Ratan Tata, TATA Group's chairman, choice for the successor is creating lot of buzz in India. Every day one or the other probables comes to limelight. Latest in the list is PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi.

But Indra Nooyi Loves her present job and not interested in any such offer. One of the most suitable Indian choice for the successors list declined the offer and other probables are waiting for the last verdict.

Who will head the Salt to Software giant is in the wombs of future but the choice is definitely going to be one of the most versatile person of the industry.

One of the most powerful lady from corporate world, Indra Nooyi, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo is not interested in heading the TATA Group. Ratan Tata is looking for successor and appointed a high level search committee to find the suitable successor.

It has been speculated that the search committee approached Indra Nooyi for the role. But she declined the offer. Ratan Tata wants an Indian face for the company. Who will head this salt to Software Company is one of the most talked events in Indian corporate world.

Indra Nooyi has ruled herself out of the race saying she "loves" her present job.

When asked about the speculation regarding the job offer, she said, "Ratan is an unbelievable person. He has got an incredible stable of people who can succeed him. I am running one of the greatest companies in the world, PepsiCo. I love my job.”

The Chennai-born chief of the world's leading company in convenient snacks, foods and beverages, with revenues of more than USD 60 billion and over 285,000 employees, however, was all praise for the Tata Group.
