Thousands demonstrated against this indictment in Sudan, shouting "Down , down with USA!" according to Reuters on Yahoo
(Do they think the US controls that International Criminal Court?)
The prosecutor will seek the arrest of President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, in a case he will open on Monday about war crimes the ICC says were committed in Sudan's Darfur region.
Many are concerned that this will open a Pandora's Box.

René, I like this story. It's good stuff.
The years keep going by and the situation in Darfur does not get any better. The time for action in Darfur was long ago - it can't wait any longer.
If my brothers and sisters in Darfur are being abused it's a safe bet that I'll be abused too - human rights are for everybody or else they're not rights at all. Why won't any countries honor their pledges for Darfur?

Can't understand why it is taking so long either, with all the celeb spotlights on it. but there are so many behind the scene helping this situation out, like the Arab League.... Oh, guess that's not PC. Paschen is worried too for the Tuaregs.
