Am I the only one shaking my head here, or are there others out there who are bewildered at Canada's justice system?  Allowing criminals to live in houses that are virtually unsupervised is something that we should only read about in comic books.  Yet, month after month we here these same kind of stories in the media.  Is it because our Canadian prisons are overcrowded, or perhaps the police forces in this country have nothing better to do than to patrol for a missing criminal when an APB (All Points Bulletin) comes to life on their radio systems and detachment bulletin boards.  Alas, it is only our tax dollars not at work!  Have no fear, parents, your children are safe on Canada's streets, thanks to Canada's Justice System.

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - Vancouver police are looking for a convicted child sex offender who hasn't checked in with his halfway house. Cops say Stanley Alfred Jernberg is serving out a five year supervision order and must stay at the house. A Canada wide arrest warrant has been issued for the 54 year old. His past crimes were committed against young girls and boys and police say he uses toys to lure the kids.

Jernberg is white, 5'10'', 200lbswith a heavy build, has brown eyes and thinning hair. He has a scar on the left side of his neck and scars on his wrists.
