Certainly a pleasant distraction for the daily commute, scantily clad "Jiggly Hooters Girls" doing their back stretches, and jumping jacks on the side of the road, as if Drivers today don't have enough distractions on the road what with cell phones, entertainment systems in their vehicles, road rage, pedestrians, trying to balance a Starbucks Latte in one hand, Blackberry texting with the other, and steering with your knees, all while trying to adhere to the rules of the road, not to mention all the other drivers out there doing the same thing.

Hooters road show distracts drivers

N.S. -- Outdoor calisthetics being performed by employees of a Hooters restaurant in Nova Scotia has drawn the attention of police concerned about distracted drivers.

A few weeks ago, police officers showed up at the recently opened Hooters Restaurant, on a busy stretch of Main St. in Dartmouth, N.S. They politely asked employees to stop dancing so close to traffic.

It seemed some drivers couldn't help but turn their heads to catch a glimpse of the young women doing jumping jacks on the side of the road, with the result being plenty of honking and even the occasional collision.

That's hilarious. I wonder if reports of fender-benders will spike for that day. Then again, motorists may be reluctant to report exactly why they weren't focused on the road ahead...

One of my friends almost crashed his car once because he was staring at these girls on the side of the road participating in a bikini car wash! Serves him right if he would have I say!
