UPDATE: 3:15PM EST: A 26-year-old man shot and killed four people at a housing complex in Bristol, Tennessee on Wednesday, before turning the gun on himself.

Initial reports said that police had captured the suspect after he crashed his car attempting to escape.

Authorities say the killings around noon Wednesday arose from a domestic dispute at an apartment in Edgemont Towers.

They
initially said 26-year-old suspect Rusty L. Rumley was captured shortly
after the shooting when he crashed his car about 20 miles away. Now
they say he is dead and apparently shot himself.

Bristol is located on the Virginia-Tennessee border.
