Identity Theft costs the Banking Industry Millions every year because Financial Plastic Cards are Static in that ONLY their passwords change. IF such cards were to "change" other than by password would that be an answer?. - See the attached writings.



Some years ago I recall visiting Whitehall and placing a possible solution on Gordon Brown's Desk as to preventive ID Card replication to which he never replied - he being the Chancellor at the time. Should he have assessed the implications of such in respect to Credit Card replication would the Finance Industry still be loosing Millions?. Perhaps its still in Chancellor Brown's "intray" on moving to become the PM.
