GOV'T 'FUSION CENTER' SPYING: Pretext to Harass and Censor?

• Government surveillance programs apparently are not just for spying.

• Regional "fusion centers" administered by the Department of Homeland Security appear to use surveillance as a pretext...

...for psychological harassment, control over individual telecommunications accounts... and prior restraint and/or censorship of political speech and personal internet telecommunications.

• ACLU: Sue the government on THESE grounds -- which cannot be excused under any reasonable interpretation of the Patriot Act.

GET POLITICAL w/ VIC LIVINGSTON

As readers of NowPublic.com may know, I am a journalist whose telecommunications have been sabotaged for five years — from hijacked passwords and the hijacking of control over my computer connection, to malicious tampering with content and outright censorship of my political speech and my ability to browse and post to certain web sites.

I have memorialized many of these affronts in a running contemporaneous journal posted to the "free speech" section of this blog (thank you, ACLU).

But it takes more than a recitation of alleged abuses to correct these blatant infringements of basic constitutional rights — not just the first amendment right of free speech, but freedom from unreasonable search and seizure of my internet connection, and freedom from the government’s use of telecommunications as a tool of psychological harassment, control, prior restraint and outright censorship.

I m encouraging the ACLU to file a class-action suit against government warrantless surveillance on these grounds. I ask that all NowPublic readers join in this effort.

This is not a matter of the government’s declared right to perform surveillance on American citizens if it does not actually disclose the collected information (a dubious claim, for sure).

This case involves the use of telecommunications as an instrument to control telecommunications, and to harass citizens whose political speech does not meet with the approval of fusion center totalitarians.

I have reason to believe the DHS fusion center in Newtown, PA, near my home, is responsible for these egregious violations of my rights -- and that state and local officials also may be complicit.

These infringements have materially affected my ability to pursue my journalism career, and also have resulted in other related damages stemming from the blatant interference with my ability to use the internet — and even to compose on my personal computer.

My telephone and internet communications remain subject to such interference, even interception. Important email typically does not draw a response.

ACLU, please consider these alternate grounds for a class-action suit that would restore the constitutional rights of all users of telecommunications — and result in a recovery of damages suffered at the hands of totalitarians in government at all levels — federal, state and local.

That is the only way these abuses can be stopped — through legal action that results in official accountability and punitive sanctions.

Law enforcement gets major blocks of its funding from the agencies that proliferate directed energy microwave radiation weapons. It knows all about "DEW,' who's using them in the communities they serve, and they know that they have to be beholden to these rogue federal programs or else. So tell me how legalizing drugs would make one whit of difference? Nice try to deflect responsibility...

Vic, there seems to be plenty of stories around about CIA involvement in the drug trade as a way to finance black ops. Keeping drugs illegal maintains the drug trade as a monopoly for a few people and organisations, and the use made of the billions of dollars involved is not open to scrutiny.

Our torture, and the indiference it recieves from the authorities, does not hapen in a vacuum. It is part of a supranational force that has unlimited funds, and every government of every country in which it occurs is either frightened or in colusion with that force. I am not shifting responsibility, I just have a less naive view than you of what the world is realy about.

Have you ever asked yourself what the use of the weapons they are testing on you is? Do you really believe it is just for millitary use in the interest of a particular nation? And that the interests of that nation are defined by the needs of its general population?

Naive? I don't think so. And yes, I agree this is a global phenomenon, and those who believe in personal liberty and are members of certain minority groups are main targets of this global fascism. This is simply the Fourth Reich. I was targeted because I was perceived by certain "authorities" as among the "one in twenty" who dare to stand in the way of tyrants (to paraphrase Der Fuhrer).

The willingness of the ignorant hate-mongers to accept the lies and slanders and to commit unspeakable evil (such as poisoning our food and water and air, for starters) tells me that these neo-Nazis are "protected" (or think they are) at high levels of government. Yes, as you imply, we are dealing with a cult of power. A global police state mentality built on a foundation of hate and disrespect for basic human rights. This is fascism. It has manfested itself in certain quarters of government, in certain secret societies and militaristic corporations, and in certain quarters of organized religion. In nearly every aspect, what is happening today in America is a mirror-image of what happened in the run-up to Hilter's seizure of pwoer in pre-war Germany.

Is the Obama administration destined to be an heir to the fate of the Weinmar Republic? Has Obama himself been "brainwashed" by directed energy weapons that cause him extreme fatigue and distress when he makes decisions that run counter to the "illuminati" who surround him 24/7? I would not be surprised. I have yet to see the courage of conviction from our new President. Perhaps he's still in the process of consolidating what could prove to be a tenuous grip on power. We haven't heard a peep from Eric Holder. I have seen signs that Janet Napolitano is a brave woman who is working to correct the abuses of many, many years. There has been draconian censorship of media and email in recent months, and it continues. But I have seen signs in my personal life that tell me the forces of good are on the march inside of very powerful and authoritarian agencies.

Will reform spread to the agency that I believe is the seat of the shadow government -- the central command center that is necessary to coordinate and implement the heinous policies of the Dr. Strangeloves who have hijacked the military and intelligence "communities"? Without the "brains" closest to the seat of military power, this American fascist coup would come apart at the seams. God willing, that process already has begun. If I am wrong, I'll see you inside Camp FEMA (that is, if they let me survive even to suffer more...)

Why do you always spin this into grandiose involvement of Obama, heads of DHS, etc? Is it delusions of grandeur or the frustrations of a marginalized political journalist? Why not write articles about the Obama administration and talk about that there and talk about what little facts you know about organized stalking here? "Central Command Center..". That doesn't address the underlying point, which is the consistent attempt to spin occurrances in your own life on a local level, as being related to prominent officials on a national level. Along with your propensity to blame government agents or interference for the most mundane and trivial events in your life, anyone seriously analyzing your commentary of a length of time will surely conclude these are classic displays of paranoid schizophrenia- delusions of grandeur and persecution complex. Why make it easy for people to discredit organized stalking as a whole?

It shouldn't take a degree for "paranoid schizophrenia" to pop into one's mind when you see a guy who encounters a mickey mouse program like nowpublic lose its edit button temporarily and starts spewing things such as, and I quote verbatim:

I was assaulted and unconstitutionally imprisoned Monday night (June 22nd) by
Falls Township, Bucks County, PA, police, who violently twisted my
arm, threw me down on the trunk of my car (which was confiscated and

Ummm, excuse me... "exposing" any entity or person(s) as having a "role" in a crime or wrongdoing generally requires some form of evidence, either physical or in sworn testimony by credible individuals. You've never done anything of the sort here!

I really wish you had done what you claim, but I haven't seen it. In fact most of your articles have claims like "victims claim they have had their financial records tampered with" implying a lot of people are running around with silly claims about forged utility bills to claim organized stalking caused their financial ruin.

While OS tactics of keeping us awake or angry do make earning a living difficult, you're the only one who can't seem to find a calculator to tally his monthly budget.

In the world of "batvette," an apparent disinformation agent assigned to cyber-stalk me, it is okay to... (I judge this on your comment in the "Gestapo USA" story comments section)...

...pull a citizen over while he's driving home, having committed no offense or violation of the law; assault that citizen with no provocation whatsoever; slap handcuffs on him from behind, so tightly that it causes pain and bruising; throw him into a squad car in a stress position; leave him in the back seat in a chained-in yard for a prolonged period, then throw him into a holding cell, fingerprint and mug shot him, deny his right to make a phone call, saying "you can do that when you get to PRISON;" then release him about a half-hour or so later, saying no charges are being filed, but I will be charged "in the mail" with "STALKING" -- when I was being stalked by the person who called out the cops on me when he noticed I was taking down his license plate number.

And this "batvette" has the utter gall to claim he is a "targeted individual."

You, sir are an incompetent. If some entity is paying you to post here, which I believe to be the case, it is a gross misappropriation of public resources.

"Batvette" would have readers to believe that stalking victims aren't roughed up and falsely detained in America on a regular basis.

You've repeatedly accused me of being a paid government agent cyberstalking you, and you've made the same accusation of most of the people who ever posted a critical reply to you here. I know for a fact your judgement about who "stalks" you is just plain stupid- once you said my story didn't pass your "sniff" test, a week later you said it was too good!

So now within a long list of more unfounded accusations, I find the little morsel of info- you were writing down the license plate of a "stalker". Since I am supposed to be a "stalker" as are most of the other readers, you'll excuse me if I don't act surprised at the outcome of your actions that day!

So how long did it take for the cop to arrive after you saw this person phone him? Did it take you like 20 minutes to write down the number? When the police arrived, did you have a calm, rational reason to be following people around writing down their license plate? Or did you go off on a rant about torture matrixes, satellite weapons, and red marks on Obama's forehead being evidence of Gestapo USA?

And as for an alias, you or anyone else can Google my handle and find my name, and a history of internet posts going back over ten years in various forums which mirror my personal interests, since the time I first got AOL in 1996- I was batvette@aol.com, unlike you, who even though you claim to be a mainstream journalist, let's remember you seem to have appeared out of thin air about a year ago and when pushed were able to find a single reference piece written by yourself about 5 years ago - with no other hit for Vic Livingston anywhere on the internet over a year old.

I have nothing to hide and frankly lost count of how many silly claims and just outright lies you've printed at this site. Boy, you really must think those microwave radiation directed energy attacks (which continue, by the way) have left me with no ability to think rationally. If you're the one recomending their "on-line form," wouldn't you assume that I would think that's the LAST place I'd go?

Is this stupidity, incompetence, or a combination of ingredients? Do your handlers stop by to check your work here? One can only hope.

Should I tell the ffchs "lawyer" that "Batvette sent me," so I am assured of the "white-glove treatment"?

Or is it like one of my local cops characterized it to me when I went to retrieve my vandalized mailbox: "The silver platter"? It was recommended to you last week by another user, NOT me. But then EVERYone who posts here with advice you don't like is a paid government agent out to get you, right?

Here we have a "crack" (smoking?) "investigative reporter" who is such a sleuth he can't find out who owns the FFCHS website, or that I, whose name is no secret and can be found in 30 seconds on google, have nothing to do with them.

Don't try and turn this around, stop squirming and answer the question:

Why would the police be in possession of your "vandalized mailbox?"

For them to have this item in their possession, it would have to be checked in as evidence of some sort. Did you get them to take a report that you have been gangstalked and that was part of an asssault? A conscientious and competant investigative journalist would love such a measure of progress. Why don't you post a jpg of the report they took?

Better yet, why not get some real attention to the tragic abuses you suffered the other night, and scan or photograph a copy of your arrest and release report from the police- such a document must exist, and you can also post in an article a copy of the tow and impound report from the towing yard. Now we can really get somewhere and document this abuse of rights! Now Vic Livingston can really make a difference for us all!

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT! WE'LL FINALLY BE GETTING SOMEWHERE!

Why, I bet an investigative journalist can scan and upload a silly old document like that in nanoseconds! Show us how a seasoned pro does it, Vic.

Vic, you kill all inteligent discussions on your sites, in part because you do not report what hapens to you honnestly, and in part because you are paranoid and keep attacking other contributors. You should really just have a blog somewhere where there is no place for comments. Then you can make up anything you like unchallenged.

As for you not joining the ffchs lawsuit, I do not believe for one minute it is because you don't think it is legit. I think you want to do it alone because you want the attention. You don't want to be one of the victims, you want to be THE victim. Let's hope that, if you do eventually hire a lawyer, the lawyer has the brains not to put you on the witness stand...

Lawyers don't help....I've tried to hire 6 and they all tell me I have no case because someone has gotten to them first because they monitor my phone calls and know every move I make...so they are always one stepa head of me....I have gone to the police and to the FBI, and they laugh at me and told me if I stop talking about it it will go away...WHAT??? I have lived 4 years of my in HELL and have lost everything to try and figure out what is going on and I'm supposed to just LET IT GO??? No fuggin way am I letting it go....The thing is I know the "Vigillante" group that is doing it to me....someone in NASCAR...they are the KK dressed up n nice clothes and are founded on corruption and running from the law, only now they have the law on their side, becuase of Bush...Sprint/Nextel is their main sponsor and the technology they have at their disposal is being funded by DARPA....I just started a blog and am trying to get the word out here is the link

Vic, at the time of my torture, I could not get a lawyer to do anything for me either (and I also went to the state police, the federal police, and the spooks). However the ffchs has managed to get lawyers to do something. I would be in that lawsuit if I lived in the US.

Re lawyers, my experience here is that most of them don't believe in the DEWs or the stalking. Those who do believe, do so because they also know who is behind it, and are just not game to take the people on. Then there are also those who are corrupt. Here in Australia, I don't think there is a hope in hell for achieving anything. In any case I think it needs to be fixed in the US first, because that is where the real power comes from.

Yes, indeed. I myself have been thoroughly dismissed by lawyers as well. It seems that they are always too busy chasing ambulances to dally with the likes of me, waving money in their faces for a chance to act more like lawyers (mundane stuff like the defense of constitutional rights) and less like money-grubbing used car salesmen (I apologize to the used car salesmen).

In their minds, it's better to work on a nice new contract to ship another thousand jobs offshore at the behest of their corporate bosses.

I think a significant portion of those on the upper half of the socio-economic ladder know "what's going on", but they don't want to mess with "the man" or, like you say, to "take those people on".

They have been purchased by their lifestyles, as have the doctors, the well paid corporate managers, and so forth. Upfront, that may seem to be, in the minds of some readers, a benign and forgivable excuse to look the other way. Unfortunately, I think that the real facts are a heavy contrast to any non-courageous ducking of responsibilities, as many of them are complicit right up to their eyeballs. Let me tell you why.

If one were to take a poll in order to define the characteristics of the average community stalker, the data would match the characteristics found in the average-joe. None of the "on-the-street" community stalker participants strike me as having an excess of intellectual sophistication. They aren't running the game.

The people who pull their strings wear suits.

The evidence is overwhelming that there is official command and control... but that doesn't mean some Nazi murderers don't take things even further -- such as poisonings, etc. The people in charge look the other way -- a breakdown of the rule of law. And that is what has happened in Bucks County, PA and the M.O. follows me wherever I go -- NYC, DC, Maryland, Delaware, etc. This torture matrix is an open invitation to extremists.

And some of the enablers will become targets later, especially if they are members of an ethnic or religious minority, or are political liberals or are in any way outside the Aryan mode. At its core, this is a slow genocide-politicide, the elimination of political opposition by extreme measures. It is eugenics. Nazism. Fascism. And many allegedly "good people" have been used as dupes and enablers.

I'd rather die with my honor than to be spared by compliance and thus enslaved.

If you look at the evidence I have on my site and now knowing that you worked for FOX.....there is only onw conclusion...it's FOX that is doing this.....the exact same things that you describe that have happened to you have happened to me and it was through sports and FOX was involved.

while that conclusion makes sense in a world popula1ted by Vics and Shugas (is that one "a" or eight?) it doesn't explain the thousands with no connection to Fox.
