Importing Obama - "The White Out Document" - And the question why?
The methodology for opening the "White Out Document"
There remains the unanswered question as to why a printed copy of the long form Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) obtained by the White House in Late April of 2011 from Hawaii was turned into a multi layered PDF when officially released on the White House web site. The White Out Document is the section of the White House PDF which features portions of a COLB with pertinent information missing (scrubbed to white). Now for the first time the key/method for opening the now famous White Out Document in Basic Photoshop has been released so people without Adobe Illustrator can review it.
To import the document from a PDF file:
1. Download the Long Form COLB from the White House web site.
2. Choose File > Import > PDF Image, Select the saved White House PDF from your folder or desktop:
(Photoshop cs version 8)
It is THAT simple.
This will Import the Obama "White Out Document" and no other images. Slight variations of the process may exist between different versions of Photoshop.
While the existence of this multi layered document was exposed literally the next day after the COLB release (mostly through You Tube videos with views now nearing the millions), over a Month has passed and the public still awaits even the briefest of explanations from the White House.

Just Curious.....
I know your posted feelings regarding the issues surrounding the Obama COLB.
But I would really like to hear your opinion/answer on the following question (And I promise if you just give a simple honest answer without dogma I will not call you out on it or be critical of your view in a response post in this story):
Do you have a logical reason why the "White Out Document" exists in the official White House PDF which is said to be a simple direct scan of the Official printed long form COLB issued by Hawaii?
I am seriously curious, I see people being labled as fringe and I see people being labeled as Birthers but I do not see logical (ie: proven) explanations from the people doing that labeling as to why this "white out document" exist.

WG, the bizarre attempts by birthers to reverse engineer some logical reason for their obsession and demand others to follow their twisted obsession to provide answers for their twisted obsession is an intriguing exercise in interaction with some form of derangement.
A dedication to the pseudo 'examination' of documents posted on line, with no one 'analyzing' the actual document and then asking for a response to questions raised during a flawed premise for the investigation is idiotic, at best, derangement at worst but, in reality, is most likely a combination of the two.
