"Heavy Metal in Baghdad" documentary Released

I love Heavy metal, while browsing myspace i came across this story.

It is a story of a heavy metal band from Baghdad called "Acrassicauda".

they have released an insightful,funny and emotional documentary film that follows the Iraqi Band from the fall of Saddam Hussain in 2003 to the present day. on june 9th

the documentary is titled "Heavy metal in Baghdad".

the film premiered at the 2007 Film Festival and might have run on nowpublic then, i am not sure.

well for those who have not heard about it this is a story to be retold.

the band member comprise of Singer Brent Hinds,drummer Brann Dailor who adress most part of the movie.

it is a wondeful insight in the life of Musician in Iraq and how they are affected by the notion of having no access to music and connecting people through metal, not the heavy metal of tanks and guns but music.
