Where's the British to American adapter, Santa?

I needed a British-to-American electrical adapter. We go through this drill nearly every year, one way or the other, as we can’t find the one we bought before. I have adapters for all parts of the world as I used to travel a whole lot. Yet, the one I want eludes me.

So, Ace is the place to find everything, and sure enough they had one.

As I was browsing the aisle, there at the end was Santa Claus. So, we took his picture. We came into the store through the back door and missed how he appeared, sitting next to flower pots through the front window of the hardware store.

Of course, the place is decked out with all sorts of seasonal decorations.

We looked at everything they sell there. You know, you can buy a tatting needle, monkey socks, Blackjack and Clove gum too. What year is this, 1950?
