High waves has killed 8 people on the coast of South Korea. Dozens have been rescued.

At least eight people are reported to have been killed on the west coast of South Korea after they were swept away by high waves.

Twelve others were rescued after storms and high winds hit a coastal area near Daecheon, about 190km (120 miles) south of Seoul.
