INTERNATIONAL APPEAL FOR SUPPORT - HELP BRING SEAN HOME

This case needs International coverage, the world needs to stand behind this father and support him in his fight to bring his son home. This case can only be described as a complete travesty of Justice. This child should be with his biological father.

There are many ways YOU can help make a difference in this case - if you refer to the site there is a "How to Help" tab, that will explain in detail how just one e-mail from you will help get the message across, that we as society think that this case is inhumane and that Sean needs to come home to his father, there is no other alternative.
An international petition has been set up which will be presented to officials from the American and Brazilian Governments, to media outlets in America and Brazil, calling for them to help put an end to this, and let Sean come home....

I saw this story on DateLine tonight. I am from Guyana, a country next to Brazil.
My Heart broke when i saw this story.
My encouragement to you David "Hold on Dear God is able and just", you put your trust in Jesus and he will get you through this a winner. Each and evey day that you got to go to deal with your story pray and ask God to grant you "Favour", just ask "God Please grant me favour from you today". and my friend he will.
"For with God noting shall be impossible"
Dont feel hate for those that are giving you pain, say a pray for them as well because they will need it.

I viewed this story on Dateline this evening, Jan 30, 2009 and could not believe my ears.
I have written a comment to the White House on its new website, Whitehouse.com.
Please...I encourage all who read this...do this same. Senator Obama at the time and now President Obama---what you may not have been able to do as a Senator, perhaps as President you can start with one seemingly small thing---and help us rebuild this country's pride and believe in ourselves...and resolve one small miracle for one father.

I just finished watching this story on dateline and signed the petition to bring his son back, and I cant believe that someone can agree with what is happening to him and his son. I don’t understand how a federal court can agree with this and not see that it is so wrong and a sixteen year old girl, like me, can see how wrong this is and devastating to a parent and Im sure his son too. I know I would be devastated if I didn’t have one of my parents. I wish you the best of luck and I'll share your story with as many people as I can in hope that it helps you even in the littlest of ways.

People are not paying attention that Sean has a sister and a lovely family in Brasil, where he can get the best schools and wonderful friends, his father can visit him anytime, get his school reports, his pictures but now he has no condition to keep the boy..
I wonder how his father is going to support him in US with so many bankruptcies, foreclosures, banks almost collapsing...is he going to get a job? As a "model"? Or go on and on selling mugs and t-shirts with the boy's name on it??? Get donations pretending he is a perfect man? He was a bad husband as far as we know. Is this enough to send him to college in the future??
People with better education did not find another job yet.. Explain to me why US is a better option for the kid or if they are going to live on food stamps and government assistance from now on....

BECAUSE - Sean was born in the US - he is a US citizen. Sean's father NEVER gave up custody and the people who are holding him now are NOT his parents. BECAUSE Brazil signed the Hague Convention - and either should tell the world that they are a haven for child abductors and criminals - or RETURN SEAN NOW -

Sean belongs with his father in New Jersey. He has a wonderful family that has been denied access and visitation for almost 5 years. He has a lovely home in New Jersey with a real father that gave him life. He was not a bad husband, he just was not rich enough for her period. There is no web site selling t-shirts or mugs. If there is you tell us where? Get you facts straight. Money does not by love. Sean is David's son and he should be returned to his dad as soon as possible so they can get on with their life together. A person who quarrels with the facts is a fool.
