A gunman has shot dead a principal and a teacher at a school in Budapest. The special needs school is located on the northern tip of large island in the Danube, in an area called Csepel.

A gunman has shot dead a school principal and another teacher in the Hungarian capital, Budapest.

Both were shot in the head. A security guard was also shot in the hand during Wednesday night's attack, police say.

The gunman fled the school in the Csepel neighbourhood of the capital after the shootings.

A $25,000 (£16,900) reward has been offered for information leading to the capture of the killer. The motive for the attack is not known.
