Harry Cichy lead the litigation against Hoover over the 'Hoover free flight' promotion of the 90's costing Hoover's parent Company at the time of the promotion £48. million & it's reputaion. Harry Cichy is curently publicist to Terry Lubbock, who lost his son Stuart at entertainer Michael Barrymore's home in 2001.
