Well, given this program's surreptitious entires into the homes of targets, I guess they could be anywhere.  My personal papers have been rifled, even my safe deposit box.  I bet the same thing happened to Patsy and John Ramsey...  this is what they do when they pick a patsy and set him/her up for what they hope will be a media-grabbing take-down.  Just my opinion, to which I am entitled. Vic, I think all the agencies are involved, that is, they are all compromised -- just the way the bureaucrats in Nazi Germany went along with what was happening, all the while being sure that they were patriots. I do not have any faith that the FBI or Justice Department will take this government-sponsored domestic terrorism network down. It is linked to the cops on patrol system -- and is operating under the cover of some of the good things done by those local programs.  The prestige of the "I am from the XXX -- you name the security agency" buys unquestioning cooperation from the flunkies who carry out this tasking without asking any questions. They look at the shiny badge and bend over. That includes the restaurants, stores, etc, which are contacted by these duped patriots.And this is happening in all English-speaking countries. FT. HOOD MASSACRE TURNING FBI, ARMY AGAINST HOMELAND-ENABLED 'COMMUNITY STALKING,' SILENT MICROWAVE WEAPONS TORTURE

Anyone who's been a real victim of community stalking and microwave/laser directed energy weapons attack can see that the Muslim American accused in the Fort Hood massacre almost certainly was a victim of community stalking harassment and, most likely, silent electromagnetic microwave radiation attack that may have literally driven him over the edge.

If that's the case, you can bet the Army and the FBI know it, too -- as do the lead agencies of the American Gestapo who spawned and continue to oversee this program. 

And they are still torturing and mounting microwave attacks on U.S. citizens.  I know, because I was under a sustained, brain-piercing attack this afternoon, with the most intense pain and magnet-like pulling sensation to the head felt between the hours of 4:15 to 4:45 p.m. ET.

The attack came as I posted more comments to political blogs on The Washington Post and Politico web sites.

It is my opinion that multiple agencies of the U.S. government who are behind community stalking and the nationwide grid of electromagnetic microwave/laser torture in America MOST LIKELY HAVE BLOOD IN THEIR HANDS IN THE FORT HOOD MASSACRE.

And this time, the whole truth finally may come out -- because now, the victims aren't just people such as I, and the other legitimate victims who comment here... now the victims include innocent men of women of the U.S. Army, an organization well-represented, I believe, among the ranks of the community stalkers...

MICROWAVE TORTURE REPORT

As I have continued to post articles and comments about the microwave/laser directed energy weapons system being used to torture and impair the functioning of "targeted" U.S. citizens, the attacks on me have increased in frequency and intensity.  This is a summary of recent attacks:

11/5/09 @ 4:30 p.m.  Sustained heating of head, causing intense pain, fatigue, weakness.

11/6/09 @ 7:45 a.m. Sharp piercing hit to the left temple; notable because many recent attacks have been to the right temple.  Mid-morning, hit twice in head mid-morning while writing story about Fort Hood.

11/6/09 3 p.m.  Another sharp jolt to the right front temple.  (Note: house electrical power was turned off, an indication that any coordinate/targeting mechanism is not being powered by house current.)

11/6/09 5:38 p.m.  Prolonging microwave attack to crown of head, intense heating, causing dizziness, pain, weakness

11/7/09 early morning. Woke up to dizzy headache, red, bloodshot eyes, drooping eyelids, sharp creases in my face around mouth, straight line crease on upper chin.

11/7/09 mid-morning. General feeling of extreme weakness, fatigue, malaise, dull, penetrating headache.

11/8/09 2 a.m.  Sharp, piercing hit to the right front temple, frequent target area for microwave attack; attack came while posting to a political blog.

11/9/09 1:15 p.m. and 1:22 p.m.  Sustained penetrating hit to the right front temple, causing pain, dizziness, weakness.

11/9/09  @ 4:30 p.m.  Constant dull headache, generalized weakness, fatigue.

11/10/09 @ 9:35 p.m.  Sharp hit to the right front temple.

11/11/09 @ 12:55 p.m.  Sustained attack to head, heavy, disabling headache, weakness.

11/11/09 @ 3:15 p.m. Sustained head pain, piercing ringing in ears.

1112/09  @ 4:15-4:45 p.m.  Sustained microwave attack to head; heavy, pulling sensation to the head, feels like walking into a magnetic field, causing severe pain pain, dizziness, feeling of confusion; I move from room to room, trying to get out of beam field, but the sensation appears to track my movements.  I cry out in pain to surveillance operatives who appear to be monitoring me 24/7.  Shortly after I plead for attack to stop, the pain subsides.

11/12/09 @ 8:30 p.m.   While watching TV sitting on couch in den, I feel severe heating in my rear end.  Pain grows more intense, causing intense pain, stinging feeling.  The heating becomes so severe that the seat of my pants feels like I was sitting on a heater.  I get up to walk around and mention aloud that this is an electronic anal assault.  I seek relief by taking a shower and using hydrocortizone cream to relieve sudden swelling. This is truly degrading, sadistic, violent and painful TORTURE that could be considered an electronic sexual assault.  Recall that sometime last year, one of my tormentors posted a comment on my blog about "turning up the amplitude."  I also recall getting an email with the subject heading reading something like "hot balls" just as I was experiencing intense heating and pain in the scrotum.  This microwave attack system apparently can be precisely targeted at both external and internal organs to cause the most painful, degrading torture possible, remotely applied. 

THE PEOPLE ADMINISTERING THIS TORTURE ARE DEPRAVED WAR CRIMINALS WHO ARE GUILTY OF FELONIOUS ASSAULT, TORTURE AND ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE.

ADVENT OF WEB ADS ON NOWPUBLIC USED AS HARASSMENT TOOL BY GOVERNMENT-ADMINISTERED 'FUSION CENTERS'?

Since NowPublic begin taking advertising, I have noticed that the ads which appear on my pages appear to be targeted to personal interests, preferences and background.  That in itself is not unusual -- unless the ads seem to reflect knowledge of personal background facts that would not be generally known to "Google Ads."

My screen today is plastered with multiple ads which reference Jews, Judaism, Hebrew and Israel.  I also receive many ads inviting me to take career courses on "counter-terrorism" and criminology.  Few other subject areas are represented in the web advertising directed at my pages.

 I believe the selection of advertising may not be the result of data from my web searches, but could be purposeful and methodical harassment by bigoted, Jew-baiting frat boy Nazis types at the Homeland Security-administered fusion center in Newtown, PA that is known as MAGLOCLEN.  It appears that my internet work flow is redirected to government computers and what is displayed are "spoofed pages" that allow government operatives to censor, tamper, or make malicious changes.  What appears to be electronic harassment could be unauthorized "freelancing" on the part of contractors -- but that does not absolve administrators of responsibility.

It is my belief that the MAGLOCLEN fusion center is a rogue, unlawful enterprise that appears to be continuously violating my civil, human and constitutional rights via telecommunications censorship,  prior restraint, malicious tampering and the apparent coordination of warantless GPS-enabled "community stalking" harassment and domestic terrorism  -- and, most likely, is inflicting the same abuses upon thousands of citizens throughout North America. 

I have urged he FBI to take control of the 70-plus fusion centers in the U.S. to help prevent such abuses, including the microwave/laser torture and enslavement of unjustly and illegally targeted American citizens.

MORE APPARENT TARGETING, SUSPECTED PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE OF MY AGED MOTHER

The government-ordered microwave assaults on this journalist have increased in frequency and intensity in recent weeks as I have continued to expose a heinous nationwide program of extrajudicial targeting and physical and psychological torture...

...So I can't say that I was surprised that my mother was suddenly rushed to a hospital emergency room yesterday morning at the orders of personnel at her nursing home, the Kutz Home for the Aged in Wilmington, DE.

As is typical, I received no notification -- not even when I arrived at the facility about about 4:15 p.m. Saturday for what I thought would be a routine visit.  No word on my mother's hospitalization from the woman at the reception desk when I signed in.  No word from the nurse and aides at the nurse's station near my mother's room -- although I did notice a couple of them looking my way with that tell-tale smirk that telegraphs the message, "I know something you don't know..."

As nursing home nurses and aides watched, I knocked at my mother's door.  When I got no response, I entered the darkened empty room.  I proceeded to the nurse's station to ask where my mother was.  Instead of answering the question, one of the woman hollered to another to get the duty nurse.  A nurse or aide finally said my mother was at the hospital with my sister.  I asked what happened.  After some hesitation, I was told that she "fell on the floor and hit her head." 

"How bad," I asked.  "Pretty bad," one of the personnel offered. 

"When did this happen?" I asked.  "About noon," I was told.

"Was she unconscious?" I asked.  "You have to talk to your sister," I was told.  (She is my mother's legal guardian.)  "What hospital was she taken to?" I asked.  One of the women said she thought she was taken to the Wilmington division of Christiana Care, but no one would confirm this for me.  Apparently, they had called for an ambulance.

I headed for the front entrance.  When I got to the reception desk, I asked the attendant:  "Was my mother conscious when they took her out?"

Finally, one of about a half dozen personnel who heard my inquiries displayed some human decency.

"Oh, yeah;  she was sitting up and talking and I said to her, 'We'll see you back soon.'"

I was relieved that finally, I got an indication that this wasn't a critical situation.  I called my sister on the cell phone.  She confirmed that my mother was taken to the Wilmington hospital, and she repeated the story that Mom had fallen and hit her head.  I pressed her for more details, and asked her whether she was still there at the hospital with her.  She did not answered the question, but seemed highly agitated and terminated the conversation.

I arrived at the hospital about ten minutes later.  After a few minute's wait, I was told that I could enter the emergency room treatment area.  I was offered no escort, and was not told what room my mother was in.  Finally, someone directed me to a private room, not the open area where several other patients were clustered, waiting behind drawn curtains.

When I entered the room, I saw my mother sitting on the edge of a hospital bed, her legs immobilized, wedged between the steel side rails -- effectively restrained, in effect, put in a stockade.

She was conscious, talking, her eyes puffy and swollen -- and more than aware of what was happening.  "Oh, Victor," she cried out to me.  "I feel fine," she responded to my inquiry.  They want to X-ray me and said I don't want an X-ray.  WHY ARE THEY PUNISHING ME?"

She sobbed and fell into my arms.  I comforted her, saying, "Mom, don't worry, I'm here to take you home."

An aide was sitting next to my mother's bed.  She told he she had been observing her for two hours, that she was talking and seemed fine, but that "she's agitated."

"I would be agitated, too, if I felt fine and someone tried to force me to undergo medical treatment that I didn't need," I replied.

I told the aide to summon the charge nurse or the attending physician.  When the attending physician intern arrived, I asked him what his examination revealed.  He told he she seemed fine, with no visible bruises or contusions.  He added that because the nursing home reported that she "fell and hit her head," the doctors wanted to perform a CAT scan as a matter of precaution, and due to my mother's medical history (which included at least one other incident markedly similar to what was happening this day).

I asked when my mother was admitted to the ER, and was told it was early that morning -- not "around noon," as I was told at the nursing home.  At that point, my mother had been sitting on the edge of that hospital bed, effectively restrained, for ABOUT 9 HOURS.  NINE HOURS.

What about the apparent discrepancy between the results of the medical examination and the nursing home report that my mother had "hit her head."  The intern again confirmed there were no outward signs of bruising; he said that he and his supervising doctor had "wondered about that, too."  I asked her to note the apparent discrepancy on this report, noting that the trip to the ER had not revealed any evidence of head trauma.  (My mother's room has a hard-tiled floor.)

The doctor agreed that the exam revealed no compelling medical reason for a CAT scan.  I asked the doctor to please discharge my mother immediately.  He said my sister would have to approve.  Fortunately, my sister re-appeared at the hospital a few moments later.  Only at that point did I learn that she had refused to authorize a CAT scan, opting to have my mother kept under observation.  She agreed that after nearly ten hours of observation, my mother should be discharged.

And so it was done.  I drove my mother back to the Kutz home.  As I took her to her room, not one single nurse or attendant inquired as to her condition.  As it was earlier when I first arrived, I was met with silence.

I cannot prove that this entire episode was a manufactured event intended to harass, traumatize and terrorize my mother and her family.  But in my gut, I believe that may be the case. 

The incident prompted me to recall another strange finding that I made on a visit to the nursing home a couple of months ago (Sept. 6, 2009).  I was parked next to a dark-color Chevy Suburban, apparently used by a nursing home worker.   I happened to glance into the passenger side window of the S.U.V. and I saw printed documents strewn over the floor mats.  I could see that they were printouts of patient names, along with the "medical directive" for each patient.  I could see that most patients' names were accompanied by the printed notation, "DNR" -- do not resuscitate.

The license plate of that vehicle: DELAWARE PC 22834.

Why would medical directive patient information be strewn about the floor of vehicle apparently owned or operated by a nursing home worker?  My reporter instincts tell me that some authority should investigate to determine whether the Kutz Home for the Aged has been infiltrated by law enforcement-protected "community stalkers" who may committing acts of physical abuse and financial crimes such as identity theft and expropriation of patient property.

My reporter instincts also tell me, based on past personal contacts, that the management of this facility may have been infiltrated by this same apparatus, including at the highest levels of on-site management.  I have concluded that active duty U.S. Army personnel are or have been on staff at this facility, and I wonder aloud whether patients may be the subjects of non-consensual medical "research" or experimentation involving drugs and perhaps, microwave/laser radiation weapons systems.

I repeat:  I cannot prove this.  But the good people on the inside who are following my every word on this blog have the ability to gauge whether my concern is warranted.  These officials have access to the truth, if they don't already know the truth.  I again urge conscientious federal officials to investigate my concerns and, if they have not done so already, to dispatch an undercover investigator for on-site duty at the Kutz Home for the Aged.

If officially-authorized non-consensual patient experimentation and abuse are occurring there, how many other medical care facilities nationwide are similarly affected? 

The good people on the inside already know my track record as an investigator.   I cannot confirm or dismiss these concerns alone.  PLEASE INVESTIGATE.  If this is happening in Wilmington, DE, it must to happening all across America.  If so -- are certain minority groups singled out for persecution?   Are our elderly being used as guinea pigs for military/intel "research"?  While I cannot provide proof, I am convinced that my concerns warrant the immediate attention of conscientious federal regulators and law enforcement officials.

This is why I again say that health care reform without a restoration of the rule of law and an end to officially-enabled torture and human rights abuses is a cruel joke.

POSTSCRIPT:  When I returned home after a disturbing afternoon and evening, I tried to relax by watching TV.  Sometime after midnight, while watching "Saturday Night Live," I was assaulted by a sustained microwave attack to the right front temple that left me feeling woozy, with a heavy sudden-onset headache.  When I awoke this morning, I felt somewhat woozy, my eyes bloodshot, my face somewhat reddened, my eyelids puffy and drooping.  When I looked into the mirror, I saw that the brown discoloration on my right forehead was darker and more pronounced than it was on the previous day.

The torture/slow-kill genocide continues.
