IPL 6 Playoffs RR vs SRH live score - Rajasthan vs Hyderabad Live
Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SH) will collide in the Eliminator match of Indian Premier League (IPL 2013) sixth edition to book their clash with Mumbai Indians (MI) in the second Qualifier for the final.
Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in New Delhi is all set to witness yet another big match of the tournament on Wednesday from 8:00 pm. It was a tough battle for Sunrisers to make it to the final four teams but Royals reached here with consistent performances.
Rajasthan Royals have been struck badly by the spot-fixing scandal which claimed the ouster of their three key players i.e. S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan. However, Sunrisers are rising high with their resilient bowling attack. They have the best bowlers of cricketing arena. But their batting is a little shaky that have failed to perform at the big occasions. While Royals are holding a strong batting and bowling lineup. Here we are producing the comparison of key facts of both the teams:
Rajasthan's opening places are well acquired by Rahul Dravid and Ajinkya Rahane, who have been giving them a good start in almost every match of the tournament. Shane Watson and Sanju Samson are the two other explosive batsmen who can be destructive with their bats. Stuart Binny and Brad H0odge are considered to be the good finishers of T20 Cricket, so they are placed at 5th and 6th positions in the batting order.
On the other front, Sunrisers don't have such strong batting order but, opener Shikhar Dhawan and Parthiv Patel are looking in good nick since last few matches and can be harmful for the opponents. Hanuma Vihari and Cameron White are placed at 3rd and 4th place in the order as they can play big shots during the middle overs. Darren Sammy and Thisara Perera have also played some destructive innings in IPL 6 and are capable of hitting the ball hard enough to accelerate the scoring rate.
When we have a look at the bowlers of Royals, it looks to be a promising attack as they don't have big names bowling for them still they have restricted the teams to a meager total. James Faulkner, who completed his 5-wicket haul in their last match, and Shane Watson lead their pace attack. Watson have been a consistent player for RR so far. Siddharth Trivedi and Kevon Cooper are the other deadly bowlers from RR side. They have shown a lot of determination in the bowling in IPL 6.
When we are talking about bowling attacks, there shouldn't be any doubt in mind that Sunrisers have the best attack with Dale Steyn leading their pace attack with Ishant Sharma. Dale Steyn is being fondly named as 'Steyn Gun' for his outstanding bowling presentation throughout IPL 6. After them, there is Amit Mishra and Karan Sharma who have dominated the spin attack with so much ease. Besides these four frontline bowlers, they also own Sammy and Perera who are playing the role of an all-rounder for SRH.
