Bing and Google search parameters

Each day I access the UK News through MSN while using Google as a research tool. Today I discover “bing” as a search Engine on MSN and that the “sign_in” to Hotmail has shifted to the end of the screen. What most impresses me is how the Bing Search engine manages to offer me the same search parameters I used while using Google – See the attached image.

Are Googles search parameters stored on the computer that I use; stored via Google or my ISP?.

Although reading the News each day on MSN I cannot recollect any News specific to the MSN User interface changes although perhaps a message awaits me in my in-box.

Professor, I wasn't sure what was newsworthy in this story - in fact, it feels a little more like advertising than news. Please review our FAQ or check out our J-Tips for more help.
