Finally took a pic of the ubiquitous paratha that the Indian & Pakistani chefs make all the time. They always used to make them for Staff when they were having Mutton Curry, or for any festive occasion. We instituted* Indian Night Dinner* a few years ago(to great success) , and asked(begged) them to make for the Serving Lines(3,000+ a meal) It takes 8 chefs working in 2 teams of 4-- 6 hours, from making the dough, forming, and cooking .
