A National Telecom awards 2010 is initiated this year too by INFOCOM , CMA and Business world to bring together the ICT sector and telecommunication people together and work for the inclusive and sustainable growth of India at large.Those present on the occasion of National Telecom Awards 2010 were Chairman,CMAI,Mr Ravi Sharma CMAI,Dr Mukul Sangma,Chief Minister,Govt of Meghalaya,Ambassador of Taiwan for India ,Mr Wen Chi Ong,Representative,Taipei Economic and cultural center,Mr Savitur Prasad,IAS, Secretary IT,Govt of India.

Nksagar: New Delhi- May 20,2010:CMAI Infocom Business World National Telecom Awards has been announced for 20th May, 2010 at 3.00 PM at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi , with celebration of World Telecom Day to identify and recognize outstanding contributions to the ICT sector for building a robust National Telecom Network to provide an effective means of communications.

CMAI Association of India is a professional registered association for promotion of Indian IT and Telecom Sector. CMAI INFOCOM National Telecom Awards 2010 on the

occasion of World Telecom Day on 20th May, 2010 at The Crystal Ball Room, Hotel Lalit, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi was attended by more than 600 delegates from IT and communication Industryand media persons flocked the conference hall.Chief guest Thiru A Raja, Honorable Minister of Communications. IT, Government of India and Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Karia Munda.Dr. J S Sarma IAS, Chairman, TRAI, & Shri P J Thomas, IAS, Secretary DoT and Chairman, Telecom Commission,Ambassador of Taiwan for India its cultural head Mr Wen Chyi Ong were present with office bearers of CMAI,INFOCOM and busines world.

TeleDNA Communications, VAS technology and infrastructure provider, has been awarded the INFOCOM CMAI National Telecom Award 2010 for, ‘Best Emerging VAS Infrastructure Company’.The Award was presented to TeleDNA Communications by Dr. J S Sarma IAS, Chairman, TRAI, & Shri P J Thomas, IAS, Secretary DoT and Chairman, Telecom Commission.

AGC Networks Ltd., one of India's leading Intelligent Communication solutions provider, too won the coveted Award for Excellence in Unified Communications at the INFOCOM CMAI Awards held at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi in an award ceremony held on 20th May 2010 at New Delhi.
