Part of a building scaffolding fell onto a city bus in Harlem on September 20, 2011.

Reports indicate that 17 people were injured in the Harlem bus incident.

On the morning of September 20, 2011, the facade of a two-story building, collapsed onto the street on W. 125th Street near Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

Several people were injured by falling debris.
