In a mega-spectacular move to grab back all the sympathy votes those may go in favor of Chief Minister of Indian state Tamilnadu ,M. Karunanidhi, his political rival J. Jayalalitha came up with a brilliant counter move.
She said that if people elect a Government that needs her help come into power in the approaching election, she would force it to send Indian army to Sri Lanka to create a separate "Tamil Eelam" by “force”. Earlier Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi did a six hours fast to force the Sri Lankan Government to cease fire in the country's war against LTTE terrorists. Political analysts believe that by this stunt Karunanidhi would have scored many brownie points and grabbed some serious votes.
Jayalalitha is the supremo of the opposition part in Tamilnadu , AIADM. She had been the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu during the period of 1991-1996 and 2002 - 2006.
Before entering into politics, Jayalalitha was a very successful actress in Tamil cinema industry. She had a close relationship with the then Chief Minister and Tamil movie actor, M.G. Ramachandran - popularly known as MGR.
Jayalalitha was born in a Brahmin family and her name was Komalavalli before coming into movie field.
Late M.G.Ramachandran (M.G.R.) was born in Ceylon (present Sri Lanka) in a Malayali (language of Kerala , an Indian state) Family.
Jayalalitha used to call MGR as her mentor.
Namakkal (TN): Stepping up her pro-Eelam rhetoric, AIADMK general secretary J Jayalalithaa on Wednesday said if the people elected a regime at the Centre that would listen to her, she would ensure that the Indian Army was sent to Sri Lanka to create a separate ‘Tamil Eelam’ by force.
Answering critics, especially Congress spokesman Kapil Sibal, who had termed her call for carving out a separate homeland for Tamils in Sri Lanka as ‘ant-national and irresponsible’, Jayalalithaa told an election meeting in this western Tamil Nadu town that she would follow the same norms and provisions of international law that Indira Gandhi had used to procure freedom for Bangladesh and Rajiv Gandhi had invoked to despatch troops to Sri Lanka.
‘If a government that listens to me is formed at the Centre, I will take action for the despatch of the Indian army to the island nation and create a separate Tamil Eelam,” the AIADMK leader said. “Will the Congress spokesman say Indira Gandhi was unaware of international law when she sent troops to Bangladesh? Or will he say Rajiv did not understand international law?”
It was advocating the bifurcation of India that could be termed anti-national, and not the partition of another country. “The real act of treason was done by the Congress government at the Centre and the DMK regime in the state in 1974 when Kachchativu, an islet that was part of India, was ceded to Sri Lanka, ignoring a constitutional bar on ceding of territory and a Supreme Court verdict,” Jayalalithaa said.

She still thinks she can act movies. I think this time another election drama and well still she is forgotten Sri Lanka is not a place where Indian Army or any other army can come and do what they want. Before she send armies here she should assist the goverment of India to crush terrorism in India. Sri Lanka can take care her own business and jayalalitha has to stop and support the Indian goverment for crush terrorism before some one blow her town like Mumbai.

Jayalaitha is a woman with Will power, if she says ,she would help in creating Tamil Eelam, she will !!!. Unlike the chameleon MK.

LTTE supporting websites have already "discovered" that it is not Sri Lankan army, but it is Indian army actually doing all the destruction of LTTE and the Pleelam - with a barrage of chemical and nuclear weapons.

When the IPKF was deployed in Sri Lanka just after the Vadamarachchi operation with the hope of containing the LTTE military machine, the SL Army was confined to their barracks. No operations.
Then, we saw the Indian Army getting massacred by the LTTE. During the whole Vadamarachchi operation which lasted about 11 days, the Sri Lankan troops lost about 31 soldiers. The IPKF on the other hand lost approximately 2000 servicemen over a period of a couple of months.
The Indian Army is one of the largest armies in the world. I'm sorry to say that they are not the best in the present type of combat operations. Presently, the GOSL troops are the best in the world. However, Jayalalitha's idea may help the Indian Army to get their backs on the LTTE for murdering their colleagues and one of their most loved leaders, Rajiv Gandhi.
I hope Jayalalitha's words are soft and tender today, for tomorrow, she may have to eat them.

Media and Times of India should focus on how to render emergency help to the poor and innocent Tamil speaking civilians being killed, wounded and suffering without food, water, house, sanitation and essential supplies. Instead it is wasting time discussing, what JayaLailatha has said and what drama was enacted by Karunanidhi. What is the difference between Karunanidhi who is lighting his ciagr of political fortune in the fire of Sri Lankan Tamils and the media looking at the plight of Sri Lankan Tamils as yet another sensational news. Why no media is focusing on the fact that only after Sri Lankan President visited New Delhi and only after Priyanka visited Nalini in Tamil Nadu Jail, the offensive of Sri Lankan army against its own people started. Neither Sonia, nor Karunanidhi is able to deny the news that it is only Indian government which has supplied arms and ammuniations and moral support to Sri Lankan army in this war. People are having doubt that, Priyanka and Sonia wanted to capture Prabhakaran to take revenge against Rajiv's killing and because of that, they don't care to sacrifice the life of 1000s of innocent Tamils. In this context, JayaLaliltha's announcement that only seperate Tamil Elam will solve the sufferings of Tamil is very inteligent and calculated move. No peace loving people can even think of supporting the Congress, who never bothered about the plight of South Indians and Karunanidhi who sheds only crocodile tears and cunningly cheating Tamilians like a fox under the cover of Cow's skin.
