Hand in Hand 2008" China-India army joint anti-terrorism training continued in Belgaum, India on Tuesday. During the sessions, the soldiers are training in anti-terror shooting and raids, exchanging views on anti-terror theories and civilian and judicial issues, and carrying out comprehensive drills with the theme of closing, controlling and searching.
Earlier, India and China had held the first joint naval exercise in November 2003 off Shanghai on China's eastern seaboard. Subsequently, two ships of the Indian Navy also made port calls at Qingdao and participated in a joint exercise with the PLA Navy earlier in 2007.
