Chandra Levy Murder: Ingmar Guandique Sentenced to 60 Years
Ingmar Guandique, found guilty of the murder of Chandra Levy, was sentenced to 60 years in prison.
Ingmar Guandique maintained that he was innocent. Chandra Levy's mother denounced Guandique as "a hideous creature" who doomed her family to sadness.

Before the punishment was handed down, Guandique stood up, paused, wiped his eyes and addressed the Levy family.
"I am sorry for what happened to your daughter," he said. "But I had nothing to do with it. I am innocent."
