Desposed Honduras President Manuel Zelaya, now in exile inside the Brazilian embassy in the capital city of Tegucigalpa, recently told American TV journalist Amy Goodman that Honduran security forces are assaulting him with silent, debilitating electromagnetic microwave and acoustic weapons.

Here is the relevant portion of Zelaya's statement confirming that microwave and acoustic weapons are being used for political persecution and torture -- believed to be the first such admission from an official who has served as a head of state of a sovereign nation:

ANJALI KAMAT (correspondent for Democracy Now!): Can you describe what it’s been like inside the embassy? Can you describe the scene?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes. What has occurred here is truly rude treatment for a democratically elected president. This is not how you treat a president who is fighting to reinstall democracy in his country.

We have been repressed and limited to the embassy. Tear gas has been fired. Our electronic lines, our telephone lines have been cut. We’ve also been under attack from microwaves and the sound cannon, a long-range acoustic device.

AMY GOODMAN: What do you mean, acoustic device, a sound cannon?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are two kinds of unconventional weapons that have been used against us by the regime. There’s a high-frequency pitch that has been used against protesters. And another weapon that has been used against us is an electronic device that issues microwaves, which is very harmful for your health. It causes headaches.

AMY GOODMAN: As president, do you know about this in the Honduran arsenal?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes, of course. We all suffered this. We all witnessed it. There’s photographs and videos of this occurring.

AMY GOODMAN: And who is using this outside—the tear gas, the sound cannon, whatever you call it, the high-frequency machine? Is it Honduran soldiers?

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are military forces that have surrounded the embassy. The embassy, in fact, has been turned into a concentration camp.

Here is a former head of state confirming what this longtime mainstream media journalist has been trying to tell political leaders and the mainstream media for the past 2-1/2 years, in the period since my visits to the FBI resulted in a diminishing of the intensity of attacks against me.

But I must add here that the attacks continue, in and away from my home. It appears that in America, a nationwide microwave/laser attack system, camouflaged as cell towers and supplemented by military satellites and portable and hand-held devices, is used to inflict physiological and neurological impairment and torture -- what some term a "slow-kill" homicide, an American genocide hiding in plain sight.

I woke up this morning as I usually do -- feeling extremely weak, my head pounding with a woozy feeling, ears ringing, my eyes red and and burning and inching, and my eyelids drooping. It appears I was targeted with microwave assaults as I slept.

THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. There is no longer any doubt that this is happening in the U.S. and worldwide -- and little doubt as to what entities are ordering it done. What IS in doubt is whether President Obama and his team are aware -- or are some of them also victims of these silent, mind- and-body degrading assaults -- which could be selectively administered to influence behavior, a form of mind control?

Just look up microwave weapon on wikipedia. The example on wikipedia is from the 90s if a microwave weapon is being used a triaxal emf meter will tell you. There are also a number of other methods to detect such signal traffic.

From what I have read (which of course could be disinfo, who knows?) the faux cell tower microwave attack system has been installed throughout Europe, maybe even before it was built out here. The severe attacks on me (which I first thought were just bad headaches) began in the summer of 2003, as I recall. Also, my reading points to Russia as the originating nation, dating back to when the KGB got ahold of Tesla's papers. Again, this could all be disinfo. With digital manipulation so rife, everything you read on the net is susceptible to the "program's" psy ops.

So if you're trying to bait me into blaming just the U.S. for proliferating these technologies, you're wasting your time! I'm sure that if I were in Russia, I'd be totally fried by now (instead of partly fried, and possibly walking around with ailments that just haven't killed me quite yet...)

Oh, while I am here, many thanks to whoever it was that clued me in to the Zelaya interview on the demcracynow.com site. Amy Goodman has no idea what she has got -- a former head of state confirming that microwave weapons are being used as a tool of political persecution.

How much longer before someone documents that secret security units are sharing data on targets, making them vulnerable ANYWHERE in the world -- violating national sovereignty, creating a fascist global police state? I believe that is the case... but I need help documenting it to the satisfaction of disbelieving mainstream journalists and their program-controlled editors.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT, Oct. 26, 2009

I was severely attacked with a sustained microwave assault at about 5:30 this evening, Oct. 26th, 2009. The intense head pain seemed to follow me as I went into the hall, literally locking up my jaw. It felt like I had walked into a powerful electromagnetic field. My muscles in my throat and neck locked up momentarily and I felt like my head was in a vise.

Since I'm apparently under surveillance 24/7 (things said in confidence within my house have been repeated to me by stalkers, who seem to know exactly where I am going when I leave the house), I stated that I was under attack and that anyone surveilling me had a duty to do something about it.

Within a minute or two of making that statement, the attack abated, although later in the evening, I again felt head pain and a racing heartbeat that came on suddenly while watching TV, symptoms, I believe, of a less severe microwave assault.

THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. Too many good people on the inside know the truth about microwave and laser directed energy attack systems which are being used against American citizens. For that reason, the modus operandi of writing off such accounts as the rantings of a delusional person -- how this program attempts to marginalize its victims and remove them from society -- will not work. This program has been EXPOSED and I am proud to have played a role in doing so. And other victims are beginning to be heard as well. These atrocities, under the guise of "through the wall surveillance" or "less lethal" directed energy weaponry, will NOT go unpunished. The good people on the inside will see to it that justice is done.

Julianna McKinney was the first EXPOSER, Batvette. She was a manager at NSA who was so horrified over the program NSA/CIA was supposed to execute that she left the federal job where she had already begun collecting stories of TIs. She immediately became a victim herself, of course, but has the inside technical knowledge to know more than most people about how to protect our bodies as much as possible. For those of us who cannot afford to buy spectrum analyzers etc., she provided the cheapest and easiest way to reduce the pain and neural damages of electromagnetic attacks: i.e.copper scrubbers from the grocery store, unwound, and stuffed into hats, underwear etc. She also began the hard work of bringing victims together on the web by starting "mindjustice.org" and passing it on to Cheryl Walsh when Julianne had to disappear for awhile. There may or may not be others who, even by "surveilling" us as we seek to break out of the social isolation that non-stop electromagnetic torture imposes, may recall humanitarian values and find a way to avoid slowly murdering the designated targets. Unfortunately, we don't have the opportunity of hiding in attics to avoid being murdered as was the case during WWII when Jews were sometimes saved from death. So our heros are technical. What we ARE missing is a political party that can be depended upon to actually stop FUNDING the torture of USA citizens. CIA should not be given one more penny of our tax money. Dept of JUSTICE should be PAID on the basis of HOW MANY USA CITIZENS HAVE BEEN SAVED from being "dewed" to death?

You've always seemed a good person with noble intents over at FFCHS so I don't usually seek to initiate arguments with you. However if you're going to try and validate Vic's silliness, which I've seen countless other TI's roll their eyes and agree it is going to make us look silly, well I'll give you the "business" as Eddie Haskell used to tell Beaver.

That wasn't Julianne McKinney speaking, it was Vic. If it's been "exposed" why don't we have actual names of the architects and handlers of this published in newspapers? Why does Vic vaguely describe "multiagency program" yet doesn't really know what agency?

The fact is it has NOT been exposed but still remains the best kept secret in America, there's lots of us getting ****ed by these people, whoever they are, and I keep seeing this tripe from Vic that it's already been exposed, help is coming, justice has been served, yadda yadda yadda.

He's full of ****. As for Ms Mckinney, I haven't seen much of her work but I see people talking about it. Got a link? If she was inside and "exposed" it, unless she named names she didn't do that at all. I won't directly criticize her until I see what she's actually said.

Some people think superficial credentials mean a deity like authority. Because she was in Army Intelligence really may not put her in any position to advise on RF shielding, any more than a Navy Airborne Radar Technician would- which I was. Maybe she does have info.

And I will say there is no scientific or practial evidence to suggest copper scrub pads will shield individual parts of your body, it just makes no sense at all. RF energy does not work that way, if it did radios and cel phones simply would not operate with the efficiency they do. I mentioned this to you once before and you referred to the authority of Ms. Mckinney but when pressed could not provide a link to an analysis by her describing why. If you have a link I'd love to see it. Until then my opinion is that someone is having a good laugh watching the local market think you're competing with the local crackheads for the Brillo pad supply in the hood.

If you people are ridiculing the author with remarks about tin foil hats, you are only revealing your own ignorance about what has been developed and has been ready to deploy for several years now. Microwave weapons are real, and their effects aren't going to be pretty when you feel them and your own stubborn refusal to take serious the concerns many have about them you will surely regret.

Does this mean they are being used on the ousted Honduran President, or the author who has a long history of similar claims?

Well I can't tell you, but David Hambling of Wired doesn't seem to think so.

The Brazilian Embassy is being bombarded by something that will give you some very unpleasant feelings but Hambling surmises it's not microwaves at all. As Vic has in fact sourced Hambling's column before, I doubt he can cry foul on its legitimacy.

A clue to me is this passage found elsewhere:

He claims he is being subjected to an “electron bombardment with microwaves” which produces “headache and organic destabilisation”.

To try to protect from these alleged attacks, all windows of the office where Zelaya spends much of his time with his closest aides or on the phone were covered with aluminium foil, creating a sort of low-budget sci-fi movie set.

He is supposedly so astute on the matter he knows what a microwave weapon can do yet he attempts the absurd notion of shielding against it with foil on the windows. Probably read about it on the internet. Here is another clue about our man of the world:

One of the few presidential-like rituals to continue concerns Zelaya’s white cowboy hat. One of his bodyguards, Eduardo Muñoz, has the specific function of holding it in the palm of both hands like a crown whenever he takes it off.

I wonder if there is a reason Vic withheld the further detail that "El Presidente Peculiare" thinks it's the Israelis doing the microwave bombardment?

In any case, I for one think the idea of people being targeted for mere "political dissent", ESPECIALLY a well known 30 year career investigative journalist, a person whose station in life we all trust to be our mouthpiece in Democracy, is just reprehensible. To that end, Vic, perhaps you would do us, your loyal readers, the dutiful service of detailing (with links, of course!) your journalistic works that led to your current unfortunate circumstances, so we can share in your dramatic outrage!

Zelaya was the president of a sovereign nation with a military.

He confirmed to Amy Goodman that microwave weapons are part of the Honduran arsenal and stated that he was under attack from these weapons, at the hands of the Honduran military. That is a significant revelation, IMO.

Not surprising the disinfo artists blame the Israelis. That's par for the course and has been for years. I could cite you a book all about that, but I won't waste my time. Google "secret" "war" and "Jews" and "Loftus" and see what you come up with.

I don't expect Zelaya knows exactly how such weaponry works, because the proliferaters of these weapons tell the civilian politicians they are "less lethal" and "save lives" and probably even hide the cell tower-like infrastructure and the high-powered satellites under black ops budgets.

Your psy ops remains lame. Alert the DNI, Roz Mazer. Oh yeah, she's probably one of the "tribe" ... Maybe that's an Israeli plot, too, huh?

Note: I have reason to believe that the surveillance of my telecom goes to multiple agencies, and that's not a bad thing, under the circumstances. I may even have some allies in unexpected places. Why insult your readers by misrepresenting this interview?

He confirmed to Amy Goodman that microwave weapons are part of the Honduran arsenal and stated that he was under attack from these weapons, at the hands of the Honduran military.

No he did not. Amy spoke to a translater on as bad phone line and the the dialogue still does not match what you claim.

You conveniently ommitted this entire passage before that:

PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Thank you very much. I am facing great obstacles, but my spirit is strong. And I have faith in the international support that I’m receiving.

TRANSLATOR: It’s a very challenging problem. The connection is not particularly good.

AMY GOODMAN: Andrés Conteris is next to you in the mission. We’d like to ask if he could try to translate. I’m not sure what’s going on with these lines, but we are having difficulty understanding. Andrés, if you could translate for the President right there.

ANDRÉS CONTERIS: I will do that, Amy.

The President explained that Brazil was the most friendly country, and that is why he came here, first of all.

AMY GOODMAN: No, you’re not—Andrés, if you could speak directly into the phone. Otherwise, we cannot hear you.

ANDRÉS CONTERIS: The President explained that Brazil is the country that was most friendly, and that is what he came here first to this embassy. And then he talked about the repression that this coup regime has directed against the resistance.

AMY GOODMAN: And are you speaking on speakerphone or directly into the phone?

ANDRÉS CONTERIS: I’m speaking directly into the phone. The President has speakerphone, and we’re going to turn that off.

AMY GOODMAN: OK, if you could turn that off, that would be good. I think we could understand you a lot better. And just share the phone. He speaks, and then you speak.

Gee, anyone wonder why Vic left all of that off and tried to imply she asked him a direct question and he knew what she was talking about and gave a direct answer? Because accurately reporting anything always comes second to the "Vic" show.

Most website, including the ADL, address the fact that Zelaya accused the Israeli mercs of using high tech torture directed energy weapons against him. LAW ENFORCEMENT-PROTECTED COMMUNITY STALKER UNITS CONTINUE TO HARASS TARGETS IN BUCKS COUNTY, PA -- APPARENTLY BY JAMMING DIGITAL TV SIGNALS

Wake up, turn on the upstairs TV, the one with the antenna, check the digital signal. It's near perfect, a steady beep, signal strength meter almost a full bar.

Moments later, the jamming begins. How do I know it's jamming, and not "natural" interference? By the distinct pattern of parallel bars, an obviously generated interference signal, not the random pixilation that characterizes a weak signals.

These police and federally protected community stalking units could be using a jammer or perhaps a laser to cause signal interference. The malicious jammers could be located in the neighborhood...

...but because digital TV signals are "addressable" to each specific receiving unit, it is also possible that interference could be electronically targeted to match the address of my specific receiving unit, in this case, a set-top over-the-air TV converter unit. Since it is apparent that I am under 24/7 surveillance, I state that if any officials are receiving this surveillance, once again federally regulated broadcast signals are being interfered with in violation of federal law.

Moments later, the interference stops. The rats apparently have scurried back into their hole.

I will use other methods to let federal regulators know that units protected by federal security/intel services are letting this happen, probably in every community in America where an unjustly targeted person is being harassed, persecuted, and yes, tortured -- by government-enabled operatives who are operating in a truly LAWLESS environment.

LOL, as if federal officials purportedly spying or interfering with your signal had no idea it might be against the law until you just informed them... or even if that couldn't be more absurd, to think after all the charges you've long laid at their feet which make the Nuremberg trials look like a day in traffic court, that this one is the one they won't dare cross.

It has a special feature for kids - one for the "kindergarten thru grade five" group and one for the older kids .... gotta gett'em trained early, you know ...
