How is US Government DEA and CIA involved in provoking terrorism?

That is a fair question asked by TKK and other NP crowd members. When you see news like this story revealing David Coleman Headley aka Daood Sayed Gilani who was working for government agencies it makes you wonder what is going on. His wife tipped government about his clandestine behavior, and the FBI ignored it. Why? Because they thought they knew what was going on and were in control? Ha.
Daood Sayed Gilani was born in America to an American mother, but who was the Pakistan father? How did he come to America? Who were his sponsors? For whom was he working? How did mother and father meet?

Federal officials, who spoke only on background because of the sensitivity of the Headley case, also said they suspect a link between Headley and the al-Qaeda figures whose activities have sparked recent terror threats against Europe. The revelations came after a report Friday by ProPublica and The Washington Post that the FBI had been warned about Headley's terrorist ties three years before the Mumbai attacks. Headley was arrested 11 months after those attacks. After he was arrested in a 2005 domestic dispute in New York City, his wife told federal investigators about his long involvement with the terrorist group Lashkar-i-Taiba and his extensive training in its Pakistani camps. She also told them he had bragged about being a paid U.S. informant while undergoing terrorist training.”

The U.S. Gov is running COINTELPRO operations against good, decent, law-abiding, patriotic Americans. These federally-sponsored COINTELPRO operations are not only alive and well, they are thriving. Behind every terror attack,successful or otherwise,is always an intelligence agency or multiple agencies.Every terrorist is linked to an intelligence agency,he is paid for or indoctrinated by to carry out terror attacks,claim responsibility on behalf of his organization,always fake and given a name by the concerned intelligence agency.We never do what Gordon Duff suggested:"always ask:who gains from this".

Aren't intelligence agencies more powerful than the government of a country?
Headley and Umar Abdulmuttalab are just two latest cases which prove nexus between terrorists,who are in fact agents who are assigned a role and play it accordingly with complete facilitaion by intelligence agency.
Recently,the Turkish Prime Minister said that US is supporting international terrorists.He was charitable enough by not speaking the harsher truth that US is international terrorist,standsby other terrorists.Terror was begotten by US and Israel,midwifed by Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.India is nurse-in-waiting.
