Wow, Karma's a Bitch, especially  when Politico's John Kerry and Al Gore call Bush Stupid publicly and question his Intelligence, show not only their arrogance, but perhaps shows one should know when to shut their mouth, cause Karma can Bite you in the Ass!

What a surprise to learn that academically Bush kicked Ass without really trying, outshining both Politicians on the Academic front, as one can safely state, John Kerry and Al Gore must have felt right at home in their favourite position, that position facing the corner of the classroom, as Student Dunces, complete with what only be described as Pointy, to match their heads of non intelligence.

Just imagine, if these two call Bush intellectually challenged, what does it say about these two?

University Transcripts show President George Bush outshone his Liberal Adversaries on the academic front. Now it also said in University George Bush was a “Party Hardy Typical College Guy”. Just imagine if Party Boy George, buckled down, studied harder, who knows what the results would be. One result that stands out is his political adversaries must be embarrassed to let the Public know, they were and are not just as Smart as Bush when it came to hitting the books .

Certainly speaks volumes Liberal Wonks of their intellect, and their Liberal handlers who wish the public not know their Liberal Candidates IQ shortcomings. Now that’s an Inconvenient Truth we now know about, and the Gores and Kerry Camps wished we didn’t.

The arrogance of uneducated liberals

During the 2000 election, George W. Bush was often given the moniker “stupid.” A Boston television reporter tripped him up with a “pop quiz,” asking him the names of foreign leaders.

At the same time, his opponent, Vice President Al Gore, was presented as the consummate intellectual.

He went out of his way to drop phrases like “Cartesian revolution” and used complex metaphors like “the clockwork universe” in his speeches. Indeed, Gore seemed obsessed with proving how smart he was — and the media was his willing accomplice.

The media reported at least a dozen times that Gore was “the smartest kid in the class.” Bloomberg News observed that Gore had little patience for those “a few IQ points short of genius.”

The New York Times asked (in all seriousness), “Is Gore too smart to be president?” His biggest challenge, the paper explained, was “to show that he is a regular guy despite a perceived surplus of gravitas, which at least some Americans seem to find intimidating.

” This liberal assumption that a candidate can be just too darn smart to win a presidential election in this country goes back to Adlai Stevenson.

What proof was there of Gore’s alleged gravitas? How exactly did the media know that Gore was so smart and Bush so dumb? In fact, the record did not indicate any of this was true.

It was often alleged, probably with reason, that Bush only got into Yale because his father had gone there and his grandfather had been a Connecticut senator.

Yet Gore, with high school Bs and Cs (his only As were in art), got into Harvard in part because (like other politicians’ sons, including a raft of Kennedys) his father was a famous senator.

At Harvard, Gore’s grades did not improve. In his sophomore year he earned a D, a C-minus, two Cs, two C-pluses and one B-minus. He was in the bottom fifth of his class his first two years in school. Later he flunked out of divinity school (failing five of his eight classes) and dropped out of Vanderbilt University Law School.

Gore was once asked (after having served in the U.S. Senate for several years) to name his favourite president. “President Knox,” he replied.

Senator John Kerry, when he ran against George W. Bush in 2004, was likewise heralded as an intellectual in contrast to the ill-informed Bush. It started in 1999, when Kerry “questioned Mr. Bush’s intelligence,” as The New York Times put it. “All over this country people are asking whether or not George Bush is smart enough to be president of the United States,” Kerry said.

During the 2004 campaign he continued with that theme, supported by the Democratic Party, liberal commentators and the mainstream news media. Howell Raines, former executive editor of The New York Times, explained during the election that it was quite obvious that Bush was a dim bulb in contrast to Kerry: “Does anyone in America doubt that Kerry has a higher IQ than Bush?

I’m sure the candidates’ SATs and college transcripts would put Kerry far ahead.” Fact checking was apparently not necessary for Raines.

Though at the time, of course, no one could actually check because Kerry kept refusing to release his transcripts from Yale, or any information about intelligence tests that he would have taken as a Navy officer. Bush had taken the equivalent Air Force Qualifying Test, and they would have made a good point of comparison.

But the results were not, Kerry said, “relevant” to the campaign, even though his campaign was based in part on Bush’s lack of intelligence.

(A similar excuse was made in regard to Kerry’s military records, though his campaign was largely based on his claim to have been a hero in Vietnam — before he became an outspoken critic of the war. In other words, he was for the war before he was against it.)

Barry Artiste, I like this story. It's good stuff.  Bush smarter then Al Gore How sweet

Thanks Al, certainly when Gore was spouting out so many "Inconvenient Truths", this one seemed to be obviously missing.  Certainly shows Bush, who surpassed them both academically, a Bigger Man for not publicly pointing that out to them in the media.  Further still, the Media, and their pitbull scrutinizing investigations uncovering the truth, on all things politically scandalous, certainly must have left their Journalistic Vehicle on the Left Turn Signal throughout all this, but then certainly expected when they control what we read and see,

You're depth and breadth of research is amazing! I want you to speak in Denver in a month or so. In fact, I want you to give the keynote address! Who knows, someone just like you got their big break four years ago giving the keynote address at this event. Send me an email if you're interested In the Know (not verified).

Barry Artiste, I like this story. It's good stuff. I wonder if there's any news about the grades the Messiah, BHO, got when he went to college? Wanna bet Bush had better grades than him too? I would.

Thanks BigT, get that email yet, from Lefty LaRue, perhaps he doesn't have a dress or Key, or notes for that matter?

Mr. Obama graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law, so--sorry to disabuse you of this notion.

Do some research the grades /sat scores are everywhere. they  all did about the same with the exception of the SATs which Gore did much better in. This is just another example of moronic right wing sensationalism that doesn't look at the facts. And since when were grades a measure of intelligence?

Barry ORegan

Boy, you said it, since when were grades a measure of intelligence?, apparently completing University with a degree means you have a semblance of intelligence, though I give you one thing, Bill Gates never finished College and look at him.. But Bill never went around the media publicly calling Bush a low intelligence academic either, like Gore and Kerry now did he?

So, do as BigT says and "Strap on that Sundress" and send BigT that Email, cause you have to have some pretty "Big Stilletos" to negate our comments here.

I'm sure Bush could have trotted this info out anytime he wanted. But I'm also sure he enjoys being underestimated. Gives him quite an edge. ROFLMAO!

As I said, perhaps Bush felt those who spoke, spoke too soon, and let history speak for itself, academic wise anyways.

Bush may have achieved good grades in university but he obviously flunked Economics.  How big a deficit?  How much additional debt?  A bigger government than under Clinton or Carter.  WTF?  I guess he can retire and teach socialism at Berkley.

0
Barry ORegan

Hey EastVan, I never said Bush was a great President, but obviously a better student than the other two in question.

Student of life, student of foreign policy, student of how to destabilize an entire region of the world thus causing a generalized increase of fear and hatred and desire to obtain revenge toward the US everywhere in the world, student of how to spend trillions of dollars the nation doesn't have, student exactly of what, sir ?

If you are referring to his college days - certainly you must be joking ...

Barry ORegan

Geez guys, I am stating a fact in the media about his college days, not his present days. Ya gotta get a grip here!

Barry Artiste, I like this story. For heavens sake, I added a Bush video. what's up? bush is a comedian, best of bush. Need some more, have fun: Frank Caliendo (video)is the best. His Bush impersonation is by far the best i've seen. Best common sense comment of Bush "Wall street got drunk". One week, the awfull truth.

you're right. since when are grades a measure of intelligence, and then what does intelligence have to do with how the U.S. chooses a President?

0
Barry ORegan

Well when it is said 50% of North Americans have an IQ below 100 speaks volumes on the voting public.

Grades are a measure of intelligence, as memory retention, then there are Book Smarts , Applied Knowledge and Street Smarts. As far as I am concerned Applied Knowledge and Street Smarts outshine Book Smarts.  But all in all the media states Bush outsmarted them in the Book Smarts department, cause Bush sure could have used the other two more often.

Gore earned a 133 and 134 on IQ tests his freshman and senior year in school. Watching Bush these last 8 years, leaves little doubt that he's a buffoon.

Gore also scored about a hundred points higher on his SAT than Bush.

Thanks for the comments Kjohney,  this is just all so much grade school playground gossip.  Politicians must feel like they are all still in Grade school!

Good article.  Nice to see some sanity and objectivity on the WWW.

Reading these comments by some people, I was wondering when a derogatory label would get thrown in there.  Abraham Lincoln was called a 'buffoon' (and I believe a 'baboon') by some northerners so I guess President Bush is in good company.  Those people are long forgotten now.  There again, Lincoln was a Republican so I guess he was an idiot.  In fact, he had no formal education whatsoever...surely he was dumb.   Ah, how he could have benefited from a few years in a modern university. If only he had lived longer he would have seen the light and become a smart Liberal.

Actually, great restraint was shown, because I have yet to see the usual 'fascist', 'racist', 'Gestapo', 'Nazi', names thrown out there by Liberals who don't like someone.  'Moronic' and 'dodo' did make it in.  But, I'm glad I can live in a country where a political leader can be characterized, joked about and mocked.  But not if his name is Obama apparently.  You can't even say his middle name as if we're Hebrews afraid of saying the name of God.  So maybe those days of true freedom are in their twilight as we head towards Socialism.

Thanks Rodger for your comments, certainly I am sure 'fascist', 'racist', 'Gestapo', 'Nazi',would have made it in here, if not for editors on the prowl who would delete comments if directed at any commentator,

I believe that you will find Mr. Obama graduated Magna Cum Laude -- top 10%-- from Harvard Law School.  He's no dummy.
