacking:  "This surveillance is going to multiple agencies."

Those in the know are best able to assess the veracity of that statement.

#1. Vic, if you can't keep people out of your home and out of your food supply while you're asleep OR record them if they are doing this, you're letting your family down AND are a poor excuse for an investigative journalist.

#2. If you claim you possibly have a directed energy device in your attic (which would have to be enormous as it would require a power supply of its own AND a targeting/victim detection apparatus) and are unable to find it, ditto the above.

#3 Your grasp on reality is tenuous at best if you believe "Phroggers" are living in voids in your attic. HOW BIG IS VIC'S HOUSE? I mean, really!

#4  How dumb do you believe any of us are that we are supposed to buy this lameness? You can't go down to home depot and spend $20 on a couple of barrel bolts for your doors and a couple of sticks of lumber to put in the windows?  You can't shine a flashlight around in your attic?

THIS IS WHY YOU ARE FULL OF DOODY, VIC LIVINGSTON: YOU EXERCISE NOT A HINT OF SELF PRESERVATION INSTINCT. IF ALL OF THAT WAS REALLY GOING ON, YOU'D HAVE FIRST SECURED YOUR HOME FROM INTRUSION. YOU'D HAVE FIRST INVESTIGATED YOUR HOME FOR MACHINES OR INDIVIDUALS ASSAULTING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. A MAN'S HOME IS HIS CASTLE AND NO MAN JUST GOES ON THE INTERNET AND WHINES ABOUT SPOOFED WEB PAGES  BUT CONTINUES TO ALLOW HIMSELF AND HIS LOVED ONES TO BE HARMED IN THAT CASTLE.

sorry for shouting, all. I'm rather irate at the insult to all of our intelligence we're supposed to buy that, and I invite anyone to PM me through my username and I'll link you to some pictures showing what I did to my RENTED castle when I was worried about the threat of perp intrusion.  on the cheap, too.

If Vic's full of **** of course he needs to get hollered at. If he's not, he STILL needs it because nobody should be that pathetic.

WAS JANET NAPOLITANO SET UP BY RIGHT-WING ELEMENTS WITHIN DHS?

• Internal "psy ops" aimed at the top?

Surely, lower-level officials knew that on the eve of the "TEA Party" demonstrations, a report singling out right-wing extremists and veterans would be greeted with scorn and anger -- and that Secretary Napolitano and the Obama administration would be the lighting rod for such criticism.

It may be no accident that the very groups cited by the DHS report represent some of the core elements of so-called organized community "gang stalking" -- a nationwide legion of local citizen armies who hunt down, harass, vandalize and even physically assault persons "targeted" by government agencies.

Gang stalking victims have gathered evidence that indicates these vigilantes are fronted by volunteer organizations funded by various agencies of DHS -- with the knowledge, support, and possibly, direction, of DHS-affiliated officials on the federal and local levels.

Secretary Napolitano, Assistant Director of Policy Heyman and other high DHS officials:

Please read the following articles. The most serious threat to the mission of DHS could be extremists under your command.

I can't let your disinfo stand.

Even a converted, modified microwave oven secreted in an attic and hard-wired to the power supply would be very difficult to detect and, over time, could do grave damage.

Microwave radiation devices have been miniaturized,  and all your phony posts about the huge dize of "DEW" and such won't wash.  Or should I say, the DEW "truthpaste" is out of the tube.

When gang stalkers know the local cops won't do anything, they can copy your keys, pick your locks, poison your food, put something in your vents to knock you out... gang stalking victims (you know, "TI's")  have written extensively about these evil methods.

A barrel bolt is going to keep out these professional cat burglars?  Make me laugh.

By your post, you once again prove that you are no "TI."  You're a practitioner of lame psy ops and are one of the would-be tormentors.  Do they pay you by the post, or are you a full-timer at the fusion center?

You don't torment me, though.  You are Jerry Lewis to my Dean Martin.

Ain't that a kick in the head.

Vic's attic. Please, anyone tell me if your life were in danger would you leave one damn stone unturned in your attic?

Microwave radiation devices have been miniaturized,

Anything powerful enough to harm a mouse can be seen in the common attic. And I have never seen the word "miniaturized" used officiallly about any DEW. In short, you're lying.

When gang stalkers know the local cops won't do anything, they can copy your keys, pick your locks,

You put one of those on a door with the receiver sufficiently embedded, no perp is getting in EVER. I'll do you one better. Rather than get on the internet and emasculate myself describing how I was powerless in my own home, I did this:

That's what 2 8" bolts look like as top and bottom of a 4 point locking system. The top door frame is reinforced with angle iron, as is the drop bar. The drop bar secure to its mounts with quick release pins. The harder you push the door, the tighter the jam closes to hold the door. The bottom bolt goes into concrete, if you do so ensure you affix a spring to avoid lockout.

The perps next door, whose door faces mine just 7 feet away, have been assaulting that wall for over a year, with (I believe) an ultrasonic cannon of some sort. You can feel pressure on your eardrums and head as it goes in and out, and ringing and buzzing in your ears.  I have dozens of DVD's showing it moving, often as much as 2 inches at some points, in and out over and over again. Tjhey are not coming through THAT door, and I can have it open in 6 seconds flat.

Now who is the phony TI, Vic? Let's see that attic.

poison your food, put something in your vents to knock you out... gang stalking victims (you know, "TI's")  have written extensively about these evil methods.

Yeah, seems to me that's where most everything you have ever said that sounds like ordinary OS comes from, you read it from someone else.

Funny thing, they almost alwasys described taking some defensive action.

Leave politics out of the equation. It only clouds the air with more bull****.

(edit- just some advice in my opinion- sorry, that flippant statement was kind of bossy- let me elaborate)

A problem I've seen with an overemphasis on placing blame on Bush is that Bush is gone so people will just figure "Okay, Bush went home in 2008, what's the problem?" and people who don't share liberal political leanings will tune out your message as soon as you start.

It is a bipartisan problem and nothing stinks of nothing constructive like a partisan political discussion.
