with the high prices of gas these days some may even think of getting rid of the car and investing in a horse. This couple was was riding there horse up a local coquitlam B.C street they had just visited a local mcDonalds.

I wonder if McDonald's will install a lane in the drive-thru for horses? haha. It's really kind of sad/odd how the high gas prices are making some of us go primitive but really, there isn't much else you can do. You either pay or you do something drastic.

Hmmm, we are using bicycle and sometimes horses too in the Philippines to minimize gas consumption. AS we all know, the price goes up each week. Hope that the alternative fuel ( BIODIESEL) that is now being offered to the motorist in the Philippines will reach worldwide support as alternative to the crisis

I haven't noticed anyone taking their horses to the supermarket - yet.
