About 50 residents had to be evacuated from their homes in Edinburgh when fire broke out at a nearby block of flats under construction.
Six fire crews were called to the five storey structure in Hawkhill Close, off Albion Place, just before 1600 BST.
The building, containing 82 flats, suffered a massive structural collapse but there were no reports of any injuries, police said.
The residents were taken to Hibernian's Easter Road stadium for safety.
