Desposed Honduras President Manuel Zelaya, now in exile inside the Brazilian embassy in the capital city of Tegucigalpa, recently told American TV journalist Amy Goodman that Honduran security forces are assaulting him with silent, debilitating electromagnetic microwave and acoustic weapons.

Here is the relevant portion of Zelaya's statement confirming that microwave and acoustic weapons are being used for political persecution and torture -- believed to be the first such admission from an official who has served as a head of state of a sovereign nation:
ANJALI KAMAT (correspondent for Democracy Now!): Can you describe what it’s been like inside the embassy? Can you describe the scene?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes. What has occurred here is truly rude treatment for a democratically elected president. This is not how you treat a president who is fighting to reinstall democracy in his country.
We have been repressed and limited to the embassy. Tear gas has been fired. Our electronic lines, our telephone lines have been cut. We’ve also been under attack from microwaves and the sound cannon, a long-range acoustic device.
AMY GOODMAN: What do you mean, acoustic device, a sound cannon?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are two kinds of unconventional weapons that have been used against us by the regime. There’s a high-frequency pitch that has been used against protesters. And another weapon that has been used against us is an electronic device that issues microwaves, which is very harmful for your health. It causes headaches.
AMY GOODMAN: As president, do you know about this in the Honduran arsenal?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes, of course. We all suffered this. We all witnessed it. There’s photographs and videos of this occurring.
AMY GOODMAN: And who is using this outside—the tear gas, the sound cannon, whatever you call it, the high-frequency machine? Is it Honduran soldiers?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are military forces that have surrounded the embassy. The embassy, in fact, has been turned into a concentration camp.
Here is a former head of state confirming what this longtime mainstream media journalist has been trying to tell political leaders and the mainstream media for the past 2-1/2 years, in the period since my visits to the FBI resulted in a diminishing of the intensity of attacks against me.
But I must add here that the attacks continue, in and away from my home. It appears that in America, a nationwide microwave/laser attack system, camouflaged as cell towers and supplemented by military satellites and portable and hand-held devices, is used to inflict physiological and neurological impairment and torture -- what some term a "slow-kill" homicide, an American genocide hiding in plain sight.
I woke up this morning as I usually do -- feeling extremely weak, my head pounding with a woozy feeling, ears ringing, my eyes red and and burning and inching, and my eyelids drooping. It appears I was targeted with microwave assaults as I slept.
THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. There is no longer any doubt that this is happening in the U.S. and worldwide -- and little doubt as to what entities are ordering it done. What IS in doubt is whether President Obama and his team are aware -- or are some of them also victims of these silent, mind- and-body degrading assaults -- which could be selectively administered to influence behavior, a form of mind control?

It is apparent that my telecommunications are being intercepted and only transmitted when and if government "fusion center" operatives want to let some of my material through (perhaps to maintain the semblance of freedom of speech, when in fact censorship is a fact of life for many unjustly targeted Americans.
FINAL NOTE: I met with Amy Goodman of Democracy Now! in her New York City office about two years ago. I told her that the U.S. government was assaulting persons regarded as dissenters or undesirables with silent microwave radiation directed energy weapons, and subjecting them to financial exploitation and so-called "community stalking" harassment. I have not been able to get to Ms. Goodman due to apparent and constant interception, malicious interference and censorship by government surveillance operatives -- apparently emanating from the Homeland Security- administered fusion center in Newtown, PA.

Well, let's see: If you are unjustly targeted, you can't have a cell phone because it's reading out your location coordinates and you might get zapped away from home...
...and you can't have a TV because they might insert frequencies into the digital signal which disturb neurological functioning, or painful audio tones....
...and you can't drive a car, because the Q-ball GPS unit that some goon slapped on the chassis somewhere is tracking you, supplying satellite coordinates...
...and you can't go for medical treatment, because that "technician" is likely to be a program member who's harming you during a procedure, or chipping you, or turning up the rads when you get an X-ray...
This sick and twisted torture matrix violates the laws of God and man and will not stand. It is starting to come down now. And those who do not get on the right side of the laws of man and God will be found complicit in crimes against humanity.
The German Nazis thought it would never happen to them, that they WERE the law.
Didn't quite work out for them. And the bastards who are complicit in the American genocide will suffer the same fate. A smart physicist that I knew (yes, even regular guys can know one), once said that our self destruction was programmed and pre-determined by our superior intellects - that which made us superior to beasts (questionable), would eventually make it impossible for us to co-exist with each other - and we would wipe ourselves out of existence. I thought he meant that we would foolishly exhaust our resources, or blow each other off the face of the earth with nukes. Since the onset of gs/os, I think that a centralized fascism that is inherent in run-away technology will do us in. There is a headlong rush to invent that which subjugates, spies on, harms, or kills, and anything else positive that happens is by-product by coincidence.

The technology makes the destruction silent, slow, impersonal, at a distance from the victim. Kind of like killing innocent civilians with drones. Unavoidable collateral damage. That makes it okay?
Modern society somehow became depraved. Technology only makes it easier for evil to triumph and to keep the masses naive and unaware. If the same resources devoted to developing this microwave/laser radiation attack system, apparently based on scalar electromagnetics, were devoted to solving the energy crisis, we'd have an inexhaustible supply of cheap energy. Instead, we have directed energy weapons that make it possible to vaporize buildings in mid-air, or to induce cognitive impairment and cancer in those deemed to be a threat -- including potential political opponents or those perceived to be among those who might stand in the way of tyrants.
And throw in some slander and character assassination, or some grand terrorist spectacular, to hide the ulterior motive.
But it won't work, because Americans are beginning to realize that their society is no better or worse than that of pre- WWII Germany. And this time, the good people on the inside are getting a head's up, thanks to a courage of a few insiders who have been motivated by conscience to finally speak up.
No, sir, technology is not the enemy. The enemy is the naivete of liberals, progressives and centrists who actually believe that science is a neutral force for good, and that man no longer is capable of unspeakable evil. The extremists and enablers are more than aware -- they are either complicit or are the perpetrators.
It's barely 70 years since WWII; why would anyone think society today is any nobler than the Germany of Hitler, death camps, the ovens and Xyklon B?
Microwave and laser radiation weaponry are today's Xyklon B -- just as silent and deadly, but totally invisible and capable of inflicting pain, injury and illness from a great distance -- an electromagnetic drone. And so that makes it okay?

POSTSCRIPT to story, "Anti-'Stalking' Journo Gets (Pending) Justice"
"INVOICE" STATEMENT FROM ATTORNEY IS COMPUTER-GENERATED, NOT ON STATIONERY AS PER CUSTOM; RETAINER AGREEMENT ONLY ACCOUNTS FOR HALF OF THE PROFFERED FEE
* A sign that my U.S. mail is being intercepted, and documents counterfeited by a rogue "program"?
A document supposedly from the attorney who was representing me at the preliminary hearing appearance that never happened due to a no-show by prosecuting police and the instigating complainant arrived in my mailbox a couple of weeks after the scheduled hearing date.
Unlike the original retainer agreement, this document, marked "INVOICE" along with the mailing envelope return address, was computer-generated. It also looked like a photocopy. A printed rendition of a "PAID" stamp was diagonally superimposed on the document. The document accounted for only half of the proffered advance payment specified in the original retainer agreement, on law firm stationery. The original retainer stipulated that the fee would be reduced if the other side did not show up (which they did not).
Judging from the appearance of the computer-generated one-page document in the computer-generated labeled envelope, I question whether this document actually came from the attorney's office. I cannot imagine that a respected attorney would return an invoice that failed to account for the entire retainer amount, especially considering the fact that the original retainer agreement included the terms, along with a photocopy of my check in an amount twice that of the amount printed on this computer-generated statement.
Elsewhere on this blog, a poster made the comment, "Don't blame the Post Office if your mail is missing from your refrigerator." I wonder whether that wasn't a sadistic reference by a community stalking thug to what appears to be the interception and counterfeiting of my mail.
If any federal authorities are reading this: How can you permit such lawlessness to occur, if that is what is happening here?
I have not telephoned the attorney, because, in the past, I have found that my calls are at times answered by what appear to be impostors playing a role.
So I will ask the attorney about this odd-looking and inaccurate "invoice" in a personal visit to his office sometime soon.

Who's the idiot? Double the amount due was paid up front. I believe the invoice was not from the attorney but from the "program" that I believe is intercepting my mail and tampering with my statements. And yes, the M.O. involves stealing mail, fabricating documents, etc. even forging cancelled checks that come back to me in handwriting that looks something like mine, but which was not written by me.
I believe that a rogue multi-agency federal program is doing this to thousands of Americans... or letting locals run the paperwork stunts on the targets so that when the jig is up, they can use the locals as scapegoats...
...and you prove once again that you're no victim -- you are among the constitution-shredding and inept "perps" -- isn't that your lingo? For what it's worth, when I wrote the above, I did not put quotes around the word "invoice" in the final sentence. I just noticed this alteration of my work. Why do I mention this? Because I have found my internet postings sometimes are altered, with changes in syntax and punctuation, such as inappropriate placement of quotation marks to make the writer sound like a smart@ss. This is classic neurolinguistic programming, a pseudo-science of psychological operations that uses language as a weapon of disinformation.
Also note that as I write this, the "edit" button is missing on my end, preventing me from editing my posting. This happens frequently, especially when my words are covertly altered ex post facto to inject a pejorative tone. I would not be surprised if files on my hard drive have been accessed remotely and surrreptitiously altered. It is apparent every day that my telecommunications are being surveilled, often intercepted, and sometimes, tampered with.) These are the evil mechanics of total personal destruction.

ADDENDUM:
"MAN IN THE MIDDLE" MALICIOUS HACKING CONTINUES UNABATED
• Is anyone minding the store?
After I wrote and posted the above post about the supposed referened invoice, I noticed that the opening paragraph was altered, changing my intended meaning. I also noticed other apparent alterations that resulted in the appearance of poor syntax.
Such malicious manipulation of my work on this site has been a constant problem. I have found that malicious hackers insert errors and make changes that alter the original content. I believe this is being done by agents of the U.S. government who are operating out of the Homeland Security-administered "fusion center" in Newtown, PA.
My experiences lead me to conclude that this is a lawless rogue operation that constantly violates my constitutional rights and commits color of law violations by misusing the telecommunications system to harass and censor this unjustly targeted journalist. If this is happening to me, it is happening to other citizens as well.
Such practices compromise the integrity of the internet and email systems. I have called attention to these rogue practices many times over the past couple of years. And still the malicious tampering continues -- apparently accomplished by real-time surveillance, remote computing software that hijacks the functions of my computer, and so-called "spoofed" or faked web pages that allow so-called "man in the middle" interception of anything and everything I attempt to post on the internet.

ADDENDUM: Suddenly, my Comcast cable channels are showing freeze frames, and when I try to change channels to CNN, I get the program guide across the bottom and a blank screen. Switch to TBS, a freeze freeze. Call "Comcast" (or the number that is supposed to be Comcast). CSR instructs me to disconnect box (a psy op harassment?) so he can "re-set" the box by remote. I play along. Not surprisingly, it doesn't fix the "problem." I tell the guy I've had trouble with my telecom services being used as what appears to be a tool of harassment. Now he wants to send out a "technician" to my house. I tell him, no, I'm not going to waste your time and money because I don't think that's what this is about. He tells me it will take "an hour" for the box to "re-set." Having been the editor of a major cable TV trade journal, I know this is bullsh*t. I tell him to just make sure it's working in an hour.
And the apparent harassment continues... This is not only sick and twisted, this is the misuse of the telecom system to harass, a color of law violation. I will call them out each time they pull these malicious stunts. Who is running this unconstitutional clown show?

The worlds network infrastructure is owned by the worlds largest corporations, all of whom have myriad connections to suspect governments with global agendas. Communications? You see mine and I see yours -- it's a fairy-land for us two, the lackey maintainers and no one else. If what you say is true, then I am writing here for the good people on the inside who still believe in the Constitution, in the First Amendment, and think malicious tampering with telecommunications is a color of law criminal violation.
You see, the frat boy Nazis and their commandants who are responsible for the hijacking of telecommunications liberty and the electromagnetic torture of "targeted" Americans think they are above the law -- or that because there's some declaration of "emergency" in the land, that gives them the pretext to violate the U.S. Constitution.
I believe these cretinous, transparently incompetent ideologues underestimate the integrity of their colleagues and even their own off-site superiors -- and their internal affairs investigators. Presently, we will learn if my faith in those who believe in their sworn oaths of office, and in the laws of the land, is justified.

If someone "does" something criminal, that person should be charged so that he hire a lawyer and defend himself. Instead, the self-appointed judges and juries (and that includes you, batty vet) have put him in a perpetual, virtual Gulag, controlling his computer, phone, the servicemen he calls to the house, scads of witless morons who parade past his house when the optic sensor lets them know he is leaving, GPS-tagging. I believe there is a direct parallel between what unjustly targeted persons such as I have experienced, and the incident with Professor Henry Gates Jr. and the Cambridge police.
From the M.O., it appears that the jamming of Prof. Gates' front door lock was a premeditated act by community stalkers who have long targeted Gates, with the likely knowledge of certain authorities.
Now, given that there's plausible deniability built into the system, it's possible that Officer Crowley was unaware.
Plausible, but unlikely.
Just as it's unlikely that Chief Ken Colluzi of the Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA police force does not know that the huge "cell tower" that was erected behind the municipal building just a few years ago is part of a nationwide microwave electromagnetic torture matrix that is physically and neurologically degrading persons who live in his jurisdiction -- including this writer and family members.
The locals are not stupid. I believe they have this figured out.
This nationwide torture matrix of electromagnetic enslavement and community stalking harassment, vandalism (and the financial sabotage that involves interception of U.S. mail, faking and manipulation of bills and statements and financial accounts, AND the framing of individuals by undercover agents posing and accountants and other trusted advisers) involves MANY powerful government agencies and commands, MANY top officials, MANY complicit local officials.
Is it just a "coincidence" that I received an email this morning about a seminar on "money laundering" -- at least the at least the second time I have received a coded message using those words. Could it be that a powerful agency of government chose me as a "patsy" some years ago and has been setting me up ever since, in a deliberate, premeditated frame-up and character assassination campaign against a major market journalist and six-year host of his own TV show on Madison Square Garden Network -- not dissimilar to what I believe may have been done to Patsy Ramsey, the mother of the murdered Jon Benet Ramsey, by the same cult-like, apparently corrupt secretive agency (or is it "multi-agency coordinated action program"?)
By rights, I should be fearing for my life.
But their torture stripped me of fear. And the good people on the inside -- and you probably are among them -- have my back. Maybe it is an agency with the word "INTEGRITY" in its shield.
I knew there was a reason "Enemy of the State" is one of my all-time favorite movies...

"If" he has done something, according to our Founding Fathers, he needs to be charged with the offense, so he can defend himself -- not judged by anonymous, usually duped, "defense" bureaucrats and put into a perpetual "virtual Gulag/Gitmo" prison -- tortured daily. (Even the jihadis are better off; they get three square meals, peace to read their Koran, an end to their sentence, and then freedom.) These "defense" bureaucrats have set themselves above the law that they're entrusted to defend. MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT, Sat. Oct. 31, 2009...
AND AN URGENT PLEA TO CONSTITUTION-ABIDING OFFICIALS TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE DOWN THIS MULTI-AGENCY TORTURE MATRIX APPARENTLY DIRECTED OUT OF THE DEPT. OF HOMELAND SECURITY WITH HEAVY MILITARY INVOLVEMENT
I awoke feeling dizzy and woozy, like someone had clubbed me in the head. I felt weak, and my eyes were bloodshot. Also telling, I awoke to a sustained tone ringing in my head. These are symptoms of a microwave attack. I believe I am being attacked each night while I sleep, and that frequencies are being used to keep me "under" and to induce weakness and exhaustion. I believe these attacks are ordered and orchestrated out of the regional, Homeland Security-administered "fusion center" in Newtown, PA, known as "MAGLOCLEN." It appears that regional fusion centers nationwide comprise the backbone of this torture matrix.
I believe that contractors and other "locals" are being employed to man the attack controls -- "turn up the amplitude," to quote a sadistic posting left in the comments sections of one of my articles some time back. The use of contractors and local authorities gives the federal officials who have devised and oversee this torture matrix "plausible deniability," deflecting moral and legality responsibility for these attacks to underlings and contractors.
I believe active duty Army and other DoD personnel from agencies such as NSA, and from intel agencies such as CIA, also are involved in this systematic, nationwide torture matrix, and that domestic agencies such as the U.S. Secret Service and the National Security branch of the FBI play a key role in the selection of targets. Some of these agencies, I have good reason to believe, have been "profiling" journalists for some time, and I believe journalists are among prime "target" groups. I also believe that slander, character assassination, financial sabotage and systematic frame-ups are an integral part of the neutralization process for high-profile targets in a position to influence public opinion on issues of national and local importance.
My mother-in-law, who lives in Wilmington, DE, has become extremely weak in recent weeks. I believe she also may be under microwave attack, perhaps a tactic to keep my wife preoccupied and away from our home, and also as part of what appears to be persecution of minority groups by government-affiliated community "gang stalkers," with what appears to be a heavy involvement of municipal and public safety personnel and their families. These stalking units prey upon targets and their families in the belief that authorities will not respond to victim's pleas for assistance or investigations. I also believe my wife is under constant microwave assault by this government-enabled program, which would explain her nearly constant migrate headaches. She takes extra medication for these headaches, which does her liver no good.
If any law-abiding, human rights- respecting agents of federal or local government are reading this, I urgently request an immediate end to this torture, and a thorough investigation of the operations of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center, its contractors, and its affiliated law enforcement units, including the Bucks County Sheriff, detectives, state and local police agencies, and any corporate entities, such as telecommunication companies Verizon and Comcast, which may have affiliations with an entity that appears to be involved in the commission of CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, felonious assault, and slow-kill homicide.
I also repeat my urgent request for a full Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division investigation into the use of microwave and laser electromagnetic radiation weaponry being used to damage the physical and neurological health of American citizens -- what amounts to a monstrous American GENOCIDE by a multi-agency coordinated action program that appears to be under the direction of a secretive Homeland Security agency close to the executive branch seat of power.

I woke last night at 5:41 a.m. and felt the rapid vibration coursing thru my body. I shifted from sleeping on my side to sleeping directly on my stomach. To try to make myself smaller. I couldn't determine from which direction it was coming from. Usually I will try to block the waves with duct-taped phone books. The vibration and intensity continued to rise and accellerate like someone gradually increasing the engine speed on a vehicle. I wriggled like a worm under a lamp and finally got up to urinate. As I moved around the basement I could mostly hear my stomach and intestines rumbling and gurgitation. So I drank several glasses of cold water to try to stop the cooking. For those of you who dont believe this is happening I can only hope that you take the cotton out of your eyes and ears and see the thruth. What is there within you that causes you to fight the thruth so? Someone once told me that it was hard talking to people who were mentally slow or predjudiced simply because they were too much of themselves to grasp the obvious, or to be able to add more than two factors together to reach a logical conclusion.

I WAS JUST ASSAULTED AGAIN WITH A MICROWAVE HIT TO THE TEMPLE
Shortly after I wrote the above comment, at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, I was assaulted once again by an apparent microwave attack -- a sharp, piercing pain to my right front temple, the area that this monstrous, homicidal program frequently targets, where the skin on my forehead exhibits a brownish discoloration.
THESE PEOPLE BELIEVE IN TORTURE. They think it works. Aside from committing a crime against humanity each time they assault a citizen, they are exhibiting faulty logic. Their torture only strengthens my resolve to see that these bureaucrat murderers and their contractor agents get justice.
The perpetrators of this program also think they actually can hide their crimes by claiming that those who call them out are delusional, or mentally ill. They lack the intellectual or moral capacity to realize that there actually are people on the inside who will no longer cover for them -- and that the very fact this message is getting out is proof that their evil program has been exposed and is being taken down.
The evidence points to these attacks being originated and ordered from regional Homeland Security- administered "fusion centers" -- in my case, the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA.
I was just criminally assaulted. In a law-abiding, just world, this facility would be raided and the assailants immediately taken into custody to determine who issued the order -- and how far this torture matrix extends to other victims in this vicinity, and nationwide.
In reality, if I called the police and demanded action, they'd probably take ME in on a "302."
Those reading this who are part of this torture matrix: You are complicit in the felonious assault and torture of an American citizen -- unless you mitigate your guilt by sending this report up the line.

ATTENTION GOOD PEOPLE ON THE INSIDE AND ANYONE ELSE WHO ACTUALLY GAINS FULL AND UNCENSORED ACCESS TO MY WORK:
It is apparent that all of my telecommunications, internet, email and telephone, are being intercepted (via "spoofed" or faked web site pages) and often maliciously altered, or "spiked" -- consigned to unconstitutional censorship, or, sometimes, prior restraint from publication or transmission. I believe this is happening at the Homeland Security- administered MAGLOCLEN "fusion center" in Newtown, PA.
Someday, I hope to be a party to a class-action lawsuit against the U.S. and local government agencies, programs and official personnel that appear to be responsible for this gross violation of constitutional rights -- and for color of law violations that include using the telecommunications system to harass, censor, and inflict physical and neurological damage upon American citizens.
Because I have no certain means to confirm that my internet postings are actually being transmitted to the intended recipients or web sites, I will post many of my commentaries here. Of course, the same conundrum exists here; but I believe that the rogue architects of this program seek to maintain at least a superficial appearance that they respect the constitutional rights of their "targets" -- which, experience has taught me, they do not.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT, TUES., NOV. 3, 2009, 2:50 A.M.
I awoke with a start at 2:50 a.m., my body literally feeling like I was shaking internally. My heartbeat was racing. I felt woozy, dizzy, the skin on my face stinging, and I felt very hot, like I was being cooked. I recognized these physical effects as symptoms of a microwave attack.
I got up and got on the telephone. I did not call a particular number; I just hit one digit to get a clear tone. I informed the surveillance operatives who monitor my every utterance and all of my telecommunications that I was again being assaulted by a microwave attack. I reminded my tormentors that I had good reason to believe that the surveillance of my telecommunications is going to multiple agencies, including agencies whose officials actually believe in the Constitution and do not believe in torture. I also stated that I believed the orders for these attacks were emanating from the Homeland Security-directed fusion center in Newtown, PA known as MAGLOCLEN.
I returned to bed. The symptoms of microwave attack subsided, but did not entirely disappear. When I awoke in the morning, my right eyelid was drooping, I felt like I had been hit in the head with a club, and my skin was tingling, all symptoms of microwave assault. The dizzy feeling subsided as I got dressed and had my morning coffee.
THESE ATTACKS CONSTITUTE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. ATROCITIES. TOO MANY PEOPLE ON THE INSIDE KNOW FULL WELL WHAT IS HAPPENING, AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE. MY POLICE CHIEF IS AWARE.
ATTEMPTS TO MARGINALIZE THE VICTIMS OF THIS GOVERNMENT TORTURE MATRIX ARE FAILING. THE WORD IS OUT.

The only horrible thing about all this is that anyone believes him (Vic) anymore. I know I'm going to be called "lame psy ops" and be accused of publishing "disinfo" and might even be called a Nazi for what I'm about to say, but I've read too much of Vic's BS to remain silent any longer. Batvette has tried, and tried, and tried, in several posts, dating back as far as last year, to get Vic to substantiate, validate, or in any other way corraborate his claims. Vic has failed to do so. I've seen dozens, if not hundreds, of claims in Vic's articles about the "good people on the inside" finally "doing what's right" and putting a stop to these "malicious attacks" on the American People. I don't think anyone is saying that there is no shadow gov't, no "men behind the curtain" doing things to make a fascist proud, but I firmly believe Vic Livingston is NOT a target. I firmly believe Vic Livingston is a fraud and a liar. The sad part about it, really truly sad part, is that he claims to be a "respected journalist with 30 years experience"....Really, Mr. Livingston? Can you provide ANY evidence of that claim? Links to your previous journalistic endeavours, for example? I think it is important to note that the government does, I believe, target dissidents and outspoken activists in attempts to make them seem "crazy" or to discredit them, but I also think that Vic Livingston needs no help from outside sources to seem crazy. I mean, if it quacks like a duck.....
