Ionospheric exploitation of Earths Natural defences

In continually reading on the internet about globally positioned Ionospheric devices being deployed in various Countries for research purposes to which military uses be constantly mentioned it comes as no great surprise in its use being as a possible defense shield or part of a weather modification programme. Exploitation is what some Countries are about and given that weather modification Companies now adorn the yellow pages of the World that also comes as no surprise either given profits by no claims through insurance companies.

The Problem the World of Nations has is this: What “blows around comes around” as to Chem trails ( known as obscuration to some ) while Ionospheric injected energy may affect all on the Planet too!. If you’re not part of the team one has to accept the STANDARDS as set by others Technologically. UK PM Brown announces that he’s to “save the planet” while former resigned Mr Blair attends an appointment with the Pope prior to becoming a peace envoy having initiated a War with Iraq!. With no enlightenment from either Mr Blair or Mr Brown as to why aerial changes be recognized by the General Public one must wonder whether the UK Gov think its people either be stupid or suffering dementia through alcoholism. Of course CjD through mad Cow desease is seemingly becoming an issue again too!.

 

If the Ionosphere were to be controlled by directly increasing its charge electrically to either induce a polarity change traveling from pole to pole OR an increase capacitively relative to the Earths Crust would such infusion of energy not defeat Earths Natural defenses in protecting the Planet at the expense of protecting a Nation(s) whom exploit it?. Given that great energy already be in “play” above our heads it begs the question of what would happen should such energy be discharged to ground having a reduced path through the atmosphere. Would the Oceans quickly evaporate while the atmosphere implode towards the Earths core?. With no cooling as to the Oceans the Cracks that it heals Globally would become large exposed volcanic seams transferring heat energy into our atmosphere thus compounding what we term Global warming!.

 

The <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />US term “terrorism” now envelopes our Globe creating anxiety to all in the cause of death and destruction in its path towards planetary domination by 2012. How strange that the US Congress be unaware of issues like weather Modification being used in Vietnam until several years later when the issue became Public knowledge through the press!. Military equipment be unaccounted for by the Pentagon ( planes missing and bio suites needed for the Iraq War being sold on the Internet etc ) and to which US Citizens tax funded a Pentagon accounting programme that was scrapped after great costs to them!.

 

Something is seriously wrong when not even those charged with the Publics welfare at their expense knows what’s happening in reality!. Weapons of Mass Destruction ? – Refer to Mr Blair whom may know the truth of matters.

2009 02 03 Hospitals to get dementia doctors. A senior doctor will oversee dementia care in every hospital in England, the Government will announce. Aimed at improving diagnosis and treatment while saving almost £1 billion.
