Save the World, India. That should continue to propel this great nation into higher prominence.

What about safety and control requirements? Those are next to none with Roche in Europe.
Does Cipla meet those same standards and international requirements?
Further the vaccine does need to be FDA approved first and undergo some serious test in Europe and Japan before it can be distributed legally and in accordance with all safety mechanism, wish would take quiet some time.

"Cipla's drug is also pre-qualified by the World Health Organisation"
Any ideas as to what this actually means?

Pre-qualified in this case meant that while applying for producing the drug certain regulatory stipulations were to be met by the applications including previous experience, R&D expectations.....from India only Cipla met the WHO norms to test and produce the drug.
