Hyderabad city will be sealed off on March 10 warns opposition

Hyderabad, Feb 26 Telangana Rashtra Samiti’s chief Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao has said that the Hyderabad city would be sealed off on March 10, 2011.

            Rao has been fighting for bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, a south Indian state and create of Telangana state. He has been agitating since ten years on the backwardness of the Telangana region of the state, alleging that rulers of other areas have been neglecting the people of Telangana.

            Expressing solidarity to Junior Lecturers fasting at the Intermediate Board here on on Saturday, he said Telangana agitators would cook food on the roads and spend the entire day on streets.

            The TRS leader has said his party would stand by the government employees who were practicing non-cooperation. He said he would call for a general strike if the government attempted to victimize these employees. He has promised the agitating employees that all the employees would get a special Telangana increament after the state was created.
