Hwy. 407 Closed After Major Crash, Two People Seriously Hurt

A crash on the 407 Northwest of Toronto has seriously injured two people and closed down the North and South lanes.
Police say three people were in a car that apparently hit the median, flipped over and rolled. They have been airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Highway 407 remains closed in both directions at Milton, Ont., northwest of Toronto following an early morning crash.
Police say three people were in a westbound car that struck the centre median, flipped over it and rolled several times.
Two passengers were reportedly ejected from the vehicle and airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
The highway’s eastbound lanes are closed at Britannia Road and westbound lanes are shut down at Derry Road on Mississauga’s western border.
Two people have been seriously injured in a morning crash.
The collision has closed Highway 407 between Britannia and Derry Rds. Thursday morning. Two people were reportedly ejected from a Chevy Suburban that struck the centre median and then rolled.
CPR was being performed on one person, possibly a teenager. An air ambulance flew to the scene to transport two people to Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
