Hate Speech or just Speech full o' Hate?

Last night I watched a very disturbing video put out by a YouTube user called 'NationalConservatism' (no doubt a near relative of National Socialism).  Their video about Obama which was one of YouTube's most highly rated videos was creepy and disturbing.  Also, I couldn't decipher the accent of the narrator but he was not an American.  Very creepy.
