Sounds reasonable to me. Protect your population from rocket attacks and release the kidnapped soldier Shalit for open borders and cease fire.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Barakei complained that Israel was tying a truce to the release of captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit, a halt in arms smuggling into Gaza and the establishment of a buffer zone between Israel and the Strip.
