Venezuelan leader, Hugo Chavez has reportedly said the Haiti earthquake was caused by a U.S. tectonic weapons test, also being dubbed The Earthquake Weapon.

Hugo Chavez told Spanish newspaper ABC that a "tectonic weapon" launched by the U.S. Navy was capable of triggering a powerful earthquake off the coast of Haiti. Chavez told the newspaper that this time it was only a test and the ultimate target is Iran

Conspiracy theorists have long held that the U.S. and Russia both have "tectonic" capable weapons.

Be interesting to see the science behind the theory that a weapon was used to affect tectonic plates kilometres below the surface. How would that have been delivered? Did they bore down to get to where they needed to be? If an explosive device of the magnitude required were detonated on the surface, surely that would have caused a bit of bang that wouldn't have gone unnoticed?

the only other way would be to go to Port Au Prince and start digging in the middle of the city (where the epicenter was) and hope noone noticed you moving a bomb (that would have to be huge) into the ground that would probably would take days to safely transport. Then detonate it with noone suspicious. (its impossible)

I'm aware of such a place, it's located closed to the epicenter in Carrefour where the US gorvernment has built a "make believe" newly electrical plan that happen to be the site that I believe such test was conducted. Haiti has the most primitive form of gorvernment, with low IQ leaders that are poorly educated, corrupted and easy to manipulate. As a result of corruption, they would not understand nor ask questions about the construction. I went to Haiti in October, I passed by the location, it was guarded by armed guards, and I was wondering WHY? Today we heard what happen, and we're all speculating. I bet, if they open an investigation they will discover the truth. With the clue that we know as well as my suspicion about the location that I mention, I strongly support that theory of "Tectonic Weapon Test". Hati is the best location, because it's soverign low tech and poor nation with absolutely no possible motive for any kind of weapon. No one would imagine such secret activity would be conducted in Haiti. It's the same secret game all these powerful nations have playing for longtime, Today They claim the First Black Republic.

Are you fucking serious? There are armed guards outside of every power plant I've ever been near. It's called security, so no down and out Hatians tried to either a) cause damage to the infrastructure or b) try to steal copper or other valuable metals from the location.Try to use your head a little before you go spouting off something that sounds like one of the crazies on Coast to Coast AM pulled out of their ass.

duh, I am not one for making "bs" posts on subjects. I suggest you go back to school and get enough information to come back and explain how these waves would be encouraged to stay on target through a solid medium made up from different materials, when refraction changes every time the material changes, and how enough energy is produced to affect tectonic plates, they're not exactly small, look up tectonics as a science, try and get an idea of the massive forces involved, then come back and explain.......;-)

Look Stejeb, this is very easy to prove with the correct science.Stop being stupid and get out of your public-education and main-stream-media induced box. Hint: look into scalar weapons, scalar energy fields not the classical electricity and magnetism fields. Try Maxwell's equations in Qaternion form. Then look into harmonic resonance, then look into HARP, like you've already been asked to do. Did you know that everything, i.e. every type of matter has a unique natural harmonic frequency and that if you produce a vibration at said frequency you can transfer energy to the matter in question. Think Opera singer breaking wine glass or Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Now do some research into Tesla's scalar EM field, and you solved the puzzle. Next time you don't understand something, instead of attacking the messenger, do your own research. Everything you ever wanted to know is out there or better yet, inside you. Dear Wanker... the difference between hitting a harmonic resonance to fracture or induce chaotic disruption of materials and your breaking a wine glass are simple. The earth contains a plethora of material impurities that would work like a baffle or noise-canceling agent. The wine glass is a processed material where impurities have been removed allowing harmonics to resonate the material to the point of shattering. Now think about how much water, chaotic ocean flooring, variable masses of different elements in the ground, faults, dead space (caverns), and other shock absorbing matter that's involved.
