Houston Police Beat, Kick and Punch Helpless Teen Suspect - VIDEO

A recently released video tape appears to show Houston police officers beating Chad Holley, a high school sophomore suspected of burglary. Holley was running from police, struck down by a police car and then assumed the position on the ground to be handcuffed. That’s when the teen was brutally kicked and punched repeatedly by several police officers. The Houston police department and Mayor have fought the release of this video because it was, in their words, “too graphic.”
