USA foreign minister Hillary Clinton was competing for presidential election with President Obama. But, in my opinion, let alone for presidency, she does not seem to be actively working in her foreign minister job. Is she as active as Rice and the previous USA foreign ministers?
I feel that in the USA power structure, the president, the foreign minister and the defence minister are the top ones and these were the focus of media in the past. But now, it is only Obama who is the point of focus of the world and the media. Is there a role reduction in the foreign and defence ministers or is it a matter of style and charisma in the power holders?
The previous USA foreign and defence ministers wording in their speech with regard to worldwide affairs was powerful and strong sometimes shaky. But that is not observed in the existing power holders. The speech of Hilary Clinton, if I am right, is soft and conveys light messages. I am really confused why that has become the situation? Did Obama appropriated more power for himself?

This is not a complete story because it lacks references and fails to satisfy NowPublic standards. The author is capable of doing this, but chooses to seek the wrench.

Ohhh, YankeeJim! I think you are standing aggainst my stories. Always you are commenting that my stories dont meet NowPublic standards more than the comments of the editors of NowPublic. I would not stop writing due to you. But if it is the decision of NowPublic editors, I can stop writing and posting pieces in NowPublic.
I dont think you are a positive thinker and eager for people to learn from new ideas. Sorry to say it but you are somewhat...... I saw you many times. If you are the owner, adviser or editor of NowPublic, please, tell me and I can immediately cease writing and posting in NowPublic.
I have never heard from other NowPublic members except you the editors that my pieces are against the house rules of the NowPublic. The editors have the right but I want to know who you are to comment on all my pieces as irrelevant.
Is it because you are ranked first in NowPublic? If so this is petty!! It seems that your mindset is learning. I that case, you are lost. Please, set your mindset as unlearning and then you will learn! Unlearning mindset is a concept very important for learning.
Think that your are not also consistent. Imagine, your comment on t k kidwai on my pieces is positive and then you come to my pieces commenting as irrelevant. This is inconsistent mindset.
I dont think you are a good person! Please, delete yourself from networking to me!!

Hillary Clinton is much MORE active than previous Secretaries of State. The media does not COVER her as much, perhaps, as others, which may create the wrong impression. There are many blogs coverting her activities. Mine is one. I keep this blog as evidence of all of her hard work.

Consider for whom Mrs. Clinton works. She must do her boss's bidding. Mrs. Clinton has been a threat to Mr Obama for going on two years at least. Obama knows, as does the US electorate that Mrs. Clinton far exceeds his ability and experience. Mrs Clinton must balance on thin ice by appeasing the President while doing what she knows is right. Ms. Rice? While I admired her intelligence, Ms. Rice was a true puppet of the BUsh administration and a complete shill for the oil industry. Why, Chevron even named an oil tanker after her and that was long before she was Seretary of State. The shame for both Ms. Rice and Mrs. Clinon is that they both worked for men who were many degrees below their level of their own intelligence. Then again, that is not uncommon in the United Sexist States.

I agree that Mrs Clinton might have experiential knowledge. For example, she might have gained experiential knowledge from her husband when her husband was in power. Obama, on the other hand, seems rich only in conceptual (academic) knowledge. To be effective leader, both experiential and conceptual knowledge are necessary!
