How to Fix the Bank, Job, Energy, Health, and Education Problem With One Stone.

Now that we have the election over with and successfully elected our new President Barack Obama I only want to say thanks America. I also want to express my thanks by showing President Obama a very good means to solving the economic problems we face. He has made this election our election....so I am more than thrilled to do my part.

First we know that the Bush Government has put through a Bank bailout rescue plan to the tune of nearly 1 trillion dollars. Really they have not decided what to do with the money as yet, leaving half of it to be left in the hands of the new incoming President Barack Obama.

To me this is an opportunity to do the right thing. Is this for me or for the people? Really folks I would rather give it all to you... So... this is what I would suggest.

I would use the bank money to finance education. This means making loans and scholarships available to people to get their education. In the same breath let's consider.. We have a need for jobs in the economy, and lot's of those jobs can be about retooling America for the Improved and New Changed America in our coming future. Now we don't have to worry if Banks will loan the money....because everyone knows education is a sure bet....that things will get better.

Concentrating the money on Education will give people the opportunity to study for Energy Jobs, and HealthCare jobs. Let's consider healthcare because in learning about it; we learn to take care of our own health which is a republican position in their favor. This means preventative medicine in staying healthy which means low or no doctor bills to contend with the average American family.

Also if we use the education system to improve healthcare, it helps students and patients at the same time. This means less expense to education and healthcare coverage. It means a step in the right direction toward getting Americans healthcare, education, and jobs. Not bad.

This is good news by far. We then are able to have jobs created because of the more educated people who take a roll in the health care industry. Let's change Medicare to Preventicare....Medicaid....to Senior Wellness....This means more healthy people and less stress on the so called expanding budget.

For Energy this is really good news, because new schools can be created that can take advantage of education funds to make school programs that support Green Energy Ideas. Instead of starting the company that costs millions....get the Universities to start up the Programs instead. This means real people can get the solar system, or wind system, or geothermal system they want for their homes, by enrolling and supporting the Schools. They end up with a Bachelors degree or higher, and get the energy system that will pay for itself along with paying back the student loan that was taken to get through the school. Pretty good to say the least.

I think we can finance by having Energy-Schools setup shop such as at MSU Northern Energy Program, and students can get loans or qualify for scholarships that would pay for the materials to setup the School Energy Business.. MSUN is Montana State University Northern in Havre Montana.  I have been a student at MSN and I am actively promoting this idea not only to Montana State Legislature, but to and for Students in the PR China as well.    

Essentially more households could get money to purchase a system when they sign up to the school to learn about whatever system; they want...whether Solar or Wind, or what I want is MSU Northern Affiliate in China’s Geothermal Energy Development Bachelor of Science Degree Program. Loans can be paid back when electric goes online into the community. All the students’ loans would be put in a package and offered for sale on the stock exchange.。。 With a modest 10% profit after loans are repaid by the utility. After the profit making is made in 5 years, it reverts back to a sharing agreement with the students; whereby the students gain the continued profit revenue of more than 75%... I am going to try to have this approach realized through President Obama.    

I think it is realistic, and a no brain-er to getting what we really need which is getting banks to agree to give loans for education, to help us have the jobs we need which is in the Energy Industry, and Healthcare Industry...so we can buy the house and make the mortgage payments, along with getting the right energy efficient car to get us back and forth to work.         I realize there are many more jobs that are in the careers for people...but these are the main hot and needed jobs at this time.     I do hope to get my degree from MSU as well... I am trying to do all I can to turn this into a success from this mess.. .

Here is my letter to my correspondent in Havre Montana. His name is John Donaldson a very good friend of mine..

I know you have been busy because of the election going on....I just want to let you know I have heard from no one yet. I want you to know I am going to open an MSU Northern Affiliate here in Nanning PR China. I just can't wait John....

But I will go on the hope that it's OK.  I will be setting up a place for students to come to learn English and those who are interested in an online degree from MSU. If MSU in Havre does not have more than one offering besides the Nursing....I want to help develop the curriculum. My focus will be on English, History, Liberal Arts, Energy Development with Geothermal, and Vocational interests in Agriculture Science. I am likely to start MSU Northern Affiliate China Sunflowers for Oil Association...growing sunflowers from Australia for the production of cooking oil. Sunflower is the best in concern to growing, plus the stalk is saleable for medical items.

So John I hope you won't think I am too bold to go ahead and do this...it's just that I have no reason to not do it. It is our responsibility to provide education for the people in the world, not just in the USA.

My dream is that all people from any country in the world will have the right to an education from the Institution of their choosing, without regard to citizenship, or residency.    

Education can be had from an Institution of their choosing while living in their own country...working for improved conditions through it in each and every community. It is my hope the MSU legislature will see the wisdom to this John..

Jermano If people are really for a new banking direction you have come to the right place because I am willing to start Bank of Jermano for the people not only in the United States but around the world....God willing.      

Banks will be required to give zero percent loans to bank members. All bank loan equity becomes property of the entire membership, until paid off. All members pay dues and said dues are paid toward interest on savings accounts.

In other words depending on how much you put in your account depends on how much your dues or interest payment you give to yourself. Since you can get zero % interest loans, you can use the loan to pay your membership dues. Inflation will be held in check because goods will be more available due to zero interest loans.

Deflation will not occur because the market is based upon the Banks membership ratio. This means people will strive to keep zero interest loans while being able to give themselves higher rates of return for interest rates.

Some people will get more interest because they hold more savings in their accounts. People will want to have savings because of the zero interest loans they can get.  If you have no savings you can not take out a loan. You can take out a loan to put the loan money in a new savings account. 

But you have to pay interest/dues payment on it. You can take out loans that are higher in value than your savings account, provided the bank gets ownership documents until the loan is paid off.  You can withdraw your money from your savings, but you will be asking yourself why, when you can get a zero interest loan.

The Bank makes its money through the same procedure it gives the people.  Corporations will be required to pay taxes.  

The Stock Market becomes an asset equity market, where people buy ownership stocks, or sell them. Companies can not increase their stock shares to spread out or inflate their equities. Nor can they show profit margins because they fired workers. Firing workers indicates they have losses, and any returns are declared stationary dividends, for up to one year depending on paying off loans, and other financial circumstances.
