It’s once again time for the media to place emphasis on politically correct religious holidays. Yes that is always an issue this time of year and its very obviously related to Christmas. So as an atheist I decided not to be political correct by wishing people happy holiday’s but respect it’s really a Christian religious holiday as I really hate politically correctness to appease every one.
But what I want to do is go overboard just to make sure my non political message of goodwill is understood by all on this planet. I want everybody to have a good time.

The legend of Santa Claus can be traced back hundreds of years to a monk named St. Nicholas. It is believed that Nicholas was born sometime around 280 A.D. in Patara, near Myra in modern-day Turkey. Much admired for his piety and kindness, St. Nicholas became the subject of many legends. It is said that he gave away all of his inherited wealth and traveled the countryside helping the poor and sick. One of the best known of the St. Nicholas stories is that he saved three poor sisters from being sold into slavery or prostitution by their father by providing them with a dowry so that they could be married. Over the course of many years, Nicholas's popularity spread and he became known as the protector of children and sailors. His feast day is celebrated on the anniversary of his death, December 6. This was traditionally considered a lucky day to make large purchases or to get married. By the Renaissance, St. Nicholas was the most popular saint in Europe. Even after the Protestant Reformation, when the veneration of saints began to be discouraged, St. Nicholas maintained a positive reputation, especially in Holland.

Actually most Filipino's love to see snow, but when faced with it first hand they hate go outside in places like Norway and of course Canada. I can't really say I miss it I am for global warming, lol... However fresh air, clean planet and a total tropical world would be paradise for me. Well we are partying today its my partners birthday of which sort of mixes well with Christmas, lol

Peace on Earth??? Aren’t humans amazing Animals? They kill wildlife - birds, deer, all kinds of cats, coyotes, beavers, groundhogs, mice and foxes by the million in order to protect their domestic animals and their feed. Then they kill domestic animals by the billion and eat them. This in turn kills people by the million, because eating all those animals leads to degenerative - and fatal - - health conditions like heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and cancer. So then humans spend billions of dollars torturing and killing millions of more animals to look for cures for these diseases. Elsewhere, millions of other human beings are being killed by hunger and malnutrition because food they could eat is being used to fatten domestic animals. Meanwhile, few people recognize the absurdity of humans, who kill so easily and violently, and once a year send out cards praying for "Peace on Earth." ~Revised Preface to Old MacDonald’s Factory Farm by C. So your for making tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots etc. scream yep its absolute murder when we humans eat. Being an atomist of course I smiled at your comment I suspect you are a vegetarian how ever sorry your also eating many of the species that are all related to that first single cell. The universe is alive an so you survive you also have to eat a daily dose of atoms.
Unfortunately we have evolved into a creature that is both a meat and plant and seed eater, its only in modern times that some people have followed a vegetarian track. Our ancestors where definatly not so squemish. However I commend you on your love for animals. But beware even the humble potatoe has its dark side .
Turkey however is on my menu this year and I still want peace on earth I actual say that more than just once per year possibly once or twice a week.
