Information scandal continues in BC

So, what is what? What information is meant to be public and what private.  What are we supposed to have access to? At least this is a start. Maybe, now the British Columbia government can finally make up their mind about the private and public information collected about their citizens. 

...First, British Columbia was hit with the story about the impending investigation into the BC court system and the policies that exist regarding public access documents...

...Now, the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority has come into question by BC’s Auditor General John Doyle...



Why are public documents relating to the safety British Columbian’s kept in the confines of a file in one courthouse, but handed out in the next?  Why are private medical files accessible to any Joe Blow who gets a job in the Health Care field? It just sounds all a little backwards to me?
