Significant challenges now face Prestige and Casale today as numerous protests now continue to loom over the city (quite normal for Seattle) but HU is on it.

Yesterday HU announced that a much larger protest supporting both campaigns for the Tent City now parked on the mayor’s front door and the top ten notorious landlords will now make media history.

The lawsuits will not only challenge city and county efforts to solve homelessness, but an effort to hold those whom have turned homes into toxic environments-accountable.

Our friends in federal court will hear all four cases as we make Seattle-ground zero for that accountability. HU’s Burien command center is expected to be busier than usual today as plans are set forth for sixty protests a day.

More UN watch dogs arrived Friday to observe the protest and the farm in Chelan county is now full of “interested parties” as the Battle in Seattle continues.

80 people are being represented in the toxic mold and lead claim and it is believed that it will spark more lawsuits. Are you up for the federal challenge?
