Desposed Honduras President Manuel Zelaya, now in exile inside the Brazilian embassy in the capital city of Tegucigalpa, recently told American TV journalist Amy Goodman that Honduran security forces are assaulting him with silent, debilitating electromagnetic microwave and acoustic weapons.

Here is the relevant portion of Zelaya's statement confirming that microwave and acoustic weapons are being used for political persecution and torture -- believed to be the first such admission from an official who has served as a head of state of a sovereign nation:
ANJALI KAMAT (correspondent for Democracy Now!): Can you describe what it’s been like inside the embassy? Can you describe the scene?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes. What has occurred here is truly rude treatment for a democratically elected president. This is not how you treat a president who is fighting to reinstall democracy in his country.
We have been repressed and limited to the embassy. Tear gas has been fired. Our electronic lines, our telephone lines have been cut. We’ve also been under attack from microwaves and the sound cannon, a long-range acoustic device.
AMY GOODMAN: What do you mean, acoustic device, a sound cannon?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are two kinds of unconventional weapons that have been used against us by the regime. There’s a high-frequency pitch that has been used against protesters. And another weapon that has been used against us is an electronic device that issues microwaves, which is very harmful for your health. It causes headaches.
AMY GOODMAN: As president, do you know about this in the Honduran arsenal?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes, of course. We all suffered this. We all witnessed it. There’s photographs and videos of this occurring.
AMY GOODMAN: And who is using this outside—the tear gas, the sound cannon, whatever you call it, the high-frequency machine? Is it Honduran soldiers?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are military forces that have surrounded the embassy. The embassy, in fact, has been turned into a concentration camp.
Here is a former head of state confirming what this longtime mainstream media journalist has been trying to tell political leaders and the mainstream media for the past 2-1/2 years, in the period since my visits to the FBI resulted in a diminishing of the intensity of attacks against me.
But I must add here that the attacks continue, in and away from my home. It appears that in America, a nationwide microwave/laser attack system, camouflaged as cell towers and supplemented by military satellites and portable and hand-held devices, is used to inflict physiological and neurological impairment and torture -- what some term a "slow-kill" homicide, an American genocide hiding in plain sight.
I woke up this morning as I usually do -- feeling extremely weak, my head pounding with a woozy feeling, ears ringing, my eyes red and and burning and inching, and my eyelids drooping. It appears I was targeted with microwave assaults as I slept.
THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. There is no longer any doubt that this is happening in the U.S. and worldwide -- and little doubt as to what entities are ordering it done. What IS in doubt is whether President Obama and his team are aware -- or are some of them also victims of these silent, mind- and-body degrading assaults -- which could be selectively administered to influence behavior, a form of mind control?

It is apparent that my telecommunications are being intercepted and only transmitted when and if government "fusion center" operatives want to let some of my material through (perhaps to maintain the semblance of freedom of speech, when in fact censorship is a fact of life for many unjustly targeted Americans.
FINAL NOTE: I met with Amy Goodman of Democracy Now! in her New York City office about two years ago. I told her that the U.S. government was assaulting persons regarded as dissenters or undesirables with silent microwave radiation directed energy weapons, and subjecting them to financial exploitation and so-called "community stalking" harassment. You haven't been paying attention, or you are trying to send me a message.
This matrix extends nationwide. The slander follows the "target." There is no running away. The only solution is to work to dismantle this unconstitutional, inhumane and criminal nationwide torture matrix.
I'm not moving anywhere. I'd rather stay and drive the neo-Nazis out of business and help bring them before the bar of justice.
Although I must admit, this particular region does seem to have more neo-Nazis than I'd find in, say, Manhattan. Up there, they're over in the outer boroughs. Which proves my point. And I've been assaulted by microwave attack on the streets of Manhattan, too, with police standing right nearby.
We will re-establish the rule of law and wipe out vigilantism and government high-tech torture, or we will die trying.
I refuse to cower before these cretins and bullies, who buy into the slander and the lies and don't realize they are victims themselves, even ones in uniform who buy into the hate. The vigilantes and their enablers will learn to fear me before I will ever fear them.
And in the end, I think I'll have the local authorities with me and not working for the vigilante extremists -- because it's in their self-interest to stay within the bounds of the law and to fairly and equally enforce the law.

Doing a little research of my own, I find that *a* Vic Livingston used to work for FOX 29 TV in PA.....Ok, so you could be him, I digress on that particular point. I also find, on the Google Groups forum, a 'Vic Livingston' talking about his [alleged] experiences with an arrest by local law enforcement. As i continue to read this particular thread, one poster (formerti) states: "Vic, most people who post are going through the same torture as you are, or worse. Your frequent accusing of people of being disinfo agents is disruptive and ends up alienating you from the suport systems you have. And, because the people you acuse know very well they are no such thing, they start wondering what else you may be wrong about: it undermines your credibility". So, for all you TIs out there, for all you people who have been stalked by the gov't, know that NowPublic is not the only place our friend Vic is attacking the very people he's claiming to try and help. What's a "targeted individual"? That sounds like a crime suspect. Why would an innocent person want to leave that impression?
I'm an unjustly targeted victim of persecution and government torture, which may have been motivated for reasons of ideology, politics, or hate, or a combination of ingredients.
Now what are you? I'd say, a pretty ineffective disinfo agent. Maybe you can hope your handler won't see this. Have a nice day and good luck.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2009 @ 7:30 p.m.
While driving my car north on Trenton Ave. in the borough of Morrisville, Bucks County, PA toward the Calhoun Street Bridge, I was violently attacked by a sustained microwave hit. It felt like I was being pulled by a strong magnetic field. The muscles in my jaw locked up. My head pounded like it was being pulled apart by a magnetic field. My legs felt numb and tingly. This attack could have caused me to veer into oncoming traffic.
As I passed an auto repair shop, I observed a white SUV with the markings "Motor Carrier Enforcement" following immediately behind me. As I passed the All-Star Brakes and Muffler Shop just before the approach to the Calhoun Street bridge, the vehicle made a sharp turn into the shop parking lot's south entrance and sped through the lot to the lot's north exit, just in front of the bridge, positioning the vehicle to my immediate right front when I passed by moments later. It was like a chase scene out of a spy movie.
I have seen this vehicle before in my vicinity. It carries the seal of the borough of Morrisville. I believe this vehicle may be used by operations directed out of the fusion center to track and harass so-called "targeted individuals." I believe this vehicle may have played a role in a premeditated physical attack upon my person -- perhaps, as a decoy to make the target think the attack originated from a portable directed energy weapon within the vehicle. However, since my vehicle appears to have a covertly implanted GPS unit onboard, I also believe it is more likely that the electromagnetic energy that hit me emanated from a system of microwave antennae camouflaged as cell towers, with GPS military satellites as the likely targeting mechanism. It is also possible that military satellites possess the capacity to directly mount microwave attacks from low orbit (about 200 miles above Earth).
Since it is apparent to me that audio and perhaps video surveillance devices have been implanted in my vehicle (a covert "On Star" that also includes covertly implanted GPS and a remote engine disablement system (which we did not order, but which came with the car anyway), I made verbal reference to the attack and urgently requested that any surveillance operatives listening in must call the MAGLOCLEN Homeland Security-administered fusion center in Newtown, PA and tell them to cease this attack, because it endangered not only the life of their "target" but the safety of others in the vicinity, including motorists, pedestrians and those in nearby structures.
Within a minute or two, the attack ebbed. However, it left me weak, dizzy, woozy, feeling disoriented. I proceeded to my intended destination (a variety store), where I tried to walk off the effects of the attack. It took at least a half hour for me to regain a sense of balance and normality.
THIS IS ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE. THIS IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.
I hereby plead with the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI to immediately SEIZE CONTROL OF OPERATIONS AT THE NEWTOWN, PA FUSION CENTER administered under the aegis of the Department of Homeland Security and ARREST OFFICIALS AND CONTRACTOR OPERATIVES ON SUSPICION OF ORDERING AND EXECUTING THIS ATTACK .
If these personnel were responsible for this attack, they should be prosecuted for felonious assault, attempted homicide, terrorism, war crimes against an American citizen, and color of law violations involving the abuse of official power.
THIS IS THE USA, NOT NAZI GERMANY. THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ATROCITIES WILL BE HELD TO ACCOUNT.

I will go ahead and exercise my first ammendment rights and agree with you. I've never heard of any of this stuff until I ran across some of Vic's earliest articles. At first he sounds coherent, intelligible, and quite believable. As the months rolled on, and the first year ticked by, I realize that this guy is not only what we laymen call an "attention whore", but he's quite possibly genuinely a paranoid schizophrenic. Sad, really, Bat, because I'd gotten pretty conviced that gang-stalking and government "make 'em seem crazy" schemes actually do happen, but when the reason I've started paying attention to this issue has such credibility issues....well...You know as well as I do, if the source is unreliable or becomes discredited, the information tends to not be believed. Ah well....Perhaps someday the "good people I know" on the inside (lol hell, if he can say it, why can't I?) will correct his blatant disregard for truth in journalism.

Truth hurts a little, huh, Vic? As I stated in previous posts I've found other websites where people have called you out on your attacks against anyone who questions your validity, or asks you prove your claims. You respond, as you do here, the same way everytime..."lame psy ops". Is it so hard to believe, Vic, that some of us truly DO want to believe, but need a little help from you, a supposed target, in affirming the reality of these claims? Are you that jaded by society in general that you can't recognize when good, honest people are here for information and NOT because they're "on the inside", NOT because they have a "handler" (as you accused me of earlier)? I'm just curious how you can wrap yourself in such mistrust, and attack those who are innocently trying to reach out to you. Clinically, sorry to say, that IS a sign of paranoid schizophrenia. MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009 @ 11:10 a.m.
JUST HIT AGAIN
I was just hit again in the right front temple, an apparently precision-aimed microwave attack that happened at about 11:10 a.m. today, Nov. 4, 2009, as I walked down the street in front of my house.
I had gone outside after I noticed a man sitting in a white SUV parked directly in front of my living room window. The man had been sitting there for at least ten minutes. The name of an up-county fire department was on his front license plate.
As I walked back down the street headed to my front door, I was hit by a piercing, sharp bolt to the right front temple. As I write this, some 20 minutes later, my right front temple and the surrounding area still aches. There often seems to be an oddly out of place marked vehicle around during an attack.
The precision of these silent microwave attacks leads me to believe that military GPS satellites known to precisely target objects with an accuracy of a couple of millimeters are being used to provide GPS location data in these assaults. I have read accounts which state that classified military satellites are capable of making such attacks from low orbit, but it also could be that GPS satellite data is used by a terrestrial based microwave or laser attack system.
The attacks continue. THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. THIS CANNOT STAND. GOOD PEOPLE ON THE INSIDE MUST TAKE DOWN THIS TORTURE MATRIX -- NOW, BEFORE VICTIMS SUFFER MORE.

After WAAS (Wide Area Augmentation System), developed at Stanford, was implemented systemwide in 2003, maximum resolution of 1 meter was achieved. A nextgen upgrade, requiring a series of new vehicles to be launched, may achieve something in the centimeter range in the next decade.
As usual you are tailoring fabricated facts and rank speculation to form a plausible scenario when anyone else would consult a physician for such a common malady as recurring headaches. Vic hasn't been to see a doctor in years but is sure his headaches come from a network of satellites in outer space and cel towers on the ground.without a tidbit of rational evidence to believe so.

1. On page one you stated that "the program has been exposed" and you were "proud of your role"and in this or another one of your threads you said the identities of their leaders had been revealed.
Yet now, after that fact you claim they are "anonymous". Why the contradiction?
2. You claim to have been the recipient of numerous forged and counterfeited utility bills and financial statements. Here on the last page you state:
Pleas for justice, to local police and FBI, go unanswered -- as do demands for a Department of Justice Civil Rights Division investigation and congressional hearings.
Where are those forged documents today, Vic? Did you present them to the investigators who left your pleas "unanswered"? How could a professional, a "30 year investigative journalist" thoughtlessly lose vital physical evidence?

Last night I was hit with apparent microwave blasts, sometime after 10 p.m. and again, shortly after 1 a.m., sharp, piercing, penetrating hits of short duration but causing prolonged pain, again precisely targeted to the right front temple. That region of my head exhibits a brown discoloration, which I believe is a result of repeated microwave radiation assaults. I have noticed the same kind of discoloration on the forehead/temple of Vice President Biden, in terms of the area and shading of the discoloration.
Upon awakening after a full night's sleep this morning, I was weak, woozy, with sharp piercing ringing in my ears. I believe I was irradiated while I slept, a nightly occurrence.
My abdomen is often swollen, hard and distended, which I believe is a result of being targeted with microwave directed energy weapon radiation.
THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. Those who are aware are complicit in the felonious assault, torture and attempted homicide of an American citizen -- crimes against humanity, war crimes.

It's early, but the amazing coincidences start to mount up.
The gunman was an Arab-American, a U.S. Army major, about 40 years old, a medical doctor, a psychiatrist involved with mental health (mind control, anyone?).
If true, that fact set would stir up some powerful emotions as the Pentagon is pressuring the Obama administration to widen the war in Afghanistan.
How could Obama possibly do anything but follow the recommendations of the Pentagon after a tragic incident like this?

The quote from the conversation with the deposed Honduran president claiming remote microwave torture is a milestone and I thank you for it Vic, good research. Events are becoming more perverse and bizarre by the moment. In spite of the fact that I am targeted by these weapons, I am kinda excited to see the next chapter in this saga myself. One thing is certain, it is spinning out of control. I am sure that people on both sides, the torturers and the tortured look at the newspaper everyday wondering what will pop up next.
