Homicide Bomber Kills 16 in Northwestern Iraq

BAGHDAD —  An Iraqi official says 16 people have been killed and 14 wounded in a homicide bombing in a remote area in northwestern Iraq.

The top official in the town of Sinjar says the bomber blew himself up among a crowd of men at a police recruiting center.
