ATTN:  American Morning--John Roberts & Kiran Chetry                                                 RE:  Michael Jacksons alleged drug abuse                                                                             It seems rather odd that all of these so called 'friends' didn't do something to help him while he was still alive--instead , now they are coming out of the woodwork for their '15 minutes' and it's too late to do any good.  The only thing they are accomplishing is degrading him, and making fodder for the tabloids.  His children are old enough to read this garbage and hear all of the gossip, and I personally don't think this is the time to air the dirty laundry.  They are mourning the loss of their Father, and that is enough to deal with.                                           Just to clarify, I am a 62 year old Great-Grandmother who likes some of Michael Jacksons'music, but was never a huge fan.  I just think this a time to leave the man alone and in peace for the sake of his children, and sort everything out later.                                             Thanks for listening.        Pat Hollenbeck
