Desposed Honduras President Manuel Zelaya, now in exile inside the Brazilian embassy in the capital city of Tegucigalpa, recently told American TV journalist Amy Goodman that Honduran security forces are assaulting him with silent, debilitating electromagnetic microwave and acoustic weapons.

Here is the relevant portion of Zelaya's statement confirming that microwave and acoustic weapons are being used for political persecution and torture -- believed to be the first such admission from an official who has served as a head of state of a sovereign nation:
ANJALI KAMAT (correspondent for Democracy Now!): Can you describe what it’s been like inside the embassy? Can you describe the scene?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes. What has occurred here is truly rude treatment for a democratically elected president. This is not how you treat a president who is fighting to reinstall democracy in his country.
We have been repressed and limited to the embassy. Tear gas has been fired. Our electronic lines, our telephone lines have been cut. We’ve also been under attack from microwaves and the sound cannon, a long-range acoustic device.
AMY GOODMAN: What do you mean, acoustic device, a sound cannon?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are two kinds of unconventional weapons that have been used against us by the regime. There’s a high-frequency pitch that has been used against protesters. And another weapon that has been used against us is an electronic device that issues microwaves, which is very harmful for your health. It causes headaches.
AMY GOODMAN: As president, do you know about this in the Honduran arsenal?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] Yes, of course. We all suffered this. We all witnessed it. There’s photographs and videos of this occurring.
AMY GOODMAN: And who is using this outside—the tear gas, the sound cannon, whatever you call it, the high-frequency machine? Is it Honduran soldiers?
PRESIDENT MANUEL ZELAYA: [translated] There are military forces that have surrounded the embassy. The embassy, in fact, has been turned into a concentration camp.
Here is a former head of state confirming what this longtime mainstream media journalist has been trying to tell political leaders and the mainstream media for the past 2-1/2 years, in the period since my visits to the FBI resulted in a diminishing of the intensity of attacks against me.
But I must add here that the attacks continue, in and away from my home. It appears that in America, a nationwide microwave/laser attack system, camouflaged as cell towers and supplemented by military satellites and portable and hand-held devices, is used to inflict physiological and neurological impairment and torture -- what some term a "slow-kill" homicide, an American genocide hiding in plain sight.
I woke up this morning as I usually do -- feeling extremely weak, my head pounding with a woozy feeling, ears ringing, my eyes red and and burning and inching, and my eyelids drooping. It appears I was targeted with microwave assaults as I slept.
THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. There is no longer any doubt that this is happening in the U.S. and worldwide -- and little doubt as to what entities are ordering it done. What IS in doubt is whether President Obama and his team are aware -- or are some of them also victims of these silent, mind- and-body degrading assaults -- which could be selectively administered to influence behavior, a form of mind control?

It is apparent that my telecommunications are being intercepted and only transmitted when and if government "fusion center" operatives want to let some of my material through (perhaps to maintain the semblance of freedom of speech, when in fact censorship is a fact of life for many unjustly targeted Americans.

I told her that the U.S. government was assaulting persons regarded as dissenters or undesirables with silent microwave radiation directed energy weapons, and subjecting them to financial exploitation and so-called "community stalking" harassment. I have not been able to get to Ms. Goodman due to apparent and constant interception, malicious interference and censorship by government surveillance operatives -- apparently emanating from the Homeland Security- administered fusion center in Newtown, PA.

Vic, you got your ass kicked and nearly sent up the river on a stalking charge a few months back.
The incident prompted me to recall another strange finding that I made on a visit to the nursing home a couple of months ago (Sept. 6, 2009). I was parked next to a dark-color Chevy Suburban, apparently used by a nursing home worker. I happened to glance into the passenger side window of the S.U.V. and I saw printed documents strewn over the floor mats. I could see that they were printouts of patient names, along with the "medical directive" for each patient. I could see that most patients' names were accompanied by the printed notation, "DNR" -- do not resuscitate.
The license plate of that vehicle: DELAWARE PC 22834.
So how come you didn't learn your lesson?
While I cannot provide proof, I am convinced that my concerns warrant the immediate attention of conscientious federal regulators and law enforcement officials.
What will you present as evidence? How about a photo of that dark spot on your forehead?

"Nearly sent up the river" -- you mean, when I was arrested and assaulted and imprisoned and falsely charged with misdemeanor stalking, and the police didn't show up at the prelim hearing and the charge was summarily dismissed?

PS -- Just for the record, my own township's police were NOT involved -- but I am still waiting for Bucks County authorities (or the FBI/DOJ) to act on my request for an investigation into what I consider to be a case of police misconduct, false imprisonment and brutality. I remain hostage to community stalking vandals and terrorists, and what has happened to this journalist, who continues to be terrorized, is an indication that the rule of law has broken down in Bucks County, PA and in any other jurisdiction where unjustly targeted Americans are similarly treated. And that is just about everywhere in the USA.
The authorities are protecting Gestapo thugs. Whoever thought this could happen here?

Welcome to the club. I am being zapped by hot-as-hell, sustained heat even as I write this. I'll call it "microwave", just because that is the explanation that makes the most sense at the moment. I know who the perpetrators are, in my case, at least some of them. I have talked to the local police in Sachse, Tx., about what is happening on Welch Lane, but still nothing is being done. They already ran me out of two apartments, one in Dallas, and another one in Richardson, Tx. ... and every room that I have rented in a person's house (about a half-dozen), same story...

This ain't no point-and-shoot. Only a highly sophisticated microwave/laser targeting and attack system that utilizes invisible infrared and the military GPS-like tracking and targeting could do these attacks with such precision, to the millimeter, as the target moves from room to room.
I don't doubt there are portable microwave/laser directed energy weapons, but I have come to the conclusion that much of that hardware is being used as a cover story for the main attack mode -- VIA TELEMETRY.
Persistent psy ops blaming local thugs with black market DEW is getting very shop-worn. ATTENTION, Roslyn Mazer (via algorithm: ALERT THE DNI. MORE LAME PSY OPS.
And again, why does the U.S. Army have psy ops units in places like St. Louis, MO and Bristol, PA? Is there an undeclared war on Americans?
Happened to peruse a document on wikisecrets some months back, purported to be the U.S. Army's Unconventional Warfare manual. Some very interesting reading, especially the parts about subverting a nation's financial system, cyber-warfare, psy ops manipulation of the mass media, etc.
Can someone please confirm here that the document on the web is the real thing?

I woke up the first time that this happened, and my eye was swollen up, especially the eyelid, which was huge. I have pictures that I took several days later, when it was STILL swollen even after several days. At first I thought it was pink-eye, or something like that. Then I noticed that on the eyelid, in the most sensitive part, was a burn-mark about the size of the end of a q-tip. Everything on and around the eyelid felt like a SEVERE 2nd degree burn or suburn. Then I noticed that when I would feel those hot-stabbing pains that you have written about, alot of times I would look out the window, and someone was walking by at just that moment. It happened too many times to be coincidence. This same pattern had already been happening with high-pitched sounds, which I called "mosquito ringtones", just because that's the only thing I could find on the internet which approximated the experience. But unlike the mosquito ringtones, which adults cannot hear, these "sound" blasts were sometimes silent, but I could feel the inside of my head vibrating wilding until I moved , or stuck a book or some other object in the way of what I knew the point of origin to be (which can be determined by placing a thick book close to your ear, and slowly turning in a circle until the "sound" is blocked... this trick works for the heat attack as well).Do I believe that local thugs are involved? Hell yes! Sometimes, it could just be thugs with weapons, I suppose. but the majority of the time I would be willing to bet that it is combo of fusion center working under the guise of different government programs that they have infiltrated at the local level by some of these thugs, such as Community Watch, probation officers, Neighborhood Watch, iCan, etc... Look, I have been stalked for about 9 years now, and tormented with these high tech gadgets for over 3 years. I know a little bit about it as well. I can tell you definitely that local police are involved, and I have a documented paper trail with the Richardson Police dept. , who freaked out when I began to take pictures of their operatives at the apartments that I lived in (Pepper Place Apartments at 601 W Renner Rd, Richardson, TX), and threatened to arrest me if I didn't take down my home-security camera system. I went over one of the thug-policemen's head and communicated by email and by phone (I recorded the phone call, which is legal in Texas). This came in handy, because out of the half-dozen or more following times that police came to harass me about the cameras, I just showed them that their chief already knows about the situation, and agrees with me that I have a right to have the cameras.The pattern of attack is different here in Sachse, Tx, but at Richardson apartment, the pattern of attack was that preceeding an intense microwave, sound, or other type of attack, a security officer (sometimes policeman) would know on my door under some pretext ( oh, have you seen such-and-such, because your neighbor just got robbed, etc), and they would ask if anybody else in the apartment had seen anything...just to confirm whether I was alone in the apartment, meaning no witnesses. A few minutes later after the police left, that's when the "fun" would began...I don't think it was the policeman doing the dirty work, but I do think that he was involved at least as an accomplise...

I repeat: Most of the microwave attacks I have experienced track too precisely and too rapidly to be the work of hand-held "gadgets." The locals may be covering for, or involved in the stalking, vandalism, malicious harassment, and they may have hand-held "gizmos" -- but no hand-held gizmo could attack me as I drive along at highway speeds, or precisely target my temples within millimeters as I move about. This is telemetry-delivered via cell tower arrays, perhaps on towers separate from those used for consumer cell phone service, and supplemented by GPS-like satellite tracking and perhaps direct from the satellite microwave/laser attack.
Your psy ops is obvious and disingenuous. Attempts to deflect blame onto the locals is predictable (why the locals never should have fallen for the community stalking/vandalism/surreptitious home entry), but it won't work.
The half-hour or more I spent talking about this to my police chief convinces me that he knows the real deal and local police chiefs around the nation may soon REVOLT as the fed architects of this evil program continue their typical "plausible deniability" and blame the local authorities and local thugs and organized crime.
Yes, locals are complicit in the vandalism, the home entries, the stalking, the harassment on the street, the set-ups like my recent false arrest and imprisonment, even the poisoning of food and drink by stalkers who know they are protected. But the electromagnetic torture is another thing entirely, except for some stuff that may be deployed in the field to keep victims guessing.
The REAL organized crime is among the member agencies of the multi-agency coordinated action program led by... well, you know which agency calls the shots, don't you? Do you really think that our security/military/intel establishment is going to let mavericks and local thugs take over their power to physically and neurologically manipulate, torture and impair targeted citizens? Are you nuts? You obviously think readers are stupid.
If you are trying to find out just how much I "know," let me make it easy for you: I have written what I know. It's all here, somewhere in my articles or in the comments I have made to my articles. Has some "insider" or "insiders" found a means to indicate to me that I'm on the right track, despite the 24/7 surveillance (often clumsy and incompetently performed, I might add)? I invoke my constitutional rights as a journalist on that question.

This particular attack has me REALLY motivated now. A real kick in the butt.
What's their goal? It can't be to get me to stop my work; torture doesn't work on me.

They will be brought down by the good people on the inside, and if I can help things along, that would be good.
Now go find someone to harass who's a threat to society, will you? You can start with the directors of a few agencies. I took my kid out on a nature hike the other day, when one of the attacks started occurring. So AT&T could not have been the culprit. The GPS was turned off, and the wi-fi part was turned off as well, so I doubt that the cell-towers could have been used in some unknown way to pick up on the wi-fi signals, which are just radio signals. The only explanation that I have, although I have no evidence, is satellite tracking. The GPS must stay active somehow, even when supposedly turned off? I thought of it only because you mentioned the movie "Enemy of the State in a post today". In order to carry out the DEW attacks, they have to know where you are. If you are at your place of residence, they know and can plan for attacks. If you are in your car, they can track you as well via GPS, or by your mobile device. But if you get out of the car, lose your mobile phone, and just walk, they freak out, and that's when the spooks come out of the woodworks, the foot-patrol, as I like to call them. You would think that they would be smart enough to just wait by your car , and wait for you to return to the vehicle, right? Guess again - either they are clueless (which is not correct), or just plain sadistic as they cannot stand the idea of losing sight of you for torture purposed for even a moment. Wow, Homeland Security is sounding more and more like Stazi America to me.

Um, unless you take the battery out, you're still broadcasting your coordinates.
Even then, maybe your possessions or your body has been chipped or contains RFID circuits.
Or maybe those foot patrols you reference have a special cell phone that's actually an infrared laser that can "paint the target" -- that covers the targets when they don't have a GPS or cell phone on hand.
Or maybe my entire house is "painted" in infrared lasers, creating a constant grid. I know it's not powered by my house current, at least not current that's controlled by the main circuit box. Maybe they're tapping into the main trunk for power? Or maybe it's the much-hyped "through the wall?"
Or maybe NSA really can remotely tap into an individual's own weak electromagnetic brain field (RNM). Hey, they zapped my keyboard the other day, leaving the computer alone, and I believe they zapped the circuits out of a couple computer printers. And I know they can manipulate my computer even when I am not connected to the net (at least as far as I can see).
You see, it's really not necessary for someone like me to understand the precise targeting technology. If journalists needed a doctorate in every subject they write about, there would be no journalism. I know what's happening and the general overview, and so do many good people on the inside AND the outside. So, "plausible deniability" is going up in smoke. And the ensuing fire will consume this multi-faceted, multi-agency program, and the architects and operatives will be brought to justice -- or, at the very least, THEY will be neutralized.
Maybe they'll even be kept under 24/7 surveillance -- but in their case, with complete legal justification and under the rule of law, not the extra-legal law of the jungle.

I applaud Vic Livingsonś journalistic hell-bent towards the uncovering of the crimes against the constitution, of über surveillance, and of the attempts to coerce him into silence by the application of intense harassment. My only concern is that (to some extent) they have succeeded. Why? -- because the goal of these laddies is not to prevent Mr. Livingston from proclaiming that he is harrassed - that is only a byproduct that they think can be dismissed easily (crazy mantra). The big picture -- as in, secret services/intel agencies/military of many nations doing a global genocide?
On it, boss. But first, we've got to end the microwave/laser torture at home.
As I write this, my ears are ringing, my scalp is tingling. It appears I am constantly bathed in radiation one one kind or another, and it keeps me in an almost constant state of fatigue. The painful attacks are merely the high points on an elevated scale of continuous torture. I'll mention this as I chronicle the attacks, which I thought might end but which have increased in frequency and intensity of late.
These American Nazis who think they are above the law do not know the meaning of "stand down." They must be taught, by the good people on the inside. The pols are too naive to effect change -- or too impaired and enslaved by silent baths of electromagnetic radiation. Who who will be the good guy that clues in Obama and Biden? Maybe it would give Biden a new perspective on some of the unfortunate health events that have happened to him, along with that brownish forehead discoloration that looks like mine. If I had the chance to tell him, I don't think he'd believe me. He's got to hear it from someone in the know. Hero, please step forward.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT Thurs. Nov. 19, 2009 @ 6:45 p.m.
Once again, I was violently attacked while driving my car -- intense, sustained head pain, as if my skull was in a vise. It started as I was driving into a parking lot at the Big Oak Shopping Center in Lower Makefield, Bucks County, PA. The pain, encompassing my entire head, was so intense that I literally had to leave the car, which apparently has a GPS tracking device implanted somewhere in or on the vehicle. Before I left the vehicle, I said this aloud: "In case you people are doing audio surveillance, I was violently attacked while driving and it could have caused an accident. If you are aware of this, you are complicit in the felonious assault, torture, and attempted homicide of an American citizen." I added my belief that this surveillance was being monitored by "multiple agencies."
I had taken the battery out of the cell phone I was carrying, so that it would not broadcast my location coordinates. As I walked from the car, the pain subsided, just as I would have predicted. But the attack was so intense that it left me woozy for the better par of an hour. It felt like I had suffered a mild concussion. And indeed, I had.
I went into a liquor store to buy a bottle of wine. Not surprisingly, a man in a leather jacket approached and stood nearby, just staring at a wine display for a prolonged period of time. I believe he may have been stalking me. When I went to pay for my selection, he followed, and literally slammed his bottle down on the counter just behind me. "Don't break the counter," I said to him with a straight face. He growled back, "Wanna make something of it?" The clerk said to me, "Why don't you take him outside?" I said, "I just want this guy to leave me alone." I paid for my wine and left. The guy did not follow behind me. This time.
My head was still spinning from what I am sure was a silent microwave assault that I believe emanated from microwave antennas among cell towers, a civilian attack system that apparently is installed and torturing Americans in every county in the U.S., and, it appears, in many industrialized nations.
When I got home, I called my elderly mother. She sounded barely coherent, slurring her words. So easy to write off these symptoms as "dementia." But what induced the symptoms of dementia? I believe she has been targeted for years with these microwave attacks, and that her condition has been exacerbated -- perhaps even caused -- by government-inflicted torture.
Later, I opened the dishwasher -- a new unit, bought to replace its vandalized predecessor. I noticed that an apple corer was lodged in the upper basket. When I tried to remove it, it would not budge. Then I noticed one of the tines of the basket was bent at least an inch out of alignment, the reason for the jam. This could not have happened inadvertently. It appears that someone had entered my home during the night (or was secreted inside for some time) and vandalized the new appliance. This is how the old unit got rusted out (along with what I believe was the application of an acidic substance on this and other appliances). I recalled finding objects lodged in bent tines of the basket in the old unit. This appears to be part of a harassment protocol, perhaps a prescribed script for government-protected vigilante terrorists.
When I met with my township police chief nearly seven months ago, I pleaded with him to find out who was surreptitiously entering my home, and to put a stop to what I told him was domestic terrorism aimed against me and my family for five years running. He indicated to me his awareness of what was happening, and he seemed empathetic, as if he was caught in the middle. He confirmed that he knew that phone calls I had made to him in the past were intercepted. I also gave him some leads as to who in the neighborhood might have personal knowledge as to who has been terrorizing us. I also have visited the FBI in Philadelphia since talking to the chief.
And the terrorism against us continues. In America, 2009. And as yet, no one will stop it. Not yet.
The good people on the inside know the truth. When will they act to stop this? Or is this infrastructure, this command and control, so entrenched that they fear for their careers, maybe even their lives, if they dare to protest?
I share no such fear. They have stolen my livelihood, my freedom to leave the house without fear of vandalism and terror, and my previously excellent health. I will expose this high-tech torture and impairment, and this nationwide vigilante network, or I will die trying.
Where is justice? Is the entire system corrupt? I know there are good people on the inside, because the censorship is starting to be broken, and word is getting out. But the torture, the terror continues. President Obama is unknowingly lying when he says, "America does not torture." It tortures -- and it tortures its own people.

Then I noticed one of the tines of the basket was bent at least an inch out of alignment, the reason for the jam. This could not have happened inadvertently. It appears that someone had entered my home during the night (or was secreted inside for some time) and vandalized the new appliance.
This is not the stupidest thing Vic has ever claimed as torture or harassment, but it is not too far from it.

Vic, the 30 year mainstream investigative reporter (best kept secret in the industry, he didn't exist before last summer) can't think to set up a video camera to catch these intruders in action, I can only wonder what "big stories" you used to sleuth on. Well, since only the program's "chosen" get through to these comments sections, do I really have a choice? Whatever... "Die already" has made another terroristic threat against me via telecommunications.
I again appeal to the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice to trace this poster's IP address and to bring a charge of making terroristic threats via telecommunications.
I will renew this request in another personal visit to the FBI field office in Philadelphia in coming weeks.

LOTS of folks are sensing that something isn't right, something doesn't pass the smell test...something in fact reeks to high-heaven...people are asking questions, even ex-presidential candidates...Chuck Baldwins questions from one of his recent articles called "Questions Regarding The Fort Hood Massacre"...the relevant portion states:"How could one man (with no combat experience) armed with only two handguns fire over 100 rounds (demanding he reload at least 3 times) into a crowd of scores and hundreds of fearless combat-trained warriors? I must confess: this is the question that bothers me the most. According to the official story, Hasan was the only shooter, and he was allowed to fire at will into a crowd of America’s finest warriors for at least 4 minutes, reloading at least 3 times, firing over 100 rounds of ammunition, killing 13 people, and wounding over 30–and was finally taken out by civilian police officers AFTER EXITING THE BUILDING. I’ve got to tell you: I cannot get my brain around this one."

The big question: Will the skilled investigators of the FBI be allowed to pursue all lines of inquiry wherever it may lead?
If powerful entities let this happen... or groomed Hasan to be the patsy for a massacre intended to arouse recriminations against Muslims and to justify expansion of the "war on terror" and a de facto coup d'etat... will Congress or the agencies be permitted to conduct a full and thorough investigation?
That did not seem to be the case in the assassinations of JFK and RFK and King, in the opinion of many critics of the official probes -- or 9/11, for that matter.
The possibility that Hasan was a patsy or a Manchurian Candidate groomed in a premeditated mass murder plot in pursuit of ideological goals cannot be dismissed.
But in America, the prevailing attitude is, "It can't happen here." Naivete and an unwillingness to confront organizational evil often keep the truth buried. So will we see yet another whitewash?
Maybe not time time -- because innocent soldiers, men and women, died in this one. This could be the turning point.
And if the truth comes out here, perhaps it will shed new light on how and why 9/11 was allowed to happen -- or was engineered to happen by evil bureaucratic ideologues -- American Nazis.
I believe sufficient empirical evidence exists to justify an investigation to determine if the Fort Hood shooter, and perhaps President Obama and other political leaders, have been under the physiological and psychological influence of microwave and laser radiation weapons, so-called "psychotronic" weapons and frequencies.
Only the FBI, in my opinion, has the independence -- and the organizational "distance" from the agencies that developed these weapons -- to conduct such an inquiry. The DoD cannot be left to investigate itself.
In the words of the late journalist (and microwave/laser directed energy weapons victim?) Robert Novak, who outed CIA agent Valerie Pflame and then died of brain cancer:
"Love your country, but don't trust your government."
