This is an audio report by and of Hurricane Ike survivor Earl Shelton re how he has fared since Ike hit (2 months ago). He has had no stability in his life, he has, like many other evacuees, bounced from shelters to hotel rooms.
This audio report was done on Utterli because NowPublic's audio isn't working, pictures to come soon.

c'mon, this isn't newsworthy...I'm sittin' in a hotel room in Galveston with a survivor of Hurricane Ike whose FEMA voucher expired 15 minutes ago and we're waiting for the hotel mgt to come kick him out....
